Super loud on the street outside. People racing cars on a Sunday night at 12am. Pool was closed and honestly the property was a bit dated.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Rooms and entrance area was very clean. The pool could have used some upgrade and cleaning. The beds were a little hard for me but that is my opinion. Overall a very nice stay and I will be back again.

At check-in, the clerk was berating the housekeeping manager about prioritization and needing to know cleaned rooms for us to check-in. The first room assigned had not been cleaned properly as there was still soap bars in the shower from prior guest. There was hair on the sink, too. There was crumbs on the sofa. We did get a new room which was improved but there was still doubt if it was fully cleaned based on the situation. In the dining/sitting area, many of the couches were in need of revamping due to stains. I do not plan to stay there again and will choose a different hotel chain for next stays.

With it parents weekend at the college didn’t show up till 4:20 check in is 3….. told that hotel is completely booked and I had to wait 2 more hours for room to be cleaned and checked? We were not the only ones waiting so hope there’s a lot of complaints including this one. Hotel it’s self looks good, location noise was bad during afternoon and early evening.
