This is a second time we visit this hotel. It's about 10 miles outside Lancaster and is it older hotel, but it's clean, it's really clean and the staff is so nice per in the breakfast. I had waffles and they had the best Sara, just a great place. We tried to get away twice the year or just for a couple days. Just do relax and they make it very, very homie.

There was a strong smell of gas in the room, and when I asked about it, they said it was because of the AC… wild. The gym facility wasn’t even usable, and we didn’t risk it further by staying for breakfast. I knew the hotel wasn’t going to be top-tier, but those good reviews seriously fooled me.

The property had a musty smell, and we had a horrible experience within just five minutes of being there. We didn’t even get a chance to unload our bags from the cart. Our key cards failed to open the room door twice. The elevators were broken, and the hot tub wasn’t working. Both the pool and hot tub had a clear film on the surface, suggesting they hadn’t been used in a long time. After all this, we decided to leave and will never return.

When we pulled in to register there were about six fire trucks around the building. We were told there was a gas leak in the pool pump room and we would have to come back and register and gain access to the building. During the entire visit the pool was not available for us to use.

I don’t know how this hotel gets good reviews. The room was dirty and muggy when we first arrived. Killed 4 spiders on arrival. Candy wrappers on the floor. Front desk wasn’t friendly. There’s nothing nearby. Glad we were only there for 2 nights.

The room was okay. It was not very clean. There was dust on the night stands and dresser. The whole building is in need of an update. The hallway smelled of carpet fresh and was very run down looking. The breakfast was okay the usual stuff but very tight seating. The ac was pretty quiet.

Not what I expected. Very small breakfast and lounge area. Rooms are small and the bathroom is only separate by a pocket door. I guess it is ok if you are only looking for a place to sleep and move on.

The room was on the small side. It has a wardrobe to hang clothes but no closet. With no closet, the ironing board and iron are hung on a wall next to the curtains, which I have never seen before. The AC didn’t cool the room to a truly comfortable temperature the first night of a two-night stay. By keep the curtains closed and the AC set on it lowest setting of 66, the room temperature was more comfortable but certainly nowhere near 66 degrees. The room was very clean and smelled clean. But for what it was, it was overpriced. This trip we stayed in larger rooms with bigger TVs for less cost.

Pros: Very friendly staff and convenient location for both the Lancaster and Hershey area. The pool area was keep clean and we received housekeeping with new towels daily. Cons: This hotel is very outdated and the rooms have not been kept up well at all. Our shower seel was falling off and almost of the wood pieces in the rooms were scratched and banged up. The outside of the hotel was also unkept and in disrepair. The lobby had old dirty furniture and the Free breakfast was one of the most limited I have ever been to. Overall it was okay for a few nights but I would not stay again.

Rooms are way TOOO small. thank God I'm not claustrophobic. Breakfast, I know that in some places when breakfast is included it tends to be limited but this place is super limited and only cold breakfast was available the only hot item that was offered was waffles. I didn't enjoy my stay and would not be back.

On Sunday, there were also sausage and eggs.The hotel was very busy on Sat morning, and staff made an announcement that anyone having breakfast could go into a conference room across the hall for additional seating. Room was on 3rd floor. Room was very clean, no issues with bed or bath. Bed was extremely comfortable and had 4 pillows, so different sleep styles were accommodated. Bathroom was handicap equipped. Figuring out the shower was a little challenging...hotel may want to consider putting instructions on the wall. Bathroom was clean and very roomy. We were never able to connect to wifi on any of the days we stayed (Thurs - Sun). We advised the front desk at checkout that, based on theinterior condition of the microwave, just unplug it and throw it out. Prior clients myst have exploded multiple foods in it. Still,other than the microwave. I think 5 stars is deserved.

Mediocre hotel for a high price tag. The front desk staff was pleasant upon checking and out. The room itself was mediocre. The beds aren’t even queen size, they aren’t comfortable, the pillows are terrible soft. The room needs updated: new paint and new furniture. Definitely not the value of the what we paid for a one night stay. Disappointed!!

Very friendly staff. Old hotel, could use a little love, but bed was comfortable. Sparse breakfast. Bathroom setup is the kind where sink is in the room. VERY small bathroom. But - comfy bed, we slept well.

Great for 2 nights. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. I appreciated seeing a lot of staff cleaning however the sink areas were a little dusty. Room furniture was a little dingy but again, my stay was fine. No issues or complaints.

I found the property to be excellently maintained and very clean in all areas. My only complaint was how unfriendly the front desk staff as well as the breakfast area attendants were. You couldn’t buy a smile or a friendly comment from most of them. They were efficient , just very unfriendly. However, a compliment to the house keeping staff on the second floor during our stay. Very friendly, efficient and great at their job.

Check in was great friendly customer service and helpful!! Wilma was one of the best employees!!! We spilled something and we offered to clean it up and she said no I got it accidentally happen. While the other lady was bitter and rude. We will be back!! Wilma Rocks!!!

Greeted by friendly staff and access to a indoor pool and hot tub with fresh towels was a nice treat after a driving 2 hrs. Breakfast and fresh hot coffee was a perk. Nice location near many shops, restaurants and entertainment made our stay stress free. Definitely would stay again.

Room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Only small thing is the room did have a damp like smell to it but nothing that was concerning. I was surprised by the weekend breakfast as it included: waffles, eggs, yogurt, and fruit in addition to the standard bagels and muffins. The location is great as it’s right off of Rt 30, making it easy to get to where you need to go. It’s also located right by Field of Screams and Scoops so there’s things to do in either a few minute drive or walking distance

We pretty much just needed a place to sleep and did not spend much time there otherwise. Good location right off highway. Room was clean. A bit of wear and tear but not bad. Beds were comfy. Coffee was decent. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Front desk staff very friendly.

It was a great stay for us overall . Very comfortable beds (4-nights ) and a clean room. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, each one we came across wished us a "Good Morning " or "Have a great day " The Breakfast was lacking, - A hard boiled egg, toasted bread, bagels, and English muffin slices, were not very appealing, - Every morning we came to breakfast at 7 - 7:30am - And we'd have to ask if there were any more Sweet muffins or pastry left as the ones placed on the breakfast bar went quickly as they were brought out (4-5 at a time) every 10 minutes or so.. and at times other guests were waiting in a line for the attendant to bring out more sweets..The same thing happened with the apples and bananas ..Both were Gone Quickly - Our suggestion is to offer a better selection of protein and food products at breakfast

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping was friendly and respectful. Room wasnt large or luxurious but was beautiful for the price. They have a cook your own waffle station available for breakfast which was delicious. They dont offer fruit but you are able to bring your own to add. 10/10 for the price point. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a great stay. First they allowed me to check in early for a wedding . The room was wonderful! It was clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were too! I so often am not happy with hotel pillows so excellent marks there! The only reason this wasn't 5 stars was the breakfast. There were no eggs. They did have waffles but I like to have protein in the morning.
