Nice place to stay in a pinch. No pool, no ice, no vending machines. The coffee in room is very weak, tastes like water. Great price, and they called to confirm the reservation. I dont like the $100 cash deposit, but i get it froma business stand point.

The pillows were good. That’s it. Burn holes in bedding, towel rack and toilet paper dispenser weren’t in the wall, the room wasn’t very clean, check in area smells like an ashtray, no vending or ice machine as advertised, somebody’s underwear on the stairs, people loitering in the parking lot all night and day….. just don’t go

Bed was comfy and everything worked as it should. Fridge was a little unstable, but worked fine. Floor was clean but sounded "crunchy" when you walked on certain areas of it. I did not have my dog with me but was happy to see they are very pet friendly.

This was the DIRTIEST hotel I have every stayed in. Dead bugs, soiled sheets, boogers on wall, bloody bandaid on a floor that was never mopped, pool broken, no ice machine, mold/leaking ceiling. While the front staff was very nice - the conditions were like a jail. AND they hold your drivers license and $100 in cash. Best if you are homeless or looking to drunk/vomit party.

I would like to start off on a positive note which is the guy working was very busy & still super nice. The price was $50 per night, so I was pleased with that of course. Although the room was a big shabby, it seemed very clean (maybe a little too clean as it smelled like straight UP Pine Sol). There was a microwave & fridge in the room which is not common these days, so I appreciate that! The frustrations are that a $100 cash deposit is required (this is more on Expedia's part... it would be helpful if that was emphasized in the email instead of tiny print at the bottom). I was extremely tired upon arrival and had to leave again to go to an ATM. They were not going to provide a receipt of any kind and I had to ask for a handwritten document to state that I'd left the deposit. Expedia also said that continental breakfast would be included, there was NO breakfast at all. Not even granola bars or fruit or ANYTHING. There was a carafe of coffee at least, so I could take on for the road. There were ice buckets in the rooms, but then when I travelled down to the ice machine it's broken. I asked the desk staff if they could possibly get me ice, and he said there is none on the entire site! I was pretty bummed because I'd just had surgery and was very eager to put ice on for swelling. (The entire reason I stopped at a hotel was because I was in too much pain to keep driving).

The property is not in good condition. The first step in the room you noticed it was dirty, bedding dirty, when they did daily check on room they never finished. No toilet paper when out, out of soap not replaced. Would never recommend to anyone

The beds are awful. I’ve stayed here 3 different times. The first time was ok. But the last 2 times were awful. This last time I essentially had to try and sleep in a hole in the bed. Beds just felt broken. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and the air conditioner looked like someone kicked it in. It clearly didn’t work.

The shower pressure was amazing!! Best I have ever had at any hotel ever! The only complaint is the bathtub wouldn’t drain- probably just needs some drain-o or something. New laminate floors! Smells clean and was clean!

The bed definitely wasn’t the most comfortable at all. If you moved it sounded like you were doing the wild thing & if you even thought about doing the wild thing, with as loud & noisy as those beds were you’d have the whole place standing outside your door!! But for a couple hours of sleep we were there to get, it served its purpose.

Rude desk clerk. I told her i reserved 2 rooms, she says nope you have one. I offered to show my reservation, she says nope you have to call Expedia. I was getting ready to call when i realized i put my buddies name in for the second room. With three adult men in front of her she didnt think to ask if there was a second name.

The staff at fromt desk were great. I needed a first floor room as i had a broken foot and she accomodated me. It was very quiet. I didnt here outside noise or neighbors through the walls. The water pressure for shower was great and hot. My complaints were the room itself. While it was clean, the floors were super sticky, it smelled as if old cleaning chemicals were used, and the bed felt almost like a hide-a-bed mattress and wasnt the most comfortable.

BE WARNED: This property is running a great scam. Upon my arrival at the property, there was a sign posted at the front desk that they will not honor your reservations unless you give them $100 CASH! a deposit for what the clerk called "incidentals". Well - upon check out, the girl working the counter said she had to go "check" the room. After about 10 minutes she came back and stated she said she would not return my $100 because the towels were "soiled" and there were stains on the bed. Why were the towels soiled you may ask? Well, I used two of them to wipe and mop off THEIR floor when I stepped in a mud hole in the parking lot. And, when I left the room, I put the towels in the bathtub for room service - something any courteous traveler would do. After I told her I wanted her to walk back to the room with me so I can document this and see the bed "stains" she said I could leave and that she had other customers to deal with. When I went back to the room to take photos everything in the room had been conveniently removed - including the "soiled comforter" which, at best, I can only assume was probably some dirt from my dog's paws - again, walking through their gravel parking lot. If washing a few towels and a comforter cover costs you $100 extra of my money - they need to get out of the hotel business. I have traveled for over 30 years and have never experienced such a low level of quality in an employee or hotel ownership. The incident will be reported appropriately.

I will be staying here again. The location was very convenient to many dining and shopping options, price was super reasonable, the breakfast offered was just muffins and cereal but there is a cracker barrel right across the street. The room was made up well and staff was very friendly.

The people were very pleasant checked me I'm very quickly I got my room and it was already warm inside no bugs inside very lovely I've been there before. Had breakfast one morning and something fell. Not sure what to do about it I don't like causing drama. I really love this location and hope that just because I had a slip and fall that they won't ban me from the property just because they had to make an eye stand report because they are lovely people and they are almost only place in town that actually serves breakfast lol. But the breakfast is what made me fall because I was giving a big tray when I didn't even want to carry a tray I just wanted to carry my plates and cups so the tray obscured my view I'll lay blame on no one but circumstance which is I couldn't see because the big ass stray she demanded I use use I told her several times I could handle it I've carried two trees and a drink before but she was trying to be nice which fell through and became a negative I love them anyway best place to rent if you want a very very clean beautiful view an excellent maid service and staff service all together. Oh except she didn't even offer to make it accident report which I thought was odd I kept asking should I sign something since I fell but anyway this day before was nice until I have lots of injuries falling off the step coming out the entryway exit way of the office good luck be careful watch your step LOL don't carry a tray that's been offered to you and just be blessed.

The room bed spread had stains on it, chower with mold and dirty, microway did no work, in 4days and after varios claims was not fixed or replaced, electronics in the room were really out dated.no complementary brekfast as promised on web site. I definitly wom be back, and will not recoment it to any one.
