We've been staying here for years. Sadly, the hotel is getting older. I feel the staff is doing the best they can and everyone is friendly. Breakfast is not up to par, but waffles are available and cereal along with bagels, English muffins. Friday through Sunday they have eggs and a meat available. We didn't use the pool, but we saw it was enjoyed by families. Beds were very comfortable and the ac and heat worked great. Parking is good, but lights don't appear to be working.

The facility is showing signs it needs work. The showers are old and outdated, walking through the halls you can see work is needed. HVAC also could use an upgrade. Not enough pillow cases on the beds, not enough towels in the room.

The rooms: We had 3 rooms. They didn’t have the rooms assigned before hand so we were spread out. They tried to get us close by and one of the rooms wasn’t even cleaned yet so we had to move a room to a different floor. All 3 rooms found hair in the bathroom or in the beds. The showers barely got warm and the bathtubs were dirty. One of the rooms the shade was missing so it was very bright in the morning. Breakfast: Our first breakfast was bread, bagels, cereal and waffles. That’s it. The second morning they added eggs and sausage but very disappointed with breakfast. There’s a sign that says no animals except service animals but there had to have been 8 dogs I saw in our two night stay. And not only that but one room had multiple dogs that barked all the time. The gym was terrible and the pool was small.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I understand that it is a pet friendly hotel but from the moment we walked in until the moment we left there was a certain dog a few rooms down that was barking incessantly. The owner of the dog was either mentally unstable or going through something, but it made for an extremely uncomfortable experience as my children heard expletives that they are not used to. On top of that all the rugs were dirty. When we came in the first night and I expressed my concern about the incessantly barking dog, I was offered a room change however I had already settled my girls in. On the second night when we returned to the hotel after a long day at the park, I lost my hotel key and the person at the front desk hardly even looked up or addressed me . The breakfast was subpar and pretty much non existent on our second day as we got down there around 8:30. I have no idea how this hotel has the rating that it does, which is why I booked it in the first place, but I would not recommend this as a place to stay at all.
