Stayed 1 night

I did not feel safe at this hotel, it felt dirty and the pool has a smell, and the elevator is so small, it barely held our cart full of luggage. We were there literally less than 10 hours. Needed to sleep, so we made it through the night and got up at 6:00am and out the door by 6:40am. I made a reservation based on photos and I was highly disappointed. I have stayed at many Comfort Suites, and been satisfied. But, this one was awful. Staff was nice enough, but the price for this room was ridiculous given the condition of the hotel. Outdated and dirty. We didn't even eat the "free" breakfast because I had concerns over the overall cleanliness.

Room was absolutely terrible only AC was a window unit that didnt do anything for.the room. Booked a suite couldnt use the living room it was absolutely to hot. The bed had hair in it the bathroom was disgusting. Walked in turned around and informed the front desk that I would not be staying there and walked out requested a refund and I have yet to hear anything from any manager.
