Upon arrival i discovered the pool was out of order, the elevator was out of order and no breakfast was available, despite being offered as amenities. Hotel was dirty overall

The hotel had no gym no sir no breakfast. The pool was empty. Loaded the area around the hotel was overgrown with brush. It was just not a very pleasant stay. I’ve never wanted to leave the hotel and go back home more than I did this weekend the 27th through the 30th.

Pool is empty. No hair dryer. Generally run down and understaffed. Poor security. Oddly propped open rooms. No obvious front desk stafff at 11:30 pm My room was clean and it was quiet so I gave it two stars.

No breakfast no fitness room no workspace no hair dryer no pool..everything the website said they had they do not have!

They advertise breakfast and a pool but did not offer breakfast and their pool has been emptied and neglected for a while. The ice machine was broken, vending machine was broken and the coffee maker in our room was broken and dirty. The bathtub had a layer of sand and dirt on the floor that appeared to be from the previous guest. The room key only works 1 time and then had to get a new one each time. Checking in went pretty good and wad quick.

1-no pool 2-no fitness center 3-very dirty outside around the property 4-large rip in chair arm in our room 5-hole in bathtub wall (cosmetic) 6- missing trim on bathroom floor allowing water to trap inside and could cause black mold 7-I asked for a fork and was told (with attitude) there isn’t one on property. I went in to the storage room(the fitness center) and saw a large box of mixed plastic cutlery, I helped myself, thank you 8-no breakfast 9-a/c in the room doesn’t cool the room properly even when set lower. Was told no other room’s available 10- my key stopped working 4 times. I had to go back to the front desk for a new key 11-elevator sounds like it’s never been greased or serviced…..ever! Definitely not a good experience staying here

Friendly staff. Recently updated rooms/ Clean room. Breakfast area and Pool were closed down due to hotel renovations.

Ice machine was broke. Fitness center out of order. There was blood on the sheets. My son couldn’t play his PlayStation for some reason. The hotel had a dirty pool that didn’t work. Facility needed a make over. Rooms weren’t too bad; but the fridge wouldn’t shut and wouldn’t hold the cold. Staff was great, best thing about it.

There was no breakfast the pool was under construction the ice machine didn’t work and there was hardly any hot water. I asked to be accommodated for this but Expedia wouldn’t allow for that. I feel as much as I paid I should have gotten more for my money. I’d like some type of compensation for this stay

There is no breakfast, there were bugs everywhere including cockroaches in my room, dead roach photo attached taken after screaming, my coworkers had no shower head or curtain, the rooms downstairs smelled like mildew the outside doors not secured it was absolutely disgusting and we left before the first night was over. We didn’t stay. Lots of bed bugs in the reviews - learned my lesson to read reviews before you book!!

The second bed had a stain on the comforter and the sheets were stained. I asked the front desk in the morning to have the cleaning lady replace the sheets as I was staying a second night. Also there was someone else’s dirty sock in the room. Instead the bed was just remade, not changed. The place was quiet, but the door was not very safe. Lots of wiggle room when it was closed. The tub faucet dripped the entire time, which I tried to shut off but to no avail. Overall the place could use a remodel.

When checking in, i had to wait a few minutes for him to get to the front, but he was nice & apologized for the wait. Check in was easy & seamless. The room was newly renovated it appeared. Room did need cleaned better however. The bed was so hard & uncomfortable, i hardly slept. While everything was ok, i won't stay here again because the beds were so terrible.

It was a good stay. Clean room, and clean property. Check in was a little slow, but the clerk was nice. Was good for the price paid.

The staff assured me the elevator would work so that my 85 year old disabled mother could get up and down from second floor. It did not work at checkout and I had to get my mom on floor and drag her down stairs step by step. Staff refused to get elevator fixed and did not know how to get mom down to car TERRIBLE The queen bed in our room had a giant bowling ball sized hole in it. Mattresses not secure and slide off bed every time you get in.

Due to flight issues, I didn’t arrive until the day after my scheduled check-in. Fortunately, the staff held my room, which I appreciated. On the day after I checked in, I requested a late check-out because I had to work remotely, & leaving at 11:00 a.m. would have been very disruptive. I offered to pay for an extra night just to stay until 3:00 p.m. The owner/manager initially told me, “We’ll work something out,” & never took payment; I never saw him again! On the last day, the staff began calling & knocking on my door to check out while I was in the middle of a virtual work meeting; frustrating & unprofessional! I realize most professionals wouldn’t choose to stay there, however, I chose to stay here because my employer covered a few nights & I paid for the remaining nights so I could visit friends. While it was affordable, I won’t be staying here again.

Nice room, clean carpet clean. Front desk did not provide a wifi sign in. Other than that all was good.

Clean, remodeled room for $30+ less a night than similar options in town however there is a trade off. Be aware 1. No (open) pool 2. No “free” breakfast On the good side this means no kids so less noise. I wouldn’t recommend for a family stay or a romantic getaway but if all you need is a decent room without the amenities almost no one actually uses, it’s a good option. Room has mini-fridge, microwave and large tv with Direct TV. The Cajun restaurant directly behind is good and one of the best restaurants in Tahlequah.

The room itself seemed to be clean when we arrived, but quite a few issues with the property as I'll explain. - As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the pungent smell of midle-eastern cooking which permeates the main lobby area and hallways, even up to the second floor farthest point away from the lobby area where our room was. - No hot water at night, only warm, so I had to take warm showers. I notified the staff and they said two days in a row,"we're having an expert come and look at that first thing in the morning" . There was no hot water at night for the 4 nights we were there. - No aerator in the bathroom sink, water came flying out at full force, so you had to be careful. - Bathtub was coming apart, floor was peeling severely. - big hole in the side of the shower wall where they pulled removed the old shower head but didn't fill in. - I was in the shower and a bunch of rust/fine sand came out and covered my head, I had to run the water until it stopped and take another shower... again luke warm... -all staff looked like they just rolled out of bed, with unkempt clothes and personal hygiene. - There was no door striker plate on our door, just the door frame itself. - I asked the manager for a partial refund but was told that Expedia would have to do that.

Decently updated, room looked pretty good. GFI outlet in bathroom didn’t work and there was no mirror in room so no way to do hair. AC struggled to keep up but to be fair it was in the 100’s.

Hotel was ok said it had breakfast not true and my biggest complaint was the beds they were extremely hard my back still hurt's

The hotel itself was nice, the beds were new but hard and very high off the ground. Getting in and out was difficult. The beds slide around on frame when trying yo climb in. Cable options were great once we got them to fix the tv. No breakfast at this time.

The man that checked me in at 4:50 pm was rude... There was never any information about a 75$ deposit... Maybe train staff to be more efficient in guest service...

Helpful friendly staff

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Though, they are redoing a lot of things, so there was no continental breakfast & no ice machine. But when we had an issue withthe AC, the took care of it right away. But I will stey there again.

Wish they had told us up front for the 75 dollar deposit up front.

Reserved a king room weeks in advance and got a queen room when I arrived. While sleeping people came into my room. Then the people at the front desk kept calling my room after they had already been told we are sleeping. They kept waking us up and make me get up to go to the front desk just to confirm my room number. Worst experience I’ve ever had! Definitely not safe!

Horrible staff and manager

Yes very clean, staff very friendly.

The inside of the motel was very warm, like there had been no air conditioning on. The handicapped rooms, which I requested, are on the second floor, and there was no elevator service. I was initially told that the elevator went out just 30 minutes prior to our arrival, but the next day a housekeeper told me that the elevator had been down for several days. Attempts were made towards the end of my stay to fix the elevator, but we could not access it because it was never completely fixed. There were no available rooms on the first floor during the time that we stayed there, as I would check in daily with the front desk. There was some construction going on, and that was the reason why they had no breakfast, as we were led to believe initially that they did. The last night we stayed there, there were issues with the air conditioning in the room. The clerk from the front desk had to come up and replace a portion of the unit in order for us to get decent air conditioning. It just seemed to be one thing after another. The staff at the front desk at least was courteous and helpful. The only incident with the front desk person was when we were trying to check out. I asked him to bring the dolly, the luggage dolly, to the bottom of the stairs, so we could have something to place our luggage on after we had to tow it down the hallway and then juggle it down the stairs. He didn’t understand what I was referring to, even though I thought it was obvious.

The front desk staff were courteous. The room was clean. We had the multi-bed suite, which was nice so we could get one room for my whole family (Husband, myself and 5 children). The beds were all firm, so it was nice for my husband, though I prefer it softer. Overall nice for just a quick overnight stop to sleep.

Homeless people hanging out by the front door for my entire stay, not a good impression They were there all day and overnight surrounded by trash bags filled with their belongings. If I was the manager I’d ask them to hang outside in the back, not at the front entrance.

The room was very clean and comfortable but a little musty smelling. I got a glade plug in and it solved the problem. The halls and lobby smelled of aromatic food cooking. The back door was broke. It did not close or lock so anyone could just walk in. Great restaurants within walking distance, not the cause of the food smell in the halls and lobby. The staff were friendly. If the smells and the door were fixed I would rate this hotel higher.

It's a place to lay your head for the night. It's in remodel stages.. I think.. no complaints but no real comfort either. Beds are hard. No ice makers. No breakfast. Staff was nice. Seemed safe and we stayed with our kids. Price was reasonable. You get what you pay for.

I did not like getting charged double. I did not like the breakfast not being available. The websites said complimentary breakfast, and there was no breakfast.

It was alright, I just didn't like I had to put a 75 dollar security deposit down, even though I paid for my room online. And the breakfast room was closed 😩. So then I had to go and pay for my own food for breakfast.
