The beds were terribly hard and the sofa bed had springs popping out . Both were very uncomfortable . When we asked for a solution none was given except to move rooms . I asked for an eggcrate mattress but they did not have 1 to give . We went to Walmart and were able to get it for the sofa bed . That was not doable for us since we had to be on the first floor due to my sons phobia of elevators . The breakfast buffet, the pool ( although it’s not heated and is cold ) , the view and the cleanliness were all good . Although they have a lot of rules about asking for housekeeping . There was alot of noise on Main Street from trucks at a very early hour , like 5am . We will not stay there again

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived we did have a problem with our room, but as soon as we said something to the front desk it was fixed immediately. I even received a message from the manager asking how our stay was going.The breakfast was wonderful. You had a variety of choices for breakfast.Everything was very clean. The pool is very nice. It was nice and quiet too, so we were able to get a good night’s rest.

We had a great stay even though the bed was very uncomfortable. Mostly because the staff was so quick to respond when we asked for anything. For an example, shower shampoo was out and they came within 15 mins to refill it and when we asked for extra hangers someone stopped by almost immediately. And the other thing is, I wish there was more storage or a dresser for out things. It was a room that sleeps 5 but there was no pull out bed. Pool was clean. Workout gym was very efficient and had everything we needed. My husband and I got a good workout in together. Gym was very basic and had everything we needed to get a pump in. Great location and easy restaurants near by.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all so amazing! Very pleasant, professional and helpful. Great breakfast for families. The best part was the most incredible view of the entire area (mountains, sunset, city, farms, and more) from the room! I’ve definitely never stayed at another Hampton Inn with such a beautiful view. Only tiny concern was the pool temperature… it was way too cold to swim or enjoy. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

The property was clean and good. But unfortunately the water supply to the building had some issues so it was turned off from 7am to late evening. The management could have made adjustment to the tariff for the extreme inconvenience. But they did not extend that adjustment.

We chose to stay here in a smaller town, and it was great to walk downtown to eat or there is an Apple Bees literally behind it. The hotel is a little older, but we’ll kept. The service staff was fantastic. We had a couple little issues at first, but they immediately took care of them. The only complaint is that next time, I would ask for a room not on the street side. That is a noisy little town! Great food and nice size rooms.

Overall, our experience was great. The only issue was the mattresses. Our King mattress was horrible. Woke up with back aches both morning. Please check and replace mattresses more often.

The property was terrific. My experience with Expedia was horrible. The Inn did not have my reservation. Thanks to two very diligent employees after 45 minutes dealing with Expedia they were finally able to confirm my reservation and check me in. I will NEVER book with Expedia again!!!

Staff from start to finish was outstanding! Mike let us check in a little early. We were even the guest of the day! Front desk called up to our room to make sure everything was great. Signed is up for points and now we're hooked on Hilton!Great job to this property on going above and beyond! Breakfast was fresh and hot. Manager was present and helping keep the lobby clean. Pool area was too cold to go swimming. Bed was suppose to be a queen it was a full size, the manager was very ignorant and rude screaming in lobby in front of other guests and children when bed size issue was brought to his attention. He told me to call corporate which I did immediately, he then started apologizing trying to make it right. It was too late to mage it right after acting the way he did. He is very unprofessional, also there was hair in the shower. Other then that the hotel was great the breakfast was great, the manager just needs better customer service skills.

Arrived an hour early to be told by a young female front clerk that check in was at three and she continued what she was doing on her computer. We came back in an hour and was checked in by someone else. We will go back to using Country Inn and Suites in Lancaster.

Its only about 5 min from the green dragon famers market . And close tp chopping districs anx antique shops . Friendly staff and pretty sceneries around the hotel .would totally stay again . And recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
