We love staying at this hotel! You feel a warmth inside the quaint lobby with friendly staff, 24 hr coffee, and fresh popcorn upon check-in. The rooms are very clean, well stocked including 2 robes and a charging port on the desk for USB or type C. This was especially helpful when I had the wrong block! We have enjoyed the balcony views of the river and wildlife. The beds are very comfortable as well. We are frequent visitors.

Great locale with Rogue river view and rushing water sounds off balcony. Breakfast offerings quite good and staff worked hard to clear and clean tables to accomodate the flow of guests. Parking was tight and we had to park in a lot next door the first evening after we returned from dinner out; this was the only down side. Fortunately we found parking close for loading car at check-out time.

Stopover on a long road trip alone with my dog. I love that the property is dog-friendly and had a free EV charger on site. It was lovely having the private balcony overlooking the Rogue River, so I could keep my sliding door ajar and enjoy the relaxing water sounds.

The location is beautiful, and we were given connecting rooms (perfect). The bed was perfect, shower strong, and breakfast was free though a little crowded in the dining area. There's a pool that was fun for the kids. No hot tub, no work out room, otherwise very nice.

This Hotel was nice. Good location for coming off of the Hellgate Jet Boat dinner. Family had a good time. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice. The beds were not the best, but they worked. The chair in the room was old and broken and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

Staff were friendly and assisted us with directions to a nearby football game we drove down to see. The view from our room was gorgeous. We had wildlife wandering the vegetation and geese floating the river. Breakfast was very good. Parking was a bit of a challenge when we arrived back to the Inn later in the evening. Only a few spaces left.

Great view with calming sound of the river below. Comfortable bed but lousy pillows. The room smelled like a thrift store filled with old junk. The bathroom had obvious mold along the tub which made me feel like the housekeeper had low standards and left me wondering what else was not cleaned.

Our room felt dirty with stains on the carpet. Bed linens were wrinkled and did not look appealing at all. Given that I booked through expedia I was limited to room selection and was put on the ground level. This limited my comfort level with leaving the sliding glass door open to hear the sounds of the river. Lot's of traffic noise over 2 bridges. Will not stay here again.

The staff were all very helpful. The carpet in the room had large spots, I reported it so not to be charged. They are aware as they are gradually remove all carpet. Couldn’t change us to a handicapped room but provided a shower chair. We like it being by the river will stay again.

Dirtiest room I ever stayed in. First thing you notice when you walk in is a large dark stain on the carpet. There was mold growing on the shower walls. When I notified the front desk the lady didn't seem to be surprised. She didn't make any notes. Coming into town, we passed several homeless encampments. That is not the hotel's fault, but we felt unsafe. Because of that, we did not feel comfortable walking to the restaurant across the street. Besides being dirty, Mold can be a health hazard. We will never stay here again. I requested a total refund but got no answer from the hotel.

Clean, comfortable beds and convenient location. The only thing that was an issue was the sound of the heater, it was obviously dated and extremely loud. It sounded like a swamp cooler and everytime it kicked on it would wake me up. I didn’t sleep because of it. I would stay here again if I had a different room with a quieter unit.

Room was clean and the bed was super comfy! Probably the best night’s sleep I’ve had at a hotel in a long time (woke up forgetting I wasn’t in my own bed). All the staff interacted with were also incredibly friendly and fun. The bathroom could use an update as it’s starting to show its age and the breakfast room could be little bigger, but it was my fault for getting up early along with the busload of retirees ;) I pass through GP a lot on the way to visit my sister on the coast so the Riverside will definitely be a go-to for a place to stop if I get a late start on my drive over. Thanks!!

Stayed one night, bed and bedding comfortable. The ac unit worked well but was too noisy to sleep. About 11:30 it had cooled off enough outside that I opened the sliding door to the deck. That kept the ac unit off, but late night loud motorcycles or drag racing woke me up a few times. Sleep

This hotel could definitely use an update as many fixtures, in room electronics, and furniture were a bit worn and old. The deluxe room was really more of a standard room where I found the mini fridge and microwave in the closet, but the balcony and view did make up for it. Staff is pleasant and I would consider staying here again because they were very hospitable and the room was clean.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, bed was adequate, nice amenities, good breakfast and the view of the water was nice. You could hear rooms above, any movement was a creak and people talking outside felt like they were in the room but that was my only complaint.

Unprofessional and unaccomidating.... Came back from an evening of visiting with families in town to ZERO parking at the hotel. We have a handicapped daughter and the handicapped spot in front of out room was taken by a tweaker hippie who had no placard. We went to the office to try to find a solution but none was given. She said shed try to make contact with the owner. We finally got my daughter who can barely walk to the room and went back down to the office to now find it locked up and no one is there. I waited in my truck for an hour waiting for a spot to open up but none did. I eventually found a parking spot around the corner in a dark unlit alley. Which in turn resulted in me sleeping in my truck because there was crack heads everywhere. Would have been nice to had been able to sleep in the bed, but unfortunately that didnt happen. My family who was in the room were kept awake until the early morning hours to what sounded like elephants above them and everyone had what could be described as a miserable time. We felt like we were fogotten and kicked to the side, felt robbed. We have stayed here several times in the past and this will be the last time. If you want to sleep with crack heads roaming around your cars and the property at 2-3am please by all means stay here. Because thats exactly what is happening every night you're parked here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverside Inn. The property is right along the river, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It is also a perfect place to stay if you are doing the Hellgate JetBoat tour, as it is conveniently located near the launch site. We would happily stay here again the next time we are in Grants Pass!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and it had a nice view of the river. The area around this hotel is going through a tough time. Homeless people are in tents down the street and walking by with sleeping bags. But, the hotel did a good job separating itself from this with a big fence surrounding its grounds. I hope the town gets the homeless issue under control. It's not fair to the businesses there!

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Don't eat outside the pool was infested with wasps. We tried to eat outside and were ran off by all the wasp. The breakfast is limited and the room is really small and gets very crowded.

Great hotel with excellent service. I like how they text you the morning of check in asking if you need anything in your room. I requested a roll away cot and it was all set up nicely in our room upon check in. The river view from the balcony is beautiful and I was thankful for the high child lock on the sliding glass door. The breakfast was the only area of improvement. Only one table for 4, the rest were for 2-3 people and the room was small and crowded. The waffles were great but the eggs were not. Overall a great experience and will book again.

Excellent. Right from check in to check out. What a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful and attention to detail at this hotel was awesome. The staff is wonderful, the views was awesome and honestly the best part for me was that they used real utensils, plates and cups. I hate when you stay at a hotel and everything goes in garbage. Such a plus and appreciated. This hotel is a must if looking at. The only down fall was my remote didn’t really work. Nothing major. Great stay! O, the the location is perfect.
