Nice quiet place. Wonderful bed clean rooms. Just construction in parking lot that was a parking hassle.

My car was broken into in the parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend parking anywhere but in the front of the facility..

The bathroom floor was dirty and the AC smelled like it needed to be cleaned or maybe there was mold on filter? They had side door locked so only way in was through front door. Staff was nice and nothing was broke. Just needed a better cleaning crew possibly?

Lots of broken furniture and cracked picture frames and mirrors. Area around felt unsafe- parking lot terrible shape. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets were nappy and rough and didn’t seem that clean. Face of a/c was broken and falling off and the only chair was badly cracked and jagged.

It was somewhat secluded and "off the beaten path". I felt it was clean, allowed pets, and had a laundry area. I had to stay an extra night. It was higher than on Expedia, but they did accommodate me.

Mr. Patel, the manager, was very nice and accommodating! The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfy. While the parking lot doesn’t seem very safe, it was very well lit.

I was surprised to see that the hotel was in such bad shape. I have stayed there before and it looked nice when you pull up in the parking lot. This time, windows missing. I was like, You ask for a deposit, but are You using it for repairs when people destroy thing's

For one, I immediately was aware of a pervasive, unpleasant odor everywhere! I stayed in a second floor room, and there wasn't an ice machine on the second floor. Secondly, the TV remote would only allow one to access channels, volume, and on/off functions(couldn't turn off CC. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Use hotel, lots off small things broken, vending machine to hold , no soda in it

Property is in serious need of a face lift. Stained couches, strong chemical smells, out of date bathrooms. Also did not have enough bathroom linen for the amount of people in our party. That being said, it was clean with no bedbugs and safe for a reasonable price close to Memphis.

Woke up to find bugs around the hotel room. Up by the pillow, on the tables, in the bathroom. Stains in the sheets too. Me and my family had to sleep on top of the sheets. Do not recommend. We were out of the hotel by 6:30 AM.

The staff was friendly and I felt safe over all in the area. My room was tidy but dirty. There was hair in/on the bed which grossed me out, and the room just felt dank. For me that is a deal breaker.

Found doritos in my bed that was made, dirt in bath tub, sticky counter by coffee machine, air conditioner would not run on high so it took hours for our room to cool down. Looks nice outside and disgusting interior.

The staff was nice. The room was not great. The room had a mildew smell. Socks looked dirty after walking around on floor. The bathroom was functional. Bed was comfortable, but not a fan of the mirrored wall behind the beds. The key card constantly had to be reactivated. The breakfast options did not include any meats/eggs. It was quiet throughout our stay. Didn’t feel unsafe while there based off of interactions and the surrounding environment, but seeing that the front desk had plexiglass/barrier up similar to a currency exchange made me take extra precautions while staying there. Would not choose to stay here again. Other similar places with same cost and amenities. Stayed to be closer to family. Next time would choose to drive the extra 5-10 minutes instead.

The room was not very clean where there was an odor on the sheets. The mold was so extensive in the bathroom that the wall and ceiling at the shower is damaged.

We stayed one night while passing through Memphis. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it smelled like animal and pee. That would be my only complaint.

My heat didn't work and they didn't offer to move me to another also I was given a ♿ room upon arrival nothing is wrong with me.

It’s was very loud. All night just a lot of loud bumping it literally sounded like someone was building something

The ac in my room wasnt very cold and made noise. Beyond that, I was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, not one but two of our rooms had non-functioning showers on the mornings they were first used. I have never been in a hotel where this happened even once. The staff fixed the first during the day, but the other was in a room that my son only needed for one night. His significant other had to wash her long hair from the faucet.

It was very stinky and loud at night my room was extremely loud and hot. I will probably never book here. You’d be better off finding a better place for the night. You get what you pay for

My visit wasnt terrible . I really dont have anything serious to complain about. Its what u pay for. Very small room but its a (micro) so u shouldnt complain. Only main issue is the entire building is old and should be renovated if possible. Rooms were clean despite the 1980s rugs in the rooms. Staff were very kind. Breakfast every morning so they are trying. Id probably stay there again. You cant beat the price.

The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. I couldn’t get on the bed. I couldn’t raise my legs up. I had to sleep on the couch. The breakfast was disappointing! There wasn’t no waffle mix nor was there coffee. Also when you ask for handicap room, they shouldn’t put you in a room all the way down the hallway, not everybody is in a wheelchair! Don’t stay here if you can’t walk good!! Poor excuse for a motel☹️☹️

Everything was good with this after we checked in. The clerk that checked us in was extremely rude.

We booked this room because we were traveling with my daughter's emotional support dog and it said it was a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived, they said they had no more pet rooms available, but could not refund our money because we booked through Expedia and had to contract them. When I requested the refund from Expedia, they had to get the approval from the property to allow the refund. They refused. So not only did we have to find a new hotel after midnight we had to pay for a separate hotel room for a 6 hour night's sleep.

Staff, super nice and helpful. I had a situation upon arrival. Syd was super nice, personable and professional and helped.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st time was good, hotel is older and slighly worn down, but clean and quiet. The 2nd visit we were traveling with our 15yo daughter. I called the hotel prior to booking to ask about adjoining rooms. I was assured that 2 rooms that are connected were available and that after booking they would assign them to me. I paid through expedia and immediately called them again and was told it would not be an issue at all. I called them again the day of our reservation and stated we would be arriving about midnight and wanted to make sure the adjoining rooms were ready for us. The man that answered said he could not check until we arrived. I told him that we could not come there if it was not reserved as promised. He then told me they gave away all the adjoining rooms and that we have 2 rooms for us but they are on opposite ends of the hallway. There is no way i will allow my 15yo daughter to stay in a room alone at then other end of a hotelfor her safety! He said "if you dont like it call and cancel." I called expedia back and the rep called the hotel to get a refund, which Microtel refused, and then i called back on 3 way with the expedia rep. After much debate and arguing, the manager agreed to give me a refund. I will never give this place my business again! How could they expect a teenager to be in an infamiliar city, stay alone, and be on theother side of the hotel from her parents?

Happy with our room and everything went smoothly at check-in. Very friendly staff on duty.

I made a reservation for me and my dog. I got there and they told me we could not stay. They no longer had a room for us. At 11 at night and trying to find another place to stay.

Took forever to check in. Checkout wasn't much better with clerk claiming he couldn't print bill because it was booked via expedia

The location is somewhat confusing and difficult to find.

It feels safe because there is only one way in and out with the Costco in front and Ikeas behind it. I have stayed here several times. the only problem was that the hair dryer did not work, but overall the bathroom was great with the rails in the shower for safety.

It is located in a very convenient area. The breakfast is very basic, continental.

The motel is in a great location. It is inexpensive with small clean rooms. The rooms are perfect for a stay for a night or two.

I like the area and the fact there is only one way in and out which makes it very secure. the costco has security in their parking lot at all times also. this is a good area of memphis with low crime.

We needed a place to stay driving across country. It was right off the highway it was very convenient.

the property looks better on the outside than inside, there was an unpleasant smell in the halls, the room was fine, but as everything else gives an unpleasant vibe, the room at the point lost its appeal in anyway, it certainly should have been cheaper for what is being offered. i've stayed in better motel 6 locations in the past. room outdated, bathroom makeshift fixes (looks raggidy), bed was comfy. breakfast was not so great

Rooms are nice and clean great for the cost, the staff are not so welcoming and can be rude they also do require a security deposit of $100.00 which is understandable but not a fan on that, overall the hotel is nice quiet and clean and they do serve a good breakfast.

No hair dryer in the room. No coffee in the morning.

We arrived 10pm and the check in process was simple. We had a good nights sleep very comfortable beds and spacious room. They even had a bench under the window. Very close to the interstate so there is a bit of freeway noise. Breakfast was adequate. Mostly just cold items and toast.
