Great stay. Very impressed with size of room and comfort of bed and pillows. Truly awesome! Grounds were beautiful and within walking distance to many restaurants. Pool was closed for an unknown reason on a very hot day is only complaint.

The only complaint is the water dispenser is only available with breakfast. There is ice on each floor but no where to get water. The hotel staff was kind and informative. The room was spacious, clean and the AC worked so well! The hotel is located close to the expressway and tons of quick food and gas options.

Check in was a breeze and everyone was very kind. Parking was decent though the room fairly far from the front desk (But you could park and enter at places closer to the room). It was easy to connect to the wifi and the service was a little slow but ultimately usable and consistent. They had soft chocolate chip cookies in the lobby during the day. The hotel was nice and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of items and not too crowded. I would be open to staying here again.

I didn’t understand why the pool were empty it is still warm outside. I would love to take a swim. Breakfast: I would love to have jam instead of jelly on my toast, real orangejuice and fresh boiled eggs.

Was told at booking pool would be open and it was not thats the only reason we booked there. Then no pillows towels or blankets in the room. The room key stopped working 3 times and had to go to deak everytime which was an inconvenience

My room was dirty. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and when you sat down it was loose. The tub was filthy. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. I got nothing but an attitude from the staff.

Everything was great here. Comfortable bed but, and not a complaint, just a suggestion…..not everyone likes big pillows. Some of us like a flatter, thinner pillow. Sorta have a stiff neck today. Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits, etc. Would definitely stay again.

The mattress needs to be replaced…kept being woken up when I could sleep because springs were sticking in me. The pillows were super thick which I realize is subjective to the person sleeping but no option for softer or flatter pillow either. There were nail clippings in the floor as well so it appeared the floor had only been spot vacuumed, if that. There was something sticky in the floor near the sink area. The location is not in the easiest accessible place, so you really need to pay attention to how you enter and exit. The checkout staff lady was great and helped me get my BW points applied correctly. The night checkin fellow was nice enough. It was late almost midnight when we finally arrived….but there was an odd smell, not really sure what was happening in that respect. This is the first of many times staying with BW that I’ve said anything negative. I recommend BW but I won’t stay at this particular location again.

Terrible stay. Arrived late due to flight delay. Communicated my delay 4 hours prior. They checked in the wrong guy into my room. Waited 40 minutes at the front desk for them to figure it out. They then gave me a room that upon entering had not been cleaned from the last guest. Had to wait again for tg to find a room. The room given was below average in condition and cleanliness. Never again.

Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral, and the staff was absolutely outstanding. They could not do enough for us. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding. The people from the managers, assistant, managers, housekeeping, staff everyone went out of their way to be kind to us.

It was clean, and plenty of attentive employees were visible so that was a good sign. The property was difficult to get into. It’s only convenient to the highway for travelers passing through, but not a great area for exploring or walking around. Nearby construction was loud but won’t last forever.

Definitely a good place to stay! Your GPS directions to get to the hotel may be a bit difficult due to the roundabouts and street signage at night isn’t as good as it should be. Hotel itself was comfortable, clean and nicely done. Only complaint was the coffee machine at breakfast was not good. Might want to use hot pots and a better brewing system!

This hotel was quiet, clean as can be, staff was helpful, the little 24 snack "store' was so great to use at our late night check-in, the breakfast in the mornings had plenty of choices, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. Plenty of fast food choices around the hotel and easy access to the Interstate. Would stay again.

The room was very comfortable with good amenities including microwave and mini fridge. It was a bit tricky to get the temperature steady. Able to see my car from the room. The best thing was the free breakfast offerings...many delicious choices!!

Definitely a good place to stay! Your GPS directions to get to the hotel may be a bit difficult due to the roundabouts and street signage at night isn’t as good as it should be. Hotel itself was comfortable, clean and nicely done. Only complaint was the coffee machine at breakfast was not good. Might want to use hot pots and a better brewing system!

Check in was a breeze and everyone was very kind. Parking was decent though the room fairly far from the front desk (But you could park and enter at places closer to the room). It was easy to connect to the wifi and the service was a little slow but ultimately usable and consistent. They had soft chocolate chip cookies in the lobby during the day. The hotel was nice and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of items and not too crowded. I would be open to staying here again.

We had a 3 night stay and our room was never cleaned. On the second morning, before our 3rd night, we specifically requested cleaning and fresh towels and were promised our room would be serviced. When we returned at 9 pm that night, our room hadn't been touched. We were given a fresh room, but it was a hassle having to move, and entirely unnecessary in my opinion. The front desk staff did apologize. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The breakfast was abysmal. We have stayed at several hotels that offer breakfast and although we have come to expect just average, we have never experienced food we genuinely questioned safety of eating it. It looked good, and we tried several items. But everything tasted "off" or old. it really made us question the quality or freshness. We stuck to prepackaged items with clear expiration dates and fresh fruit. The hotel itself looks pretty and cleanliness in general was not an issue. The staff was polite. But we would not stay there again.

The check in person was great. Took care of a room issue right away. We did not have hot water in the shower the next morning and when we told the front desk, the person was indifferent.
