Limited breakfast items. This property is NOT very accessible for disabled people. No elevators and to get to the breakfast you have to go down steps. Its only 5 steps but for some people, even 5 steps could be a problem. I requested no stairs and our room was on the 3rd floor! Only room available. With having surgery on both knees, it was quite painful. It took me forever to reach the room. Did not attempt going back down until we left. The hotel is in need of a giant facelift! The room was clean and bed comfortable but one bedspread had major stains on it. There needs to be instructions for the tv. No clue how to operate 2 different remotes.

No elevator The staff are very nice! Good location Requested a receipt and when you book thru this app, no receipt at check out I did find a dead bed bug in the lamp shade. I checked the beds for bugs… nothing found. Breakfast wasn’t busy. Able to get coffee and fruit with no trouble.

From the moment I opened the door towards the lobby, I knew it has been a bad decision to book and PAY online, specially because money wasn't refundable (almost $100) I understand that it is an only 1 or maybe 2 star travel hotel, but still, the minimum that you expect is good service and to be clean. And this is how ot went: opend the door, first thing you'll see is vending machines out of service in an abandoned condition, facing the parking lot. At the lobby a loud cellphone playing a movie and sitting on a chair, facing the back wall of the reception, a person (sorry, couldn't tell if a male or female, don't know which pronoun to use), that didn't e even turned around to see who was at the front desk, so I decided to say HI, she/he calmly paused the movie, turn around and look at me while resting his/her back comfortably against the back of the chair and one arm on the desk, calmly without any effort says to me WHAT'S UP, I was like on this is how this is going to be. I had to explain that I was there because I had a reservation and it was already paid for, then, stands up, burdened by having to go to the front desk. Then that person insisted in giving my CC which I didn't, it was shady. For the room; corridor very filthy, room door was ajar, not closed, the bed, after exhaustive inspection had clean sheets. The rest was filthy, I wasn't even able to think about taking a shower there. And breakfast? At rhis point, no thx. I left some pics for all to see. BAD PLACE.

I stayed here last night and night before with my partner. The room was infested with bedbugs. As well as cockroach traps laying out everywhere. I was bitten all ober my body numerous times by the bedbugs and beleive I've taken at least one of them home with me. Discusting. The Arabians who own the place leave all their long Arabic hairs all over the rooms when they supposedly "clean". Front desk sold and rented our room out twice so sone stranger was able to just walk in our room yesterday. Front desk wasn't even sorry.They put a hold on my card after two days of being there and have no explanation why it's on there. The second floor smells so bad of cig stale cig smoke. Breakfast is horrible and all sugar. Tub from upstairs was leaking so bad into the ceiling of our room. Fan didn't work. Drains in tubs don't work. The list goes on. Mostly I'm worried about the bedbugs

The room was not clean. The sheets had a long black grease mark on them. They looked like they hadn't been washed. One light bulb burned out in bathroom. Toilet made terrible noise when flushed. No soap in the bathroom. 2 plastic glasses were the ONLY amenity. The carpet was filthy. Towels were very thin. All in all, an unpleasant experience.

Room was absolutely disgusting! Had a terrible smell and there was hair everywhere, all in the beds all over the floor. I never recommend staying here. I wound up leaving right away and just cutting my loss and going to another hotel.

This place needs to be shut down for a thorough cleaning and upgrades. The halls reeked of smoke and were dark and dingy. The pillow and sheets on the bed were blood-stained. How about investing in some lighting for the room? The bathroom has not seen a good cleaning for some time. Hotel owners are coming up with all kinds of excuses for not providing basic clean facilities. YUCK!

Heck in was the best part of the stay. Hotel is not in good shape. There was white crusty stains on the bed spread, urine in and on the toilet, tub was not clean. It had hair and a bandaid in it, plus was filthy. Fridge made a loud knocking noise all night. Got zero sleep and slept in my cloths.

We arrived at 11pm on a hot evening, needing 2 rooms. One room the A/C only worked on high, the other room A/C didn't work...just the fan trying to circulate warm air, very uncomfortable most of the night. Plus we had a bright light on the outside of the building right outside our window, and the curtains were not dark enough to block it...looked like it could've been daylight out there. Our bathroom was not very clean. The woman working the night shift tried to help with the A/C but she couldn't fix it either.

It was pretty small which isnt that big of a deal since i was by myself but if there wouldve been 2 people in the room it would've been pretty cramped. The floor was not vacuumed there was someones leftover dipping sauce left on the floor i would suggest to make sure the housekeepers recheck there rooms before going to the next room everything else looked cleaned but the floor

Not so good, Air-conditioner is on the wall a few inches from the TV. It ROARS so LOUD that you can't hear the TV, even when volume is turned up to 100/Max! Air conditioner control/display was broken so A/C barely working room was uncomfortably warm. Breakfast SAD, no protein, only pancakes & muffin, coffee, no juice.

Very outdated, bed had a blanket under fitted sheet instead of a mattress pad. Went to breakfast and waffle was very dirty, waffle residue all over the cooking area, and biscuits and gravy(which I’m a fan of) looked day old. Went to check out and get receipt, said they don’t give receipts and get it from hotel.com. Insane, this is the only hotel that has refused me a receipt after booking with Hotels.com.

We didn’t stay due to confusion in distance from site, we spoke with the very understanding manager who said we would need to notify Expedia for the refund. After 2 hrs on. And off hold we were told they would work on it. No refund unexceptionaable, we responded within a half hr of clarifying we’re we were.

Too much hassle. Awakened around 3 a.m. by loud prolonged knocking on a door close to ours. Sour milk was on the counter in a pitcher for use on cereal at breakfast. Carpets in the hall and rooms did not appear to have been vacuumed recently.

Room was small, cozy and clean. Good for an overnight stay. It was a bit noisy By the back entrance. Door and key card reader was not working properly. Guests were shaking the door. Close to shopping, restaurants and the Capitol. Good breakfast choices. No coffee pot in the room.

Generally clean and comfortable; could have had hand soap (bar or dispenser) at bathroom sink, and waste can in bathroom. Breakfast left a lot to be desired – limited offerings and no juice at all (juice dispenser on one side said out of apple juice and the other side just dispensed water); coffee not good. still using styrofoam. Soap and shampoo dispensers in tub a nice eco-touch. Building layout, to get to breakfast room, a little cumbersome.

For a 5 day stay-2 days no breakfast was available. Even when it was available, it was extremely limited. Never got fresh towels, never got the trash taken out. My basement-level room was dank and dark. I won’t be back.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, the carpets could use a cleaning - some sticky spots throughout the hotel. Breakfast was ok (options included juice/milk/coffee, waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, mini donuts, toast and cereal. Thank you for easy access to the ice machine! We would gladly stay here again!

Rooms are quite small, window drapes had weird stains on them that I wouldn’t want to touch. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, biscuits & gravy, make your own waffles, oranges & apples (?), maybe some yogurt, coffee and juice.
