My stay was great except I wish the swimming pool was available for use.

The temperature was hot and no pool

It was acceptable for the price. Only issues were, dead large bug in room, Ice Maker did not work, and sheets and towels are very ruff. But I would stay again for the price. I felt safe and staff was nice.

Booked a non smoking room. Got here none available. I would had pay a extra 25 for one. No ice i want be coming back here. I never had too pay before a 25 fee. Must be something new. I told the lady i have asthma non smoking works for me.

The room was convenient and clean. However, there were some noisy people in the parking area outside our room that were very distracting. Also, the pool was not able to be used and we did not know that when we booked the room. Some questionable looking people hanging about in the parking area that was disturbing to us.

This was the only hotel in the area not booked and the price was good. The location is good near to alot of food places, dollar general and walmart near by. The staff was friendly, and the owners are family owned. They provided the cleaning of the rooms. They came around and provided cleaning during the day. I was not pleased with the rooms, i went through expedia and requested two non smoking queen double beds rooms, When checked in, i was told that they only had one non smoking and one smoking rooms. Nothing else was available. the other room , the nonsmoking room was decent BUT. ..The smoking room was horrible. smelled like stale smoke. Bedspread had tiny holes, the bathr room was not cleaned well. i seen small roaches then a big roach in the bathroom, and under the refrigerator. we had to go to walmart to get cleaning supplies to disinfect and spray both beds, bathroom and tub/shower. The light in front of the room was out and dark, My sister and nephew had to come to our room the nonsmoking room to take a shower. The rooms doors was dirty, need to be wiped and painted, as well as the walls. The linens was some white and other dingy.. Bring your own . Some of the hotel residents was very loud, slamming doors and arguing all night near my room which was at the end towards the back entrance. It was evident that people lived there maybe like from a shelter . The soda machines, did not work, the ice machine outside, the continental breakfast was wack.

It was okay for our short stay. It was average. Was totally disappointed that we couldn't swim. Pool was closed by the SC Dept. of Health.

Parking lot was well lit. Other than that, it was just ok Staff was not overly friendly. There were waffles out for breakfast but they were out of butter and breakfast area was just mediocre in cleanliness.

Pictures on web site show a working pool. Pool closed health department other then that everything else was pretty good. Breakfast & mall right across the street. Rooms clean linen clean

I didn't like the fact that the pool was close in all this hot weather

The bathroom shower curtain was horrible, the bathroom floor was not cleaned. Bugs crawling on the floor, the rest of the rooms were nice.

If you like cold showers and roaches --this is for you.

Check in clerk was barefoot and looked like she was just waking up. The sheets had yellow stains on them and hair. The blankets had cigarettes holes in them. The microwave was dirty and the room smelt like marijuana.

Reserved for a King buy was toldnthey only had non smoking king available but that was not true upon entering room the walls were filthy from the door to the bathroom also shower curtain was filthy the bathroom smelled of urine commode not clean shwer head was filthy full of grime floor also.was not clean and tv was not working asked to switch they said i could get my money back but nothing was available nearby as i was coming from out of town so i asked to get a king next day was told will have to see whats available also requested clean shower curtain but never got it and was told by morning office staff when asked next morning shower curtains were being washed but noone came back with a clean one after wash... Will not be returning

Filthy. Roach painted over with paint in the bathroom. No hot water. Avoid at all costs. We didn’t stay for the second night. We decided to just drive home.

Very dirty, I saw roaches,asked for non smoking the gave me a smoking room, I had 2 buy cleanig supplies

Horrible Checked into a dirty used room Went back and the next replacement room was dirty walls stained needs new pillows and sheets etc

Rooms were Filthy Terrible Cleaning Staff

It was a basic hotel good value though. Through no fault of the hotel it was noisy due to other inconsiderate guests.

The room was clean and I have been there a few times and the room always have a couch and extra chair so it was comfortable.

Bed was squeaking.

It was peace and quiet

Only complaint is the beds were too hard for my liking. However, I’d stay again since I liked everything else about the hotel.

Quiet and convenient

An accessible room had no bars near the toilet and the bed was extra high.

I've stayed here before. The last room I was in was in better shape than this most recent one. Rooms were clean. A/C was preset to a temp much warmer than I preferred. I may give this hotel one more try on my next visit to see if improvements have been made.

Staff was great checking in. Room was decent. The shower head didnt look like its been clean. Noticed webs in the corner of the shower. It was quiet over night but 6am people were slamming doors.

Housekeeper attitude was very horrible.

Staff was rude and unfriendly. I had to leave early, would it refund entire amount

The service and stay was great but the housekeeping staff is very rude and will enter your room 1 hour before checkout time

Professional check in room was clean

I did not stay and waiting on my refund. The attendant was rude and threatened to call the police while I was on the phone talking to my son telling him she wants another $25 for a non smoking room but can’t guarantee it wouldn’t be smoke free because people smoke in them anyway. The room was horrible and smelled awful.

The floor was very dirty my white socks are black on the bottom from walking around in the room Staff wasn't very friendly and hard to understand her English.

Staff was very friendly and treated me like I was family. Reasonable prices. And not to mention it's directly across from a mall.

My hotel stay was very good. My room was very clean and there was very little noise from the outside. I wish I knew the lady who checked me in. She was very nice and friendly.

Everything was convenient.

Staff was very friendly and treated me like I was family. Reasonable prices. And not to mention it's directly across from a mall.

I like that it was 7 minutes away from the College.

The breakfast was good and staff was helpful and courteous.

Room a little dirty, staff kind but not friendly, few options for breakfast, good for price.

Nothing like the pictures. Continental breakfast if that at best. 2-3 tables in lobby for breakfast. Had to stuff towels at bottom of joining door from the smell of smoke. Checkout is at 11 but be ready by 10:30 as they will wait outside your door waiting. Never wrote a review before but this could’ve been a lot better.

No breakfast besides coffee, I asked for non smoking room but the smell of cigarettes was present, bathroom wasn't the cleanest it should've been.
