Nice place to stay when visiting the Lancaster area. The hotel sits on its own, but right behind several food chain stores. You will never go hungry as it does sit within walking distance and/or 1-2 minute drives to DD, Starbucks, Sheetz, Texas Roadhouse, etc. Parking is very simple and there are a lot of spots to choose from. There is outdoor seating both in front of the hotel with a gas fire pit as well as seating on the side of the building with 2 grills. Because it was raining we did not have the opportunity to see the fire pit or sit outside however it was very appealing. The pool area is quite small however not many people were using the pool (it is handicap accessible). The gym was also appealing with new equipment and windows that allow in natural light if wanted. Free hot breakfast consisting of waffle makers, bagels/toast/muffins, a make your own yogurt parfait station, fruits and oatmeal. The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable. The television was okay but we didn't mind because we didn't watch much however be aware you get several cable channels (approx 10 all togehter) but have access to connect to Netflix, Sirius, etc. (There is no HBO MAX, Peacock, Discovery, Hulu so be aware.) It was mostly quiet however you can hear if people are staying above you as you can hear footsteps and banging from drawers/doors at times. All of the staff were a joy to be around, greeting you with a smile! We will be back again to stay for a weekend getaway!

This place is spectacular. From now on if I’m staying anywhere more than two days. I will pay the price to stay here. It’s like having a small studio apartment with maid service every other day. Plus they have on site laundry facilities. They are resonalbly priced

There was plenty of parking; the check-in process was quick and smooth; the room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator (I had cupcakes with me, so the fridge was particularly useful on this trip); the water was hot and had good pressure; and the lighting in the bathroom was also better than most hotels.

Room was very clean, always gave kids apples, and close to everything! With that said, the pool heater was broken so it was cold for the kids (didn’t stop them from swimming) and put on the first floor. If you like sleep, asked to be on the second or third floor as the first has dogs.

This hotel is conveniently located, has good amenities, good self parking, spacious rooms and a pretty good assortment for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

I give this property a 5 star review but I will say the pool it self needs a good shut down and good scrubbing. Over all we will be back again

Well I can’t say enough about what a wonderful stay this was!! From the moment we walked in the door , we were greeted my Trish who was so pleasant and kind and welcoming and made us feel at home right from the beginning. The hotel was so clean. The staff was soooo friendly, rooms were spacious and the amenities were a plus PLUS. We had 4 people in one room and we all had our own area to for our things. We could bring our own groceries to save money with the kitchen in the room and grills to use out back. The fire pit area was great to have a nice break and sip wine. Not to mention the continental breakfast was awesome, lots of options and the best coffee all day so fresh. The gym was great and the pool was clean and to have a washer and dryer was the best. I will always be staying at Home2suites wherever I travel. Thank you Ephrata!!

Very friendly staff, clean room, loved the fire pit. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, wish we had it was very nice, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. No complaints, it was a good place to stay!

Friendly staff, great breakfast & coffee bar! Filthy carpets in hall & our room, dirty pool with hair clumps & cold, elevator smelled horrible like something was burning inside BOTH of them! Nice location with food & shopping close by.

Our stay was exceptional. The hotel is very quiet, staff always willing to help and cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast has a great variety to get you on your way.

The room was very comfortable and had a full kitchen. We had a king size bed with sleeper sofa. There was a curtain that could divide the 2 sleeping areas. The kitchen had dorm plus size fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dishes and silverware. The bathroom was clean and nice sized. The shower head pressure was very low and lacking

I had an average stay here. For a new hotel, it was showing wear and tear. The motorized curtains were broken and the bathroom faucet was hard to open (cartridge worn out). There was no room service at all unless you ask for it and no one told us that when checking in. The morning breakfast ran out of food and they did not restock food even though there was 1 hour left for breakfast. For example, all the bagels and bread were gone due to a large family eating it out. The lady yelled at my family to use the garbage can near the coffee station instead of near the check in desk --- she could have had a better attitude. The key cards did not work to the room and the front desk seemed annoyed when I was very polite about it and asked calmly if I can have replacement cards. Bottom line: Home2 is a wonderful hotel, but I do not think I would visit this one due to the room having wear and tear and the employees are a little disgruntled.

Friendly staff, clean, however, neither the couch or bed were comfortable, the bathroom shower head was poor and the sink didn’t drain very well.

Great room and nice breakfast staff. Overall the hotel was very clean however there were some ugly stains on the carpeting in our one bedroom suite.

The Home2Suites is a great setup! The room was very spacious and the pull out sofa was actually comfortable! Would do that again.

Our room was a king bed, a couch, kitchen sink, dish washer and a full size refrigerator! And real dishes, glasses and utensils.

Staff were very courteous. The location makes it a great stay. The beds were horrible. They were hard!

Good walking options for dining. But if road noise is a concern then this may not be the best location for you.

The place was great and I have no complaints of the service or the room. However a lock on the bathroom door would be awesome and helpful

Hotel was so clean and staff were amazing. The only thing I found bathroom door has no lock. Except that everything was so good.

This hotel is our go-to spot when traveling for business near Lancaster. The hotel is wonderful but it’s the staff that makes it extra special.

Because I forgot to change my date by one day, now the property doesn't want to change my dates and I feel robbed.

This place is top notch. Started right off with over the top employees. The Front desk manager (sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful and amazing. Check in was smooth. Helped us get our rewards perks. Breakfast was very filling! Pool was little cooler than we’d like but it was very cold outside so we give it a thumbs up anyway. Good food within walking distance. Easy in and out. Highly highly recommend.

Hospitality gets an A++++ . The most welcoming and helpful staff work at this hotel. Each employee we encountered went out of their way to be friendly and made us feel great. When traveling through the area in the future we will most definitely stay here.

It was great, room and staff were amazing.. only problem was that they charged me for a pet fee when it said that all fees were included in my booking for one adult and one pet

Great value on a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel was very close to restaurants in a quiet area, so there was no need to drive. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Excellent place to stay as we were passing through.

Stayed at this Home2Suites in Ephrata, PA for 2 nights with 2 small children. The hotel was very clean and modern. Trish (front desk manager) was super pleasant and helpful. The room was stocked with tea and coffee, and the lobby offered hot water/tea/coffee 24hrs a day. Trish welcomed our kids with complimentary snacks and waters and provided a really helpful list of local restaurants and attractions. The hotel was within walking distance to Dunkin, Chipotle and a few other restaurants. The location was really quiet despite the construction happening next door. Our only disappointment were the pillows on the bed (bring your own) and the continental breakfast ran out of a lot of things half way thru service. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were the best we have had for a family of four. The pool was clean, the staff was so friendly and the breakfast was better than any other hotel!

The hotel was clean and modern. Our only complaint was that it had the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a Hilton. The staff made 3 eggs at a time for about 35 people making latest. Everything was empty. The minute it was served it was gone. We had to go out to eat. Very disappointing.
