Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Sumter

This property is not well kept. Advertised non-smoking room and it is not that at all. Not well cleaned at all. Very over priced! Will not book here ever again

Possibly one of the worst MOtel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Not even remotely close to the photos online.

Checked out and went to another hotel. Was awful service and the facility was atrocious.

The best thing about the hotel was the grandmother at the front desk who was very accommodating. The bed was made incorrectly with the top sheet over the duvet, and both were stained with an unknown yellow substance. The other decent thing was the room had a full-size fridge, stove, plenty of storage. The was no daily maid service as well. It reminded me of roughing it in the old WWII barracks at Stewart.

The bed was nice. I like the area for dining and shopping. It easy to walk or drive where the hotel is located.
