The reason i reserved a room for 2 nights was for the indoor swimming pool. Upon arriving we were told the pool is closed during the winter months which was not posted on the website. The staff was amazing and the room was nice. I wont book another stay there unless its in the summer as my children love to swim and there are to many other places to stay that offer year around swimming.

This hotel has everything. The staff are so friendly. The hotel smells great and clean everywhere you walk. I stay at a lot of places and this is the only place I can say that smells good even in the stair hallway. It's soooo clean. Very easy to check in. Very quiet it stormed pretty hard outside. We never heard a thing inside. The parking lot is very well lit up. Best place to stay in town.

Aged hotel, but clean. Breakfast could be better. Bathroom sink dripped and tub drain was clogged. Upstairs hallway is hot in the summer. Room AC does a good job, though. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and felt good after a day in the sun. Will use, again.

Staff not very accommodating. Late check in asked about the breakfast time, but when we came to eat they were shutting it down, but there wasn’t enough food for the 3 of us , but unwilling to bring out more. Room service incomplete…we stayed 2 nights. Indoor pool, but closed for “season.” Person sleeping on floor in public area by water fountain.

Facility was too old. Indoor pool not heated, had bugs in it. Hair dryer fell off the wall when we stayed. Breakfast was not so good either. Probably won't be staying again.

The room i booked is asvertised as a king bed with available roll away beds and infant beds. Once arriving and entering the room i contacted the front desk about the roll away bed and her response was " weve never had any of such sort to offer sir" so i had to go to a walmart and buy my son a air mattress so hed have a spot to sleep.. when i couldve booked at a different hotel and had him a bed for a cheaper rate. And another thing thats false advertised is that the hotel has a heated pool... B.S. tue pool was very clean and well kept but colder then my beverage i was drinkin an it was on ice. So over all not a good experience with my son not having a bed AS ADVERTISED and we all looked forward to swimming in the AS ADVERTISED "HEATED POOL" that was cold enough for a polar bear

Walked into first room and started checking for bed bugs like I always do in all hotels. Pulled up the bed near the head board and found a condom on the floor. Went to front desk and given a different a little better room. Would suggest check first but not Best western for me anymore. I have a pic but it would not let me add on here.

This place was nasty. I found it incredibly interesting that I never got an email to rate this place. It’s because it’s yucky. Reeks of cigarette smoke and old. Rooms are falling apart and outdated. Would not recommend staying here.

Beds weren't comfortable at all! Swimming pool was indoors and warm. Room smelt bad when we arrived but I always bring smell goods when traveling. Parking lot is tight. Overall its ok to deal with.

The condition of room was poor. Shower drain was badly clogged. The iron was broken. Light bulb was out on lamp. The fridge was not cooling. Mattresses were at least 10 years old and very uncomfortable. This in no way reflected on the front desk. They were kind and professional.

The room was nice enough and the staff was friendly, but the outside of the property and building were unkept and the curtains in our room were actually shredded! We asked housekeeping to come back on the first day because we were getting ready for a funeral, and they never did. So, the second night, we had no clean towels. There were people smoking right outside the front and back doors, so every time we went in and out, we got lungs full of smoke (I have asthma, so that was a problem.) Also, the second night, there were people (children?) running around above us at 3 am, so sleeping was nearly impossible. We called the front desk, but it didn’t stop. 3 stars for reality, which could have been 4 or 5 with some intervention by management.

Staff at front desk was not friendly. They weren’t rude or anything, just not friendly or welcoming. At around 10:50 am on Sunday there was a large group of people waiting to check out but no front desk attendant for about 10 minutes. We rang the bell several times. She finally came in from outside.

The breakfast was 5 star, the person putting it out zero stars. They have no microwave in breakfast room. My daughter wanted oatmeal. She had put it in a bowl and added cold Milk. Then looked for microwave. None. She asked the person putting out the food if she could cook it. She said No, her microwave was busy. She needs to use hot water. She then walked off. There is no way adding hot water to a cup of cold milk would cook it. My daughter walks with canes. No way she could carry it back to room to cook it. But the lady working the front desk was 5 stars. She gave us info about things to do. Restaurants she likes. When we came back she asked us what we end up doing. She also helped us out. My Mom went into hospital and I needed to check out early. They let me check out early and gave me a refund. I so appreciate that. Because when my Mom called freaking out that she was going to die because she has cancer. Even though the test wasn't done yet. I could go home so I could be with her.

We were given room 217, which had a broken air conditioner. They were supposed to block the room from rental, but didn’t until we told them about it. Then, we got room 111, which was cold and damp. They had two bags of DampRid hanging on the coat rack, which collected a lot of water in 2 days. A lot of the room doors have worn hardware that make them difficult to open. Breakfast on morning 1 was cold or not replenished, including juice machine and coffee pots being empty for a while. Staff waited for most of crowd to leave before correcting the situation. On morning 2 we checked out early and went to Cathy’s Corner. Much better food.
