For the price we paid I was not at all impressed. Our room was $153 per night and our toilet was still dirty, the shower had hair and gunk in it, there was hair on the bathroom counter and they left us with less than half a roll of toilet paper and no spare. The only good things about it was the night time front counter staff who got us some toilet paper very quickly and delivered it to our room and thankfully the bed was decent too. But for the price we paid, I’m not looking to stay again.

First at Ck in I was given a key to room and my wife and I went to room and went in and then a person came out of another room scared us to death we went to desk and first no help then given a room with tv not working and no Ac in the morning I asked the desk was it documented and was treated like a piece of shingles like it was my fault

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and was charged by Hotel.com. But at the checkout at the front desk they told me that the balance of the virtual card sent them by Hotels.com was $0,00. So they forced me to pay again. That is unacceptable! Both, the local hotel and Hotels.com are responsible for the agreement they have with each other. Both should be accountable before the costumer. This is unacceptable!

Reasonable rate for a reasonable hotel. Towels were getting shabby. Curtains were not hanging properly on their hooks and let too much light in; properly hanging curtains would have prevented the light from entering.
