Petit déjeuner correct mais du plastique partout et après on nous demande de ne pas user trop de serviettes pour protéger la planète … Piscine intérieure froide avec une horrible odeur chimique . Room was well appointed and very clean. Everything was modern and nice. The room had a Kuerig coffee pot and there was hot coffee in the lobby at all hours we checked. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast included hit eggs and bacon, pancakes, cereal, and lots of hot coffee. Woukd stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights as we were in-town to visit Crater Lake National Park. The hotel felt refreshing considering that the air quality outdoors was not so great due to local wildfires, but everything was clean and clear indoors. Additionally, when you walk in, most hotels with a pool have a smell of chlorine and that was not the case. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub along with many visting families and the staff were very attentive and responsive for towel requests, etc. Breakfast varied each day with a great selection of options (including gluten & dairy free).

The hotel was safe and quiet, and I appreciated the breakfast in the morning. Room was clean. The one issue I had was with parking. There are many government vehicles that consume space in the parking lot, so I had to park far away, closer to the Comfort Suites.

It was a nice place to stay. The tub could have been cleaner. The area isn't the best. There is an abandoned Sizzle right next door with homeless people camped in the shade. It seems the area has an issue with that. Breakfast was very good, but they ran out of apparently everyone's favorite biscuits and gravy. Nice staff.

We fled here after a couple of nights in the hotel next door. We were finally able to get a good night's sleep in the bed which was in better shape and had both firm and soft pillows to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was also far superior.

The rooms are large, but VERY sparsely furnished which made for a poor looking accommodation. The room had one small chair and one desk chair --- no dining table, one picture on the wall. There was a large hanging lamp, but no table beneath it. Very overpriced for the accommodation.

The staff was kind enough to fulfill our request for extra pillows and also allowed us to park our motorcycle under the canopy of the main entrance so they could keep an eye on it with cameras and front desk coverage, as well as protect it from weather if any.

Great experience. Heather, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, was very quick checking me in and providing information regarding the hotel. My room was large, clean and very quiet. Breakfast and a good variety. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day in the lobby, plus had coffee in my room along with a clean mini refrigerator and a small microwave.

hotel was packed over the weekend we stayed, looked like some Jr Rangers or camping event was going on, but even with all those kids the room was quiet. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon, hotcakes and various other items available for the morning.
