Best Western Plus Parkway Inn

The lift was not working.

I did not like that the elevator was broken, so we had to haul our stuff up and down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice facility.

We had just pulled in from a long drive and a white water rafting trip excited to get to our room and relax. They had us on the 3rd floor and the elevator was “down for scheduled maintenance”!!! There was a sporting event and wedding in town and this is when they decided to close it off. Absolutely ridiculous! Facilities were nice, good breakfast but won’t give a higher rating simply because the f elevator! We weren’t the only ones mad about it.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice as well as 24 hr coffee. Laundry facility was out of order which was the only negative I can say.

The guy at the service desk at the afternoon check in was great! He was a new guy. The morning girl at breakfast was very impatient. No customer service. Listening to her ear phones in one year. Just rude. The workout equipment does not work meaning the treadmills. Not functional. But loved the room. It was perfect.

Swimming pool and area was great. Not great that the elevator wasn't working for the entire weekend. Staff was responsive and gracious.

First time I see in a hotel a free EV charging station for register guest. Kudos for that! Great selection of items to eat at the breakfast buffet! Room was spacious with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker.

The breakfast was pretty good and the hotel was quiet. It's disappointing to have the pool closed.

Elevator didn't work. Not easy getting suitcase up 3 flights to my room

Great stay and good breakfast. Waffle maker was a hit with my boys. Only down part was the pool was closed and they were looking forward to it..

Room was absolutely filthy. Food was left in things, on things. Bathroom was unclean. Frankly, not sure if anything was actually cleaned beforehand. Absolutely appalling.

The room was not clean! Ice cream cartons in refrigerator all melted and gross! The table tops and the head of the bed had grease marks. The shower has mold and mildew, clearly it isn’t getting cleaned like it should.

Service was top notch, especially the night clerk. Consummate professional. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The black out blinds worked perfectly. Best sleep I've ever had at a hotel. There was mold covering the entire shower floor. Wasn't elated about that. The TV guide's channels were not not even close to the actual channels. A minor inconvenience, but annoying none the less. Overall, I would stay there again especially since it's 2 blocks from my venue. Quiet location and overall friendly staff and ambiance.

You can tell its had a recent update . We had to clean pubic hair, and long hairs from tub. Cleaning that outbis when ww realized it wasnt cleaned at all. Where someone would lay there head, heavy conditioning residue was still there!!!! The headboard had filthy visable handprints, blood splatter above headboard. Long grass pieces on carpet that were more than visable as well. Food ran out as well, 1

Nice and clean

Everything was clean. Our room was spacious. We had a jacuzzi tub which was open to the room, other than a curtain. It was also open to the bathroom except for a curtain, so there was no real wall between the bathroom and the bed/living area, which was a little odd. The bed was a bit creaky, though comfortable. It was not soundproofed. We heard stomping around above us at 11pm at night and in the morning. Breakfast was a cut above the usual and included many options. The hotel is kind of tucked away and the driveway was tricky to navigate (part of it was a cul-de-sac). Overall, good stay.

Room was good. Had a little kitchenette area, fridge and micro, no utensils or dishware though. Bed was really firm, little too much for me but other than that a nice stay.

The approach into the parking lot was very unkept whuch did not give a good feeling of this particular Best Western. The room was very clean but definitely needs a refresh upgrade. Also every little sound from above unit could be heard. It was like they were in my room. Especially the shower and any running water noise. I would ot recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place. It was disappointing and I most likely will not stay thereb in the future. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly-the bright spot of my stay.

Good value if you looking to stay at a no frills property. Dog friendly, typical breakfast options. Rooms are somewhat sparse. Stayed on first floor with no carpeting in room. Very noisey with doors slamming and stomping above. No daily housekeeping.

The light near bed kept tripping out do i couldnt run my fan and it was noisy so didnt get much sleep people on top of us was walking round and was up really early so didnt get much sleep

Overall a good stay. We had people above us & you could hear them walking. It was quite loud... so that was unfortunate. Luckily they weren't up late. The room was in good shape & quite large. Bed was pretty good...same withe pillows. We slept well because the windows could open & we like the fresh air. And it was mostly quiet. We liked have the kitchenette area. Bathroom is pretty tiny--but it's good that it has an exhaust fan. Breakfast was quite good. Definitely better than most hotel breakfasts. Location is great too! We will stay again

The heater in my room made a horrible noise. Every time it turned on. It was like a really loud, crackling noise and it kept me up all night.

Roomy room. Well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear conversations on one side of me and a tv that was on all night on the other side. Everything else was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast and in a safe area.

My wife and I stay at a lot of hotels regularly traveling and we are often disappointed with the quality of beds in the rooms. We were very pleasantly surprised that this very affordable King size room was not only very comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean. These are quite important to us, and I imagine most people as well. The hotel was located right off I-5 and easy to find overall. We will stay here again if need be and would recommend this place to anyone.

This is our fourth straight June that we have stayed at Best Western Plus Parkway Inn in Wilsonville, OR, and as the previous three years, the staff made our stay memorable. Their friendliness and commitment that everything would be perfect during this stay was so appreciative. We can not wait to visit June 2026!

Property was very clean. Had a great breakfast and a great conversation with the breakfast attendant. However I had negative experiences with both front desk workers during check in and check out. They weren’t courteous or helpful.

Clean room, very friendly staff at check in. We experienced a water leak from the room above us. The front manager was very quick and responded to the issue promptly. We were moved to another room within 10 mins of the incident. Excellent service!

Customer service was lacking. Was rude to my parents during check in and during stay. The tone, attitude, everything

My son & I were in town for baseball at the local university. I made a reservation for 2 nights before our arrival. Around 11 pm of the second & last night of our stay, I was sound asleep when my son & I heard somebody trying to get into our room. This person tried to enter our room several times when finally I went to the door & told whoever it was that they must have the wrong room. A woman answered me & apologized & said that she was given the key to MY room. I crawled back into bed frustrated that this happened, & tried to go back to sleep. Not 10 minutes later, the phone in my room started ringing. I answered the phone & it was the front desk calling me wanting my name & info & telling me that I was not supposed to be in that room & that they gave it to somebody else. I explained to him that I had reserved my room for 2 nights & the gentleman had confirmed that the night before. He obviously did not believe me & told me I could stay in the room that night but we would have to work things out the next morning. It took me 2 hours to get back to sleep that night, & I had to be up at 0600 the next morning. Come to find out, “somebody” at BW canceled my reservation. I barely got an apology for what happened. This was such an unsafe situation for me & my son. It was lucky that I had used the dead bolt to secure our room or we would have had somebody coming into our room in the middle of the night. I barely got an apology for what happened. I will never stay at BW again.

Very nice property, very nice room. Spacious room, everything clean and in good condition. Comfortable bedding, quiet, easy to get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the unfriendly, discourteous woman who checked me in when I first arrived.

Trash in the hallway, huge spider fell out of the ceiling tiles. They charged my card for a $100 deposit (room was fully paid for through expedia) and never refunded the deposit - I will be calling but overall would not recommend. Front desk staff was very nice.

Beautiful lobby, nice hotel, great staff.

The door locked its self when i went out of the room the privacy latch . When told the front deck the guy was with a guest but when he was done he then went outside to smoke . Then after 1.5 hours the maintenance guy got in and was in the tub the desk called me 7 times harassing me the my room i payed 135 for with jet tub was now unrentable and forced me to get out of the tub and switched to a lower scale room so i left my deposit of 100$$is still not returned

Lady at front desk was pretty snarky. Hated her. So did my husband. Everyone else was very kind and helpful. Hotel color scheme was way too dark and dreary, like an old English horror movie - grim. Easy access to everything in the area, clean. Stairs going down from reception to first level are dark and have only one handrail, both my husband and I tripped on those.

This is our favorite hotel whenever we go to the Portland area. It’s very clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is always great. There’s a lot of parking spaces and it’s very convenient because it’s so close to I-5.

Conveniently located near the freeway. Stores and restaurants less than a mile away. Rooms were roomy and clean. We were planning on staying one night. Checked out then determined that we had to stay in town for a second night. Checking back in was easy, since they had available rooms. I scored a 4 out of 5, because they charge $20 per pet per night. I don’t see the purpose of that if you were to stay in the same room the whole time. That is how it was explained to me anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay, though it was only for one night. Very clean, nice amenities, and surprisingly quiet for being right on I-5 in Wilsonville! Easily accessible from I-5 but tucked away enough off the main road (Elligsen Road) not to be front and central like the nearby Motel 6. The staff we interacted with were courteous, professional, and helpful. The continental breakfast is phenomenal! Eggs, mini-omelets, bacon/sausage, cereal options, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, and even a couple waffle makers. Very tasty and appreciated! If we ever need to spend a night in Portland again, this will be one of our first places to check!

Was a good and comfortable stay. Proximity to dining areas and other shops make it really convenient to travel.

Easy check-in, I got in late and that was no problem. They had my reservation ready. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I would expect and more. The breakfast in the morning was about what you'd expect but very tasty and fresh. Parking was very easy. It is Very easy to access both the directions of the interstate from there, and it is a very short drive off of the interstate to get to the hotel. There is gas and convenience stores nearby, as well as shopping (Costco and Target) and food (fast food chains mostly). For the price, would absolutely stay again. I've gotten less for more money before.

The hotel is embedded in a quiet, woodsy area. Nice! It has a mellow ambiance that I appreciated. The room is clean and spacious! I actually thought the bed was very comfortable, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. Includes breakfast which is great - has waffle maker and all! I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

Excellent property and staff! We were just there for an overnight stay breaking up a road trip, but we were very impressed. The rooms were nice. The staff was well-versed in customer service. The breakfast was more than most places in this price range (included biscuits and gravy with bacon and omelets!). The kids loved it. Well worth the price, and did i mention the staff was great!

The hotel hallways and lobby might make you feel like the hotel is dirty as they are dingy but the room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety

the breakfast as to variety was good, but the food in the warmers was cold every day. We did not receive maid service the entire stay, even after notifying the hotel of not maid service. The drain plug in the tub was closed and no easy way to keep in open when taking a show, so the tub filled up with water pass the ankles.

Property was ok, room was in good condition, but bathroom needs proper fans and tub is old, but it was clean! There was someone else's food left in the fridge which was off-putting. Breakfast area was very messy and staff made little effort to keep it clean and tidy. Waffle mix was empty and no-one was keeping an eye on things, once i requested a refill it took 10 minutes and i feel it was only finally attended to as I stood watching staff that really just seemed interested in chatting! The previous Best Western was so good in comparison! Plus, as a Canadian, I want other Canadians to know that out of all the hotels we booked through Expedia, Best Western was the only one that insisted on a deposit and when that deposit it returned, if you are using your Canadian debit or credit card, you automatically lose money on the charge and refund process!

The breakfast food could be kept warmer

Excellent friendly staff. Easy to get on I-5. We would stay here again. Note:Expedia website says cooked to order breakfast that is NOT true! It's the regular make your own waffles etc. But well stocked

Great breakfast and fast check in.

Don’t go for the breakfast. It was not even minimal. Carpets in hallway need a good cleaning. Bed was comfy. It is “freeway close,” as in right next to the freeway. I thought it would be better, being in Wilsonville, but I was wrong.

Breakfast was amazing they had plenty to offer

Room was good size and clean, hallway trash could have used some attention. My teenagers especially liked the breakfast. There were even some options for me on a more restricted diet.
