Clean, newer hotel for about what the older hotels in town charge. Rooms are small but comfortable, no carpet, large bathroom for such a small room. Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, no big deal for me but if you’re on business or have kids could be an issue. Breakfast was the usual, nothing impressive but well stocked. Drinkable coffee all day is nice. Staff could use some training on interacting with customers but overall fine. Bed was very soft, fine for me but those that pref a firm mattress may not like them. Do as some have mentioned watch your charges. They ran a deposit on my card then refunded after checkout but also ran and refunded a separate larger charge. Just strange.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and beds were okay. The toiletries provided were nice and not the generic ones that make your hair look terrible. The pool was a little on the small side but that’s okay it was mainly kids there anyhow including my own. They have a good breakfast choice and there are plenty of snacks and drinks to buy if you want. I wish there was a water and ice machine ok every floor though. Overall, great stay and would return.

Comfortable rooms, great amenities, delicious breakfast, close to restaurants and other activities (we went kayaking). Also dog friendly which is the main reason we chose this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel & rooms were clean. The outdoor pool was a nice amenity. The breakfast could be a little better choices, but it was still good. Typical breakfast-pancakes, eggs, saysage, yogurt, bagels, old fruit, juice, & toast. Great location. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfy & the pillows were so fluffy, I wanted to take a couple home with me.

Overall the stay was good. The whole building lost power for like 2 hours and then the next day lost power again not sure what happened and no one could explain it to me. Overall the stay was good though

While the property itself was pleasant, there was really no place to put your clothes if you plan on staying for a period of time. BIGGEST COMPLAINT - our stay was 4 nights and not 1 time did they come clean our room. We had to take out our own trash and take our towels down to swap out for fresh ones. Not acceptable

The room was very clean but kind of spartan. I like the laminate floors throughout, ample grooming products in the bath and good blackout curtains. A microwave, ice bucket and some closet space would have been nice.

My only complaint was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and felt like you could feel springs coming through it, but other than that. It was very clean and well kept. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!

Carol, the manager, is awful. I booked a 10-day stay through hotels.com and changed my itinerary through hotels.com to arrive one day late. Carol cancelled the entire itinerary and dismissed me when I arrived, bags in hand, ready to check in. She would not even help me recreate a reservation. I had to call Hilton to make a reservation. She was hostile, rude, and cold. She seemed to enjoy the distress she caused. There were only a few customers there all week. I have no idea why she would willfully turn away $1k of business at a slow time for the hotel. The rooms are extremely small. No dresser or microwave or coffee maker. It’s more like a European hostel than an American hotel.

Rooms smaller but efficient. Front desk staff friendly. First assigned room ww went to housekeeping had just started cleaning. Reassigned another room, but everyday, our keys did not work and we would have to get reset. Scary if our keys worked at first assigned room. Didn't try!

Worst experience checking in. Tru Hilton cancelled my reservation the morning of my check in, I booked through Expedia and was told my reservation couldnt be found. I had to call Expedia and was on hold for an hour only to be told that the hotel (Hilton) had canceled the reservation. Then Expedia and Hilton went back and forth trying to figure out how to get me checked in. I had already paid and had to repay on my card at the front desk to check in, i was told that they would issue a refund later. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to get checked in. It was embarrassing standing there as other people were checked in 4 different parties, while I waited on Expedia and the front desk agent who messaged his manager at the start of this situation and when I politely asked if he could escalate it to his manager he said “my manager has not replied to me since I tried contacting them earlier” this happened at about 445pm on Friday August 16th. The manager should have been readily available to hep resolve this situation. I dont blame the front desk agent at all, he was doing his best, this is a systems issue with Hilton and Expedia.

I booked a room for 3 nights and got a call from the hotel at 9pm the night of my first stay as we were driving to Talequah. I was told they canceled my stay and gave all the rooms to the electric company. It was completely unprofessional and poor customer service to leave me stranded without a room when I booked it 3 days ago.

Don’t expect full breakfast if anything runs out. Several things were empty, including the pancake maker. Asked if the lady could refill it. Which consist of changing a premade batter bag and the lady hatefully replied not today.
