The pool has been broken for weeks and we weren’t told until check in. That was a main reason for booking. The walls of the hotel had mystery stains on them and the couch beds were not made up before ever though the room was booked for 4 before check in. The staff was friendly but unable to help with the issues we experienced.

Rooms were ok but one of the reasons I chose this hotel over the others were because of the nice pool and being close to Hershey park. My son was looking forward to the pool so much and yet we find out their heat was broken! I asked the front desk staff regarding it and she said she couldn’t do nothing about it since they have no control over the heater of the pool and need to call someone to come in to fix it- yet when a few other girls when to complain about the hot tub not having heat- she came over and started attempting to “fix” the heat. Not happy with this place at all! Would not recommend!

The included breakfast was great. The pool was freezing and the hot tub wasn't working. That was disappointing as I brought my kids and that was the main thing I looked for. They were supposed to clean the rooms every other day and didn't while we were there but the rooms were very clean at check in. Beds were comfy, even the sleeper sofa

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a desk space and a mini fridge. Parking was easy and convenient. I was able to charge my hybrid. My kids enjoyed the pool and the workout room. Overall great stay and very close to Hersheypark. We also enjoyed seeing some of the older vehicles from the adjacent auto museum.

My family and I loved everything about the property until we woke up and saw that our bed had hair from the previous customers. I was disgusted! I got in late and saw how clean the room was, so I just showered and eent to sleep with my daughter. The next morning, I went to make the bed and noticed the entire bed aheets full of hair. I immediately went to speak to the manager, and he came up with a cleaning staff, and they witnessed the hair on the unkept sheets. The entire bed was changed with clean bedding, and I received a credit for my stay because the changing of the bedding delayed my vacation activities. Other than that, i would go again, but make sure my bedding is clean.

I like how budget friendly this place was. The breakfast was good with many different options. My kids loved the selection and breakfast area. I was not too happy with the maintenance of the pool and the room. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was fine but I found stains on the cushion on the couch in the room. The room was a bit smaller than shown on here. Otherwise it was an ok value for the money. It is a bit far away (at least 10 minute drive) from dinning places so keep in mind specially if you have children with you.

The room was nice, but the door going into the room was very loud. Also, the door to the bathroom would not close all the way and it would get stuck trying to get out of the bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection.

The fan was extra loud and unusable, one of the tvs wouldnt work. The people upstairs, a christian youth group kept us up all night almost every night we stayed. Talked to the front desk multiple times and finally had to talk to the kids directly as nothing changed until it was taken in our own hands.

This Hotel is conveniently located to all of us going to Hersheypark, chocolate world or the The Giant Arena. However, breakfast is a first comes first serve and by nine 9:30 AM most of it is gone. juice machine was broken while we were there so couldn’t get any juice for breakfast. Not much of a selection for breakfast items either. Though the bed was very comfortable it was hard to sleep with the noise from the people upstairs just walking. You can also hear people talking in the hallways. So definitely not a soundproof room. if you are a light sleeper, Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel for you will not get much sleep like we did not get much sleep. The front desk staff was in The back room, laughing and caring about while guest we’re standing in line trying to get their attention. I believe they should invest in a little Bell guest can ring so that we can get their attention. we did enjoy the hot tub and the pool, however, we had to go to the front desk, which took a while for them to notice that we needed something, to get towels to go to the pool. Also, when we were going to leave the pool area the plastic laundry container that they use was missing so we had to leave the towels on the floor in a pile.

I had an issue getting to the hotel because of roadwork and was really stressed out, but the hotel assured me it wasn't a problem checking in a bit late and to take my time. They really set my mind at ease and were super friendly!

Booked a king room, not available when I got there 30 minutes later. Hotel employee blamed Expedia. Expedia said they'd resolve the issue overnight, but in the morning said since I accepted a queen bed (rather than sleep in my car), there was nothing they could do. Front desk clerk didn't bother to talk to me or ask how my stay was, just said leave the key and we'll email you a receipt. Didn't get anything. First and last experience with both Expedia and Springhill Suites. Never again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient for everything I needed. They provided a hot breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. Although the hotel was undergoing some maintenance and upgrades during my stay, it didn’t interfere with my experience at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!
