Clean and safe. The bed was very comfortable. The appearance looked inviting Functionally - things were broken: restroom fixtures, the drain stopper, microwave oven, coffee maker power. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded and tight.

The hotel was just OK. I have certainly stayed in far worse hotels. The price was excellent. The hotel gym was a bit of a hassle to use you had to be let in by the front desk. The hours in which the gym operates are 6 AM to 10 PM. I needed to get into the gym at 5am and I literally had to beg the front desk to let me in.

The building is definitely dated, and the breakfast area is VERY cramped with limited seating. The room was clean and fine; but beware, they have ONE waffle maker and no other hot food (usually when there is a waffle maker you find hot food...); and once a few rooms came down to eat the few tables filled up and you couldn't get past one another (both the people looking to get food and those sitting at the tables in the way); so be prepared to get to breakfast early if you want a table.

The thing about the hotel that was not acceptable was there was no elevator and quite a lot of stairs, that were steep and the handrail wasn’t very stable.

It’s a 2 story building but no elevator. We are seniors and had to carry our suitcase etc upstairs. Sink in bathroom was all cracked and Kleenex dispenser was rusty. Also had to pay a $50 deposit before receiving room key. Was returned in am but was unexpected. Bed was comfortable,staff friendly and breakfast good.

We checked in 1am and checked out 7am. The room had terrible smell like there was a dead rat or squirrel. We had to leave the window open to get fresh air while trying to sleep.

The carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom had black in many cracks and crevices. The bedding was stained. Breakfast was good. The water in the shower was hot and great water pressure!!

I really wanted to like this place but did not. Dirty carpet, coffee maker didn't work. Old and run down bathroom toilet and bathtub. Bed was comfortable which was the olny reason we didn't leave. Would not go back.

Terrible stay ,roaches all over the room had to switch rooms. Chairs with mould, very outdated and badly maintained. Refrain from booking this hotel. Paid more thinking its Quality inn, never again will I trust the brand

The staff especially those at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. The room however didn't look like it had been cleaned well. Ranging from hairs in the shower to candy on the floor that had clearly been left behind by another guest, and stains on the bedsheets and the head boards.

Some areas in poor repair. Some problems that I thought if not brought to the attention of the staff could be construed as caused by me, ie, telephone wire removed from wall, debris that bounced out of sofa when I sat down, spray from the shower head that hit the ceiling when turned on causing water gathered on ceiling, missing lightbulb. In addition, there was some what appeared to be mold around the corners of the grout on the bathtub and the carpet felt tacky and dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and more than comfortable. The water was always hot, and the shower stream was great. It's nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast was adequate but not overly impressive. The TV remote never worked properly - I went to the desk and they gave me another remote but after a short amount of time the second remote did not work either (it kept saying both remotes needed new batteries but they wouldn't provide new batteries) - it became very frustrating.

The room was fine but if you’re staying there, ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. My room was in front and I was kept awake all night long. There’s a train car yard across the street that connects train cars together all night. To do that the huge train cars are slammed together in order to latch to one another. So the sound of a metal bomb going off every 20-30 minutes, all night long was very frustrating. You cannot escape the sound. A bomb going off sound is not an exaggeration. I feel bad for the hotel owners because it’s not their fault but it’s the truth. I got zero sleep because of it

toilet leaked, no hot water in shower, paint peeling. strange smell in hallway. beds were on harder side. coffee pot was empty for breakfast. waffle mix tasted sour. strange yogurt, no fresh food for breakfast- just waffle maker and sliced bread or cereal. wifi was weak.

I like the fact it was close to shopping area. The hotel itself was alright, but the room smelled and the service people still entered your room even with the DNR sign on the door. The guy at the front desk wasn’t that pleasant. If you going to stay long beware of them going in your room.

This hotel is a personal favorite! Great water pressure in shower, nice and clean towels and linens!😁 Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Chinese, Dollar Stores etc literally beside parking lot, tons of options! Easy on and off Highway ramps for 81 north and south. Best part really is this locations staff and front desk. Most have been there for years and will help you with anything they can do!

We were given keys to an occupied room, scared a couple kids walking in. Our room was ok.. Beds were hard as rock and the TV glitched the whole time. The lobby and dining room are were nice and updated but that’s about it

Room and facilities were clean and bed was adequate. Toiletries were minimal and towels were functional. Customer service was nonexistent. My toilet was flushing slowly and I advised the front desk and was assured the toilet would be fixed. I returned after a long day to find the room wasn’t cleaned and the toilet was not fixed. I called the front desk and was told since it was after 6pm the night manager couldn’t help because he couldn’t leave the desk. He offered me a plunger so I could address the issue myself. Needless to say I was unhappy about the situation, but given the alternative I got the plunger and proceeded to try and fix the issue. The plunger didn’t work, so in the morning I had to use the public facilities in the lobby. I spoke with the front desk and he didn’t even offer an apology. When the manager showed up I told him of my issue and he was indifferent. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn again. On another note the breakfast was the standard fair of grocery store bread, bagels and English muffins, terrible coffee, cereal, watered down juices, fruit, one flavor of yogurt and make your own waffle.

At check in the man never got off his personal cell phone. At all. He continued his personal conversation in his native tongue and was laughing. He had quite a few English words thrown in there so you could follow the conversation to some degree which is how I could determine it was a personal phone call. Regardless, as a customer one customer should never be ignored while serving them. Literally the ONLY things he said to me was when he whispered ‘Are you checking in?’ At the start of the process. He did this while he held the phone to his ear and the other person was talking. Having checked into hotels before I knew the procedure so knew when to hand him my license and then my cc. Near the end he said please sign here. That’s it. Very, very rude, Very, very impersonal. Very, very disrespectful. Very, very unprofessional.

We were given the key to our room. Told it's downstairs stairs just around the corner and down the hall. So we get to the room and the key card opened the door first try and there was someone already in the room and in a bed...I got all the way back to the desk and get moved to a different room upstairs. So I go all the way up stairs and find the room. The key card didn't open the door. So I had to set my belontall back down and go all the way back downstairs to the front desk to tell him the keys didn't work. I wasn't happy at this point.

Quick stay for a business trip. Staff was friendly, welcoming; room was clean and ready; hotel is quiet and that's really nice. Easy to access and find off I-81. I stay here for work frequently, and have never had a bad experience.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. The diner next door has the most incredible breakfast. Check out was easy. Just remember you didn't book the Waldorf for that rate. Although the room is dated it was very clean. I would stay again.

The beds are comfortable, rooms were clean, could use a little updating but were still more than adequate. My only issue had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the loud, almost like explosions outside every few minutes for most of the night. There are many train tracks across the street which may have been the culprit, even though we did not notice any trains whatsoever. Would likely stay again.

We were looking for a stopover night on our way home from Myrtle Beach to Rochester. This was right off the interstate on US 15. It was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. It included Wi-Fi, hot breakfast and a nice diner next door for dinner. It worked out very well for us!

This is an easy-to-reach hotel just minutes from downtown Harrisburg; it is my go-to hotel when visiting the state capitol. There is a restaurant next door as well as a gas station; it has a nice view of the river.

The whole place had a bad odor to it.Continental breakfast but everything cold and nobody taking care of area. Out of milk, no cream for coffee, not worth the hassle so went down road to dunkin donuts.

The people at the front desk were friendly and happy to help. I live on coffee, so we asked for extra coffee packs when we checked in, and the gentleman was happy to provide. The room was comfortable, but the tv did have a habit of losing signal, so I recommend you bring a lap top or good book to keep you occupied. The bathroom was very small, only room for one person, and the door blocked the tub when open, so don't expect to get ready with your hubby at the same time. But it was clean, and I loved the lotion they provided on the wall. There were limited electrical outlets, and one side of the bed had no electrical access, so be warned there. Breakfast was not impressive. Ceral, juice, bread and bagles, fat free yougurt, and a waffle maker. I was unhappy that they put the real milk away after breakfast, so the only option was powdered creamer for coffee and tea all day. Next door is a wonderful diner, The Squeaky Rail. We ate there for every meal, and LOVED it. I was VERY happy to have such a good restaurant so close to the hotel. All in all we were happy with the hotel, for the price. They were having a special of $49 a night, so the price was perfect for what we got. I did squish a few bugs in the room, but it didn’t bother me much, and we had no bug bites or skin issues, so the bed and room were properly cleaned. We will stay there again when we need to be in town. Especially, because of the restaurant next door.

This is a quiet place. Its clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the continental breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. They have waffles, but the rest of the selection is very limited.

Basically, just need a comfy bed & a decent breakfast. The bed wasn't horrible. My preference is a little softer than what the bed was. The breakfast was ok. But, the pics online made it look like that there was more than waffles as a hot item.

Just an older facility. Breakfast was decent for being included: 3 dry cereals; assortment of sliced breads/ bagels; yoghurts; apples and oranges; waffle maker; scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage links. Included coffee and juices. Staff were very helpful and polite.
