Apache Casino Hotel

Pool was small—one family enjoying it made it already packed. My family couldn’t get in to enjoy. Maybe evaluate the scent around the hotel. Just a funky smell in the hallways and the casino…not sure if it’s the carpets. Otherwise a very nice accommodation.

We didn’t eat on site. Casino looked like there were areas that walls of fabric where sectioning off different areas. We booked because of the hot tub after long drive. We were told they were waiting on parts and it was not in operation and it hasn’t worked in a month. Went and looked at the pool they said was heated, it wasn’t. It also was dirty. The hot tub was filled part way with filthy water that smelled. That thing hasn’t run in a long long time. We complained their website should state that and the only thing they could say is they aren’t in charge of the website for their hotel. The beds are very firm not comfortable at all.

It was very nice! The casino seemed very limited. No Poker!!! None. Almost all slots. Great people clean well appointed. Elevators were on their last legs it seemed like. Everybody commented on them.

It was a nice hotel for the area. They are remodeling so it is weird walking in and out of the hotel.

I couldn't check in early, not even by 5 minutes unless I paid $30. EVERY hotel I've been to, if the room is ready I"m welcomed to check in at no additional cost. One elevator stopped working for 30 minutes and was stuck on the fifth floor. Had to take the stairs.

The property is really clean. Our arrival was delayed and the lady at the front desk called to ask if we were still going to make it. On our arrival she was super welcoming. We also enjoyed the casino bar and the 2 amazing lady bartenders (I forget their names). Super hospitable and engaging. Our check out process was also easy and swift. The only thing I can say was a downer was that the pool area was closed before the indicated time of 11pm and when we finally got it opened the hot tub was not working.

Remodel in progress and nothing to compensate, signs everywhere including restaurant stating no one under 18 admitted even restaurant, kinda weird nothing special, seemed cleaned

Property was very clean. Rooms updated. Pool was not clean, hot tub not functioning. Restaurant must be 21 to enter which does not make much sense.

Clean quite nice pool

Fun, vibrant atmosphere and really clean. Loved that there was no smoking. We didn't gamble but the restaurant has a great menu with great food. We took advantage of the workout room as well.

I went to let the front desk know I had a bug on my bed and they said they were sold out and I didn’t have any other options, I asked for new sheets then I spoke with the manager the next day and I couldn’t get a refund due to them not finding the bug in the room but I have a video I showed him. I asked for some assistance in this matter. But no one seemed concerned or provided help. I had to go to hospital because something in the room bit me.

The room was very dirty, there appeared to be blood on the pillow case the floors seemed like they hadn’t been swept or mopped ever. The staff was very quick to come put on fresh bedding

You can hear people walking, talking and shutting their door through the walls plus a lady was yelling down the hall around 1am. The comforter on our bed looked dirty and had left over food on the comforter. There were previous guest clothes in the closet. We wanted to go to the pool but the lighting was very dim so it looked scary to go to the pool at night. I won't be booking this hotel again.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when I wasn’t understanding the charges. The housekeeping staff was amazing and helped do things we didn’t even ask to do. I would 10/10 recommend everyone to stay here.

Dear Apache Casino Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which began on Monday, June 15th. I had booked a two-night stay, with check-in scheduled for 4:00 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the rooms were not ready due to a backlog from the Father’s Day weekend. My party and I were forced to wait over two hours before being contacted with confirmation that our room was finally available. This delay was only the beginning of an extremely upsetting experience. That night, I woke up covered in insect bites—upon closer inspection, it became horrifyingly clear that they were bed bug bites. I have documented photos of the bites as well as the condition of the room. I reported this immediately and spoke with staff members named Cici and Amada. Unfortunately, the young woman who assisted us at check-in the first night was dismissive and quite rude, which only added to our frustration. On the second day, I was away from the hotel for business. When I returned at approximately 6:00 PM, I was shocked to find that housekeeping had not cleaned the room at all—no fresh towels, no trash removed, no bed made. This is entirely unacceptable for a hotel of your standing. Throughout my stay, I spent an inordinate amount of time waiting in line to speak with front desk staff, and not once was there a manager available on-site to address or resolve these serious issues. The 360 restaurant inside the casino hotel is horrible. Bad, rude service and undercooked food. We got better treatment at the cafe. The hotel room had a leaking AC, water was coming up through the floor. Hair was all over the bed and the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned.

The water coming out of shower head was brown and hair stuck to shower walls

Awful experience. Shower had hair on the curtain and in the tub. Requested fresh towels that never came. After several requests to speak to the manager we were told he is unavailable or would be available the next day - he was not. The food is awful with awful service! The waitress, like most employees we spoke with, was "tired" and wanted to go home. At the small diner in the casino there was a hair in my eggs. The list could go on, but this hotel and casino is awful!! Good riddance!

Multiple issues that I tried to calmly navigate during check In . Hostess seemed hurried and irritated . She took calls while I stood there. I got to my room and it was not thoroughly clean . I just wiped everything down and went to sleep.

Room was great, staff was wonderful.... our only complaint was the 6am gas powered leaf blower that woke us up. Staff at the counter said they get that complaint allot. He was a casino employee, not a contractor. We spoke with him directly, and he complained about having to start at 5am, and he has a job to do. Then turned and went about his leaf blowing.

Outdated tv, noisey beds.

The hotel is clean , the staff is friendly and it though I do it gamble the casino is smoke free. The only down side is noise from the hallways as the doors are very heavy and spam when people enter their rooms.

The lobby was very nice. Restaurant was good. Starbucks was starbucks. The rooms were very comfortable. Matresses not too hard. Good bedding. They have bed bug covers on the matresses. We got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. Room was super clean. Refrigerator worked well, no freezer. Every floor has a microwave located in the ice room. Hallways were very clean. The casino was really clean, not so loose but clean. Staff at the casino and the hotel were all very kind and helpful. We were there for family day for our son graduating Fort Sill. It is in a great location. I would stay again and recommend.

The hotel was fine. I like all the extra pillows you get. The chair in the hotel room is not very comfortable. The biggest thing that annoyed me was the lack of a microwave in the hotel room. You can walk down the hall to where the ice machine is and use that microwave. But for a hotel that classifies itself as a luxury hotel, you should have a microwave in the room.

Mattresses were horrible You can hear and feel the springs popping

The air conditioning unit was not working, asked 3 times to get it fixed!! They said they would send someone up to fix it, but they never came I will not ever stay there again and hope if anyone does they have better luck

Where do I start! The room is beautiful, the bed, I never slept better in my life! The shower was huge! The convenience of everything was on point! Everyone was very friendly and wonderful!

Great staff, a bit noisy, the doors slap when closed the shower was a bit dirty.: but overall very good would recommend

The checkin staff was on the phone with a customer and we waited in line a long time to checkin. The customer behind us in the long line was arguing the whole time with someone. They should have been able to call for another checkin person when she was delayed so long on the phone.

Great stay! The front desk staff were super friendly. But changed my card twice having booked through Expedia. It was as if they had never encountered a guest who had booked through this site, which I KNOW can’t have been the case. The incidentals charge was outrageous. Well-beyond market value. If you’re on a budget and are counting on the staff to get it right, I’d recommend other options. All said, great rooms. Great place. I did get my money back for the double charge eventually but this knocks it down to a 4/5.

I didn't like how the first staff member I met talk to me when I had questions or mentioned something that was lead to believe from the website and she made me feel like I was an idiot for assuming it would be included. I was flustered about the heat and the rooms state I had to repeat myself a few times I get it can be annoying but I paid $154 to clean the previous guests mess from my hotel bathroom and to sit in the heat and sweat in the room. That should've been handled with care.from a cs standpoint and I should've been offered some advice or help for the problems I encountered due to their neglegence and poor maintenance

Check in time 4:00 Arrive 4:45 - room not yet clean, no idea when will be ready, we will call you. 7:00 no call so call to inquire, still no idea when will be ready. 7:30 still no room so call Expedia. Finally get in room at 8:00 after Expedia calls management. Staff at desk not happy. The next night there are unhappy customers waiting to get their room so this is a common thing there.

So it started with the lady in the front. Very rude and wanted to make sure everyone knew I rented 3rd party and also had a lot of difficulty explaining their deposit policy and got frustrated when I said it didn't make sense. The white towels in the bathroom had a stain on it. It wasn't horrible but non the less noticeable.

We could not have found a better place to stay. Close to Fort Sill and the Wildlife Preseve. The resteraunts and staff were top notch. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was super spacious and comfortable. Casino side was in good working order and clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, location was very convenient to store and restaurants. Property was very clean.

I like the place really close where I went for my son‘s graduation. Everything in convenience time. Everything was clean.

Great location! Very clean hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint is how hard one had to shut the door to the rooms. Woke up many times during the night from others shutting their doors to their room. Love that they have Military Appreciation Day on Wednesday and Sunday!

Always clean, easy check in and lots of places around within walking distance to eat

We had a great stay here and would stay here again. We were there for BCT graduation and family day.

Everything was great. Nice clean room. Very safe feeling. Lots of food and entertainment options.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy too! Casino was fun and nicely run. The little coffee shop was great and the staff there was super nice. The 360 restaurant food was mediocre at best, as was the waitstaff and bartender.

Very pleased with the room. I do not recommend purchasing the breakfast voucher. Expedia charges $18 (for two people) but the vouchers are only worth $16 towards your breakfast. The breakfast is a la cart not a standard buffet service. Menu is limited with only coffee included for a drink. The food was comparable to fast food drive through restaurants and the food is served in styrofoam boxes, not plates. Don’t waste your money. Go down the street to Cracker Barrel.

The room was clean and comfy. The staff here are always great. The food at the main restaurant was really good (cant remember name). The counter service was meh. Lots of parking, enough for trailers and larger vehicles. I would stay here again.

It was friendly but very noise running up and down hallways after 10pm slamming doors repeatedly yelling being able to access pool at any hour very loudly the air conditioning in the room was so annoying that it was hard to sleep the restaurant had weird hours and wasn’t even open on Mondays

Mixed experience. Hotel part of my stay was excellent from check in to check out. Kudos to the friendly cleaning staff. The restaurant/bars are at best average. Bar staff chatted amongst themselves to the point of ignoring customers. Drinks were ser ed in plastic containers and amateurish in quality. Oddly too, one was not allowed to run a tab. Each time an order was place, a new receipt was generated and payment was immediately demanded. The restaurant provided a friendly staff but things went south after that. I ordered a simple blta panini sandwich with fries. The meal took an excessive amount of time to arrive. Upon presentation, the fries were warm, yet tasty. I had some real issues with the sandwich. The chibatta bread was stale to the point i didn't eat it, the turkey was processed, bacon was burned, and the pesto had very little flavor. And, horribly, the wines were Gallo. On a positive note, the casino was clean and smelled good. On the negative side, some table games were not available during the evening causing me to head to my room for a night of TV.

Check in and check out was easy. The casino was clean and had an upstairs area as well with a bar. We ate at the 360 grill. Items are fairly priced and service was great! Everything was great!

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We ate breakfast at the grill and the food was wonderful. Staff was all nice and helpful. If we come through this area again we will definitely choose to stay here.
