Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were super comfortable. Pool and fitness center were well stocked and clean. Breakfast offered many hot and cold choices. Public bathrooms offered amenities for women and were very clean.

First, there is nothing around that area to begin with. They were tearing up the front entry way when I was there. Not a big deal. You had to walk around to the side doors. Bed was, perhaps, the best hotel bed. Firm, not a marshmallow bed. People at the front desk were awesome. Enjoyed the stay and Athena enjoyed the attention. (My dog)

Hotel was under construction and shower was basically unusable. Continental breakfast was gross. Also I will never stay in any Hilton related establishment due to their admiration of fascism.

This stay was easy to check in. The only thing we were upset about was the pool being closed and when we took our showers the moisture brought out a urine smell from previous dogs.

Staff was so kind and thoughtful. Hotel and rooms were impeccable and cozy. The continental breakfast was well stocked the entire time, had a great variety, and the area was clean & food was properly taken care of (I’m a chef & this really impressed me). You can tell the staff cares about this place which makes for a great guest experience. Highly recommend. Also loved the mounted bathroom products vs the small bottles that inevitably wind up in the trash. 11/10!!

Very nice, staff was friendly. Funky spell in entry and lobby. Breakfast could be better choices. Can hear noise from upper rooms (shower, toilet). Overall very pleased and surprised at the how nice the hotel was. Very happy and will return.

Property was very clean. Bed comfortable. The combined pocket door to the closet and bathroom would not close completely because it was uneven and the door stops were not properly aligned. Bathroom privacy was affected by the door not closing completely.

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was close to the interstate, so easy to access and quick to leave to continue our road trip. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, air conditioner in room was very noisy making a loud knocking sound. Sliding bathroom door did not fully close.

I believe Heidi didn't finish checking us in-so at 3am, our room was given to a person driving through, we were in bed and he walks in-everyone was surprised. The front desk said we were a no-show. When attempting to get answers, the only thing they would say is a glitch in the system, then why only our room??? This situation could have ended very very bad. Attempted to contact hotel that next Monday and Heidi hung up on me 3 times. I filed a complaint with the corporate offices and waiting to hear back - I would stay there again provided they change employees to capable-responsible people. Stay and chance taking your life in your own hands...

I tried to not leave a review but am being pestered by text, email, and app, so I will answer the question of how our experience was. I don’t want to judge a full hotel by one employee, but I’m writing about her as she made up 90% of our interaction with staff. The lady who checked us in refused to take our confirmation number, multiple times, and instead proceeded to ask negatively-aimed questions at us again and again, such as “when did you make the reservation?” with a tone that implied that we did not have a reservation. We calmly answered the questions for several minutes, and eventually she resigned herself to the fact that we had a reservation. When I asked how we may avoid this problem in the future, she shared that she could have looked it up with the confirmation number. She is probably nice in the normal round of things, but it was not our experience when we arrived, tired from several days of travel. One thing I appreciated about the hotel was that they were welcoming Sturgis riders by offering a basket of cloths to wipe down their bikes. I’m not a motorcyclist, but I thought that was very sweet.

Hotel property was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was close to I-29 but situated in a quiet neighborhood which allowed for a restful sleep. Great breakfast options. Small family owned restaurant across the street was convenient after a long drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Most of the restaurants in town are closed every Sunday. The one that was supposed to be open until 8pm was closed at4, sign on the door said open until 8pm on Sunday. We had to go to another town for dinner after a 6 hour drive.

The breakfast and breakfast area was excellent and immaculate in that order. I've never seen a Hampton or any other breakfast area in such pristine condition. I made the hotel aware and spoke with the young girl in charge. Not a crumb anywhere 👏👏👏 I wish I would of taken photos and we didn't eat until 8am but it was as fresh as 6am
