Gross. The worst comfort inn I've ever stayed at. Toilet ran all night. AC sounded like a chopped V8 but then would switch to dying cicadas. Carpet was torn. Shower was stained. Floor felt wet so we all left our shoes on. Bathroom so gross none of us showered. One look at the pool was all it took to say no thanks.

Pool was greener than the yard... according to desk clerk happened quickly... leads me to believe they are not maintaining PH levels correctly...so paid for hotel with pool.. but alas...no pool...should warn bookers of issues..

We ended up staying in two rooms. First room the tv didn't work and then we found that the shower only had hot water and only one towel. We got moved to a second room, which had marginally better cold water flow, but the hot had to be turned down to hardly any flow to have a shower. The shower was also dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned. We were placed in the 3rd floor, however the elevator was out of order and we had to drag everything up the stairs.

This hotel was dirty, nothing works in the room, toilet clogged, moldy shower, dirty carpet, stained towels, strong smell of indian food in the hallway and lobby. Elevator was not working the whole time we spent at this property and water fountain was also not working.

Our second stay here and if was just as bad as the first. The room wasn't very clean, with black mold in the shower. The water temp was luke warm at best making for unpleasant bathing. The automated sprinkler system had a cup over it. The bed frame had metal sticking out to catch your ankle if you were not careful. No house keeping service, which ment no fresh towel, so you end up with wet floor mats and damp towels.

When we got there the guy at the counter said "i hope you dont have pets" that should have been my first warning sign. We did so he said I have one room. When we got in the room it immediately smelled of cat pee and cleaning supplies. So much so we debating on leaving and going elsewhere. We stayed because it was too late at night and I pre-booked the room. None of us could sleep because of the odor. The bed had hair on the sheets. The floor was damp and dirty, the bathroom tub had hair in it, rust by the drain, and back ofthe door lock was exposed showing the keycard components. The next morning early, I brought all of it up to the desk person and they were less than surprised. Dirty towels were all in the hallway all night from when we got there into the morning and a smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. For the price I paid I would not go there. I would have rather drove a few hours more south and went to a nicer hotel.

The property was disgusting! We didn't stay and after I showed them pictures of the room they refunded me. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The pillows should've been tossed years ago! They were lumpy, folded in half and put in a pillowcase. The sheets looked like they weren't changed, they had something sparkly on parts of them. The carpet near the baseboards in the hall and room had months worth of dust and dirt. The layout of the room was nice, but that was it.

The staff very accommodating but since I do not hear well the language difference made it hard for me to understand. That’s on me not them. The first night I slept well but the second night it was very noisy with some of the guest being a bit to loud for me.

The staff answered questions quickly and helped where possible. The bed was fine. The sink and tub have had a long life and really need to be replaced. The carpeting in the common areas looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, the room’s carpet was particularly bad.

The front desk person was never around. He has a permanent hand-written note that he will be back in 5 minutes. The room did not have any soap or shampoo. Maybe housekeeping never worked in the room. Although the room was booked for a family of 4, there were only 3 towels.

My family & I stayed for a total of 4 days/3 nights. In that time, not a single day was our room serviced. No clean towels, no trash collection, & no making of the beds despite being out of the room no later than 9AM. Our second night there, my husband went down to the desk to request an additional set of towels to which the desk person said we would have had to request them in the morning???

looks like the property had some major water damage in the past, but the renovations to fix the damage were well applied. only down side to this was that the property was damp and dank, the rooms could use dehumidifiers. the staff was kind and helpful. over all this was the best hotel for the price point I would stay here again if the price state the same.

The room was dark when we checked in because the light by the door was burned out. We immediately reported at desk and were told it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed and we were there 4 nights. We asked to have our room cleaned after the first night and it never was. We had to get fresh towels and soap from the front desk. We were constantly told that personnel did not know English when we had questions or concerns. There were ants in the bathroom and the floor was sticky when you walked. It was a horrible experience.

The guy at the desk tried to claim that my payment hadn't gone through and that I was obviously using one of those prepaid cards. He was very insistent o me paying again until I picked up my phone to call my wife so she could bring in proof of payment. Plus he never had me sign anything. That all seemed sketchy. The bath tub had actual rust in it, the TP holder was rusty and dirty and some mildew in the tub area. The pillows we like the size of thow pillows. I have photos but cant seem to load them. The breakfast was way less than its ever been in the past. No muffins or bagels, etc. (We've stayed here many time's over the years). After arriving home we discovered scratches on my car that were clearly intentional (not that can prove it happened there). Overall, very unhappy with how the hotel has gone downhill.

A pleasant surprise considering it is a value priced hotel. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Breakfast was also included. Do yourself a favor and DONT go to the dinner down the street. That place is awful. I did a separate review of them. This hotel is awesome and ill stay here again when in the area.

It was a stop on the way home. Convenient, off the highway and next to McDonalds and a gas station. Room neighbors were noisy slamming the room door. Maybe install soft close doors. Dog friendly, but humans don't understand that you stll need to do pick up duty at the pet area.

Inexpensive alterative to the mostly over-priced places in Pine Grove. Staff is friendly and there is a complete self-serve breakfast that is a bonus. Room was clean with cable tv. My only complaint is that the room had a musty mildew smell that was probably coming from the bathroom.

This place is a disgrace. I booked this place because it was close to where needed to be. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn. They were always clean and accommodating. This place is dirty. The water is rusty and undrinkable. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The elevators dirty. The chair in our room only had three 3 legs. You could not sit on it. I asked for clean lines. I did not get any wash cloths. I asked a house cleaner and was told to go to the desk. The man at the desk gave me 2 hand towels and told me they did not have any. I never say a housekeeper in our room. They did nothing. I had to ask to have the trash taken out. Breakfast was bad. There was not much there and the sausage and French toast tasted old. I did not check the reviews first as I thought it was a comfort Inn that’s is nice. You should not advertise this place. It will give you a bad name. We left a day early. If we could have left even earlier we would have but my sister is in the hospital very sick

The beds were comfortable. A light was out over the vanity, the hair dryer was falling off the wall, the shower had no water pressure and was scolding hot, the breakfast was decent 2 out of 4 days (got down 1 morning at 8 a.m. and the sausage & eggs were cold and waffle irons were off), and I asked the front desk for 3 fresh towels and they only had 1. Maybe it was just a rough week, but was definitely lacking in a few areas.

Hotel was largely fine. Place was clean. My white sheets had bleeding on them from being washed with other colors. Biggest issue was the 2 mornings I ate there they ran out of hot food for breakfast. That just can’t happen.

Property was mid level. Bottom of pool is chipping very bad. Finding dinner was very hard because of the location. Front desk staff was friendly but the entire family was constantly in the lobby and there was no breakfast left after they ate it all.

We were on 3rd floor and elevator didnt work, there was rust in shower, poor water pressure for shower. Complimentary breakfast was non exsistant. We got there at 8am and there was no orange juice and only waffles and cereal to choose from. Muffins and bagals gone as was the eggs and sausage. Such a disappointment.
