It was very convenient to the interstate. Outdated, had a bug on my pillow, not sure what it was but had a hard time going to sleep after that. Dumpster was overflowing on the ground in the parking lot. Bathroom Fixtures need replacing

Our room was clean, updated furniture, fridge was clean and nice and cold, ac worked perfectly. Nice flat screen tv and clean bedding. The hallway had just been painted so there was still brown paper down but that didn’t bother us. Our hotel room was clean.

Nice older hotel that has been re done a little bit. Was just passing thru easy access, got to park in front of room.

It was kind of a dump. The toilet seat was cracked and held together with tape. It looked pretty rundown. The parking lot wasn’t maintained well in cold weather and I fell on the ice before I even got into the hotel. I needed to make other arrangements to stay elsewhere for a family members funeral and when I went to check out early the next morning there was no one at the desk and no one was answering the number that was listed to Call if you needed help.

The hotel is under renovation. Our room was a finished room. It was very nice. Six of us fit comfortably. Plenty of outlets, which is always a problem in hotels. Only issue I had is that our keys were disabled long before checkout time and I had to go back downstairs twice to get them fixed.

Decent rooms, rest of the property is on the way up. Can tell it has been improved but only 4 stars based on building condition.

Was not as nice as I expected for a Baymont property. It was very hot outside, and the lobby was not air conditioned. The room seemed OK, but the A/C was very noisy and needed cleaning. It smelled of mold. The next morning when we went to shower, we had to sponge bathe because the tub only had scalding hot water. The mixing valve needs replacement. The ceiling texture was falling down from a previous water leak upstairs. We were very dissapointed.

Tub was dirty with hair and other nasties from previous guests. Exterior doors were propped open so anyone could walk in. Overall ick but Inhad no choice as everything else sold out to sport tourney in area. Good AC and TV.

Shower was dingy and crusty should be replaced. Steps going up a little dirty could have been a little cleaner

Bedbugs in room 104. They gave me a new room at midnight, which had mouse droppings in the floor. I will not book there again.

Check in was ridiculous with having to call and no one at the desk. The bathroom was dirty. The room had an odor. Floors were not clean. Door did not shut correctly, had to fight with it to shut and lock.

This properties has bed bugs. We rented 4 rooms and drove home in middle of the night and the best they would offer is a refund for just 1 of the rooms. Spoiled my sons birthday celebration.

The motel is very clean, and our room was in good condition with excellent facilities and nice touches, including toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and a razor, plus the usual soaps, shampoos and lotions. The night manager was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. Beds are very comfortable. The place is a great find!

Got bed bugs there. It was a non-smoking room that smelt old cigarettes. Never going back

It’s a bed to sleep in and not much more. Smallest bathroom we have ever encountered in a hotel. Booked the room for 6 and we had 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout. Luckily we arrived before the staff went to bed.

It was clean and comfortable. All i was looking for. My only complaint would be that the Wi-Fi was slow and erratic.

There was some confusion about how many rooms I requested. That was resolved. When I went to my room, #105, the door was very difficult to push open. When I sat in the chair ar the desk, I almost fell over backwards. The shower curtain rod is coming out of the wall.

The first thing I noticed was the chair at the desk was broken. If you leaned back or tried to sit upright, you would fall backwards. The curtain rod in the bathroom is coming out of the wall.

Only stayed overnight, slept and left. But staff was welcoming and friendly, helpful.

We booked this hotel for one night. When in the Hotels.com app, I put the correct dates but when I switched the number of people from 1 to 2, the app changed the dates without my knowing. I placed the order for the room because I thought all was set. I received an email confirming the reservation, but then never received any notifications about our stay even through notifications are turned on on my phone. As we were driving to the location, I received an email asking to rate our stay. Needless to say, I was surprised since we hadn't stayed there yet! I contacted the hotel and they refused to do anything about it. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to work with the hotel to help us out, but once again the hotel refused to do anything about it. The customer service from the hotel sucks and are unwilling to make the customer happy. I would not say here again and I suggest you don't either!

Good price, very friendly staff

The property staff was very kind. The young man accommodated our very very late arrival (2 a.m.) and did so with polite manners and kind service. The downfalls: the property is in need of some renovation, water was ice cold during the night, it sèmes like they turn it off completely at night, so it was impossible to take a shower after a 13 hour drive in snow storms. Also, scary fact, they lock the doors to the réception área at 2 a.m, making it impossible to access the front desk, and even worse: impossible to return inside if you step outside to your vehicle once the place is locked down. That was one scary experience in the middle of the night and winter. It’s the first time I ever came across a completely locked hotel with guests inside… finally, since I reserved a room with two bed and a sofa bed for 5 people, the norm would have been to prepare the bedding for the 5 th person using the sofa bed. However, the room was only made up for 4 people, without any sheets or blankets or pillows for the 5th guest. Retrieving that bedding got me locked outside at 2:30 am in -14 Celsius weather trying to get back to the reception area… while the young man was kind and serviable, we will not be returning to this property.

The very dangerous first… Our room deadbolt did not work so we used the latch. On the last night, before turning in for the night and closing door latch a random man keyed into what should have been an electronically locked door and walked right into our room. We told him he entered the wrong room and he left. We heard him open his correct door electronically with the same key that unlocked our electronic door. My daughter complained but the manager just said he mistakenly gave the key our key. As we were checking out I thought his explanation made no sense because the wrong key should not have then opened his correct room door, but it had. So as I walked down the hall I held my room key next to every door I passed and guess what… It unlocked every door!! The light flashed green and the door lock clicked open. So the manager had not bothered to give us each separate keys but gave everyone the same key!! How easy it would have been for someone dishonest or worse to commit serious crimes! I wrote a review to the management immediately but since they have not responded, I feel I must warn others of this dangerous practice. That staff were initially accommodating and kind, and that the breakfast included was actually healthy and great pales in comparison. I hope this never happens anywhere else.

Check-in was very inconvenient! I got it late at night. Lobby was locked, and a sign said to call a number to get a code for the lockbox, to get your key. Hard to understand the woman on the phone. The Room, was Disgusting!!! The was mold all over the ceiling…everywhere! There was mold around the toilet. The microwave had splattered food everywhere on the inside. There was 1/2” gap under the Entry door to the outside (ground floor, so literally the OUTSIDE)!! The sheets had long snags of fabric all over it. Everything in the room was damp, including towels hanging for use. The TV had 4 channels and there were lines running through it, so you really couldn’t watch it. The water faucet in the bathroom area sprayed straight out towards me when I turned it on any more than 1/4. My room was around the back, and there were people hanging out back in the parking lot until about 4am, and they were NOT quite! Others that were at the event I went to said they were staying there too, and that their room was horrible as well. There weren’t any other rooms available for me to go to. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I almost never leave a review, BUT THIS ONE NEEDED TO BE MADE!!!

I was highly upset as soon as we started checking in. The hotel manager checked us in and charged my card and then tried to charge me for the stay twice multiple times. Also at 6 in the morning tried charging my card again with 5 to 10 dollars.

Staff was excellent!!

We were placed on the first floor with a door to the parking lot - didn’t feel safe. There was a gap under the door -we were afraid critters could crawl in. The room was technically not dirty, but run down. We asked to have the window cleaned. The tub drain was rusty. Thank goodness we didn’t have to use it. Bed was ok. Didn’t eat there. We won’t be staying there again.

I choose this hotel because of 1. the price and 2. because it was right off the exit with easy on, easy off location. My room was well maintained and had everything I needed. Most importantly everything was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillow soft. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, muffins etc. very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here.

Traveling from Baltimore to Canada. This hotel was a good stopping point. Next door to a McDonald’s. Just up the street from a Pilot Truck stop. Good value, good bed and shower. Would definitely stay here on another trip

I was visiting the Pine Grove area and found this motel to stay in. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also convenient to Fast food and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here.

The location is at a great spot

We were given a room that was smelly, unsafe surroundings, dirty room and lobby. The AC was broken. Had to wait at checkin for someone to appear to be checked in. We didn't want our room with the conditions it was in and there seemed to be no more rooms so we asked and was given a refund and moved on.

This hotel was exactly in the area I needed.

Nice breakfast, waffles, Kelloggs cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, bagels fruit juice coffee and tea. clean rooms, friendly staff, very nice pillows and bedding. Only thing I would change is a bigger bathroom.

The only reason i say good is breakfast was not good not really any options..

I was given the wrong room (paid for 6 person room and received 4 person room) due to late check in. The construction noise was loud, but the room I stayed in did seem renovated and nice. Breakfast did have milk that was spoiled so that wasnt nice. Overall, my stay would have been better had the check in process and right room been given.

We stay 3 nights at Baymont and the people who work there are very nice and attentive.! The have complementary breakfast and is really good you make your own waffle the also have bagels cereal and many other thing's to choose from,it’s only 30 minutes away from Hersheypark which is great, the only downside is that the tub was a bit clogged so every time we shower the water will get stuck but that’s the only thing everything else was great would definitely recommend it here
