La Quinta by Wyndham New Cumberland - Harrisburg

I stay in a lot of hotels, this was among the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The tv in our room didn’t work, they had no extra pillows, the bathroom sink was missing the stopper, they couldn’t get the alarm from our door to stop so we had to move to another room. I mentioned to the manager about an inconvenience discount & he said nothing. There was only one ice machine in the entire hotel & it was a small rinky dink one, and the breakfast was a complete joke. Nothing hot, and even the cereal was stale. Will never stay there again. Oh,,, the front desk worker was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt along with sweatpants. Completely unprofessional.

Breakfast was empty, did not fill up

Checked in, first room they sent me to was a room that was dirty not turned over. Next room was on the third floor. Elevator was broke. Walked into that room. The window is wide open no screen spiderwebs across the window spiders crawling on the air conditioner my 15-year-old son said Dad and I said absolutely we’re not staying here. Don’t bother booking her book anywhere else.

The breakfast was cold and the coffee was cold too. I was in the bathroom and one of the ladies came in the room to clean and I didn’t check out yet. And the elevator didn’t work so if you was on the third floor you had to take the stairs.

No kaundry service, asequate gym, friendly staff
