We happened to be in the motel the night when the lights in the area went out at 6 in the morning. Being on the 3rd flog and having luggage and medical equipment to get down the stairs, we asked for assistance and we got great service. The only negatives were that there were no emergency lights in the stairwells so the staff had to use their phone flashiights to help us down the stairs. One other comment is that they had to had somnething in the bathtubs to minimize chances of slipping. Everything else was fantastic especially the service we received

Good enough for. A place where all you need is a nice bed and a clean Shower. Nothing excellent about it. A Gym, is a closet to say they have one Breakfast is a spot to say they serve .. During the day... You get, just enough to be a nice place. But it is the Closest to my daughter's home So I enjoy the visit. The Bed cushion is brand New and really comfortable. It has a working AC unit. And Clean Cotton Sheets.... It makes my rest easy at the end of the Day. The People are nice and polite, but so is the Whole City of Memphis's.... I was surprised by the City 's manners.... I love coming to Memphis

From the time we walked through the front doors, the hotel and staff were warm and inviting. Claudia was so delightful and took good care of our family taking special care that we had everything we needed for our special needs son. And the room … it was wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and set up to meet all our needs. It was a wonderful experience!

The staff was so friendly and fun! The room was so comfortable and quiet we slept so soundly I woke up and forgot where I was! Lol The breakfast was delicious and everything was super clean! The housekeeping staff was also very sweet and always smiling! Everyone worked together together to keep the hotel looking good and running smoothly!

When we arrived, we found feces in the toilet and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean the bathroom while we were out. The bathroom was never cleaned the three nights we were there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not stay there again.

Very nice area. We felt safe. We were nervous when we saw the outside of the hotel...it looked old, but the inside was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful, breakfasts were what we expected, coffee was goood!

The only issue which is outside of the hotel's control is the train tracks. The train runs 2-3 times a day and is very loud. But it only last a short period of time. Again, that is out of the hotel's control. Burger King is in front of the property, so it is convenient to walk instead of burning gas to find something to eat. Loved the refrigerator and microwave in room.

We got a handicapped room because of my wife and she loved the bathroom. Very handicapped accessible. The only thing we did not like was the mattress felt like a bean bag not a regular mattress.

This is a hotel that has seen better days. The beds are way too soft. The bathroom was very old. The tub/shower floor had an angled surface that was dangerous. The toilet was very small and low to the floor. One positive note; the staff was friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was at checking it. Web site had a different amount for dog fees and the desk person was not very nice about it. Did prove the difference in amount and they did honor it, but not without being ugly about it.

The hotel was nice. In dealing the company regarding being charged for a second day that we cancelled on Tuesday before our check in day on Friday, they were horrible. I have had to dispute the charges on my card. I have never been treated so poorly by a service industry person (phone).

Just there for a quick overnight stay. The person who checked me in was so cheerful and kind. She informed me of all the amenities and gave me a bottle of water and cookie to take to my room. I don't have a single coplaint about my room. Will definitely check into staying here again if needed.

Mary at the front desk was hands down the most amazing concierge I have ever encountered! She went way above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel at home. The hotel is quiet, clean, and well kept. Short drive to all food, grocery and shopping. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend to anyone coming to this area! No exaggeration!!

Our TV and coffee maker didn’t work so went to front desk for help. Women just walked to the back office as I was talking to her. I thought she was calling someone, but she never came back. She said we couldn’t get a new room. Went to get coffee from the lobby ‘24 hour’ coffee station and it was ice cold. She said it wasn’t her job to make coffee and we would have to wait to 6am. I have never met a ruder, lazier front desk person!

This suburb of Memphis is quiet and safe. The old downtown Collierville square is charming, with nice restaurants and shops. Lots of dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. 5 stars!

My stay was short, but everything went well. At breakfast the biscuit was as hard as a rock, but everything else was fine. I always enjoy the ice water that is available.

The property sits back from the main road so traffic noise is minimal. It is an older motel and the bathrooms have been semi-remodeled and it is fairly clean. Pets are allowed, but not sure if there are designated rooms. Upon checking in the clerk insisted that we requested a handicap room which we did not. We have no physical disabilities and have never requested a handicap room. After complaining, we were moved to a 3rd floor room. The breakfast bar was not properly attended and several items were not available at 7:30am, no eggs, no biscuits, no yogurt, no fruit, coffee urns empty, etc. Several guests complained.

Room was clean and fresh. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel overall was great. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled powdered eggs were over beaten and sausage was not so good. I don’t eat pancakes and oatmeal.
