Bring your own oxygen! Everyone and their mother, grandmother, and grandfather are smoking in the place. Ventilation is bad! 🚬 Cancer Casino would be a more appropriate name.

It's a very nice facility. It would have been nice to have a place to eat breakfast in the building. The only complaint about the room was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I know it's petty, but I noticed that they didn't seem to clean the buttons going to the elevators, they got pretty dirty over the few days we were there. Otherwise, beautiful room, perfect location for us, parking was good, casino was good (although I wish it were non-smoking).

On Labor Day, the Steakhouse was closed, and two of the food court restaurants weren’t open. This was likely a staffing issue. Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

It was great until my husband saw a roach on the shelf with safe. I did forget to inform the desk when i left as plan so they do not know about it. Just one and did not see anymore. Wanted to let them know so yhey could take care of but forgot. Other than that it was z great one night stay

The beds are very hard, the towels smelled to much like sanitizer. The shower wasn’t clean on the tiles there was a sticky film on them. But, the front desk was very friendly and they gave us warm cookies.

Room itself was good. Bathrooms and shower was good. Beds wasn't the best and I could smell cigarette smoke from the casino. The view was horrible, over looking the roof.

The room was really nice and loved the big bathroom and cool shower but the room was really hot, even though we could turn down the ac there's only one vent faced towards the wall and it didn't seem to keep the room cool.

Not bad. Not the best. Mattresses hard. Sheets suck. Outdated tvs and network. Quest wifi is unsecure. Its a casino so you'll probably have loud neighbors. Pros: staff are awesome! Its a casino. Buffet is awesome! Showers are great (could use a little more water pressure). Only thing holding them back from 5* is the outdated tech and bedding.

Enjoyed thee first night. However, the second night was terrible. Went to the steakhouse for dinner and had One drink. One of the women I was with had not felt well and got sick in the bathroom. When she returned we were having a good time joking and laughing and after we paid and we heading out to gamble, a manager said the girls were drunk and were not allowed in the casino for 6 hours. The girls had one drink and were not loud or stumbling. I tried to argue and explain but we were escorted out. I will never go back again. I have been to many casinos and hotels and never had an experience like that. I don’t recommend going to this casino if you like to have a good time.

The room was very uncomfortable. The beds were terrible even with the air on it, barely works. We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned that was an unexpected cost. But that’s probably on us for not reading the fine print. We ended up eating dinner. We received our burgers. They were burnt to a crisp and our fries seemed like they were like six hours old. They were cold and soggy. All around a terrible experience and we will not be going back.

My niece and I were so impressed with this hotel casino. Very clean and comfortable. The food was really good and the staff were very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly stop on our way to Eureka Springs.

This is my 2nd stay. Food is delicious. Rooms are clean. Casino had alot of newer games. Convenient driving back and forth to Fayetteville. Loved driving through the Ozark forest. Check in/out was quick. The only negative was our room had a slight noise from the ac when the fan kicked on. But was bearable. I would stay again.

Traveling through the area and thought that stopping and staying at the casino would be fun. Dinner in the Flint Steakhouse was great and the Casino was friendly and fun with live music also playing.

Weve stayed here many times..rooms are nice & clean..why they got rid of buffet that used to be there probably not a great idea now they have a food court with 5 things but wasnt impressed by any of them...
