Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

I did enjoy my stay and would stay again in the future. I was in the area visiting a friend and the location was perfect for me. I was happily surprised there was a balcony although you cant smoke there. The room was large and spacious, bed was more comfy than OMNI Nashville the night before, and the tv had like 1000 channels which was nice for relaxing at night. I felt safe in the parking lot and in my room, even though the side door lock was busted so really anybody could enter if they tried and it was right next to the elevator. The property was mostly clean with a few dirty spots that were never cleaned during my 3 days there, like a sticky red liquid right outside the elevator for days. I used the pool one night. It is 24 hours which I LOVE. I prefer swimming at night and without kids in the pool. But the pool was cloudy and could have been skimmed. It was far from terrible and I showered after but I did think 'this could use some chemicals' while I was in it. Over all 8/10 for overall, but honestly for the price and location I will absolutely stay again. Maybe next time they will have just deep cleaned haha

The breakfast was a joke. With tiny little saucer size paper plates in a tiny room. It was a mess and barely had any food. The pool was dirty and did not look or feel clean.

Overall pretty good experience. Rooms were ok, the beds were confortable and clean. It was overall very nice and relaxing. Great service and staff, very friendly. Only negative s i could find was the beautiful fireplace out front doesnt work and me and my wife were looking forward too that.

Front desk person was so friendly and acomidating and the pool was open 24/7!!!

1. Staff was never present at the front desk. They left a sign that was there all day stating they were helping other guests. That was not true. They were staying in another room watching tv. Customers were having to wait 5-15 minutes for them to show up. No way for customers to alert them. 2. Motel did not have a pleasant smell. 3. Room appeared to be clean but the bed looked like it had been made by a two year old. Mold was present in the bathroom. 4. Pool was disgusting. Absolutely no chlorine in the pool. Green algae present all way around pool. 1000 legged worms swimming in pool. Water was slimy. Smelled like pond water. 5. Breakfast was not good. Very little to choose from. Eggs were full of water. Waffle mix was watery. Breakfast attendant was extremely rude to the guests. I personally saw 3 guests ask her questions about where certain things were or if they had certain items and this person did not acknowledge them at all and gave them a rude look. 5. When trying to check out. Once again no one present at the counter. This was at around 8:45 when many people are trying to check out. I waited around 10 minutes and no one showed up. The breakfast attendant walked by around 3-5 times. Gave me a dirty look and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Finally a young man showed up and asked what I wanted not exactly sure if that was his exact words but close. I told him I wanted to check out. He was very rude and didn’t ask about my stay. No thank you at all.

Good for 1 night stay. Carpet in the hallway could be replaced. Exit door on 1st floor lock is broken and anyone can walk-in. This should be addressed quickly as this could be a safety concern.

We have stayed at this hotel before but it is going down hill fast. Lobby area not appealing. Glass on doors and windows so dirty. Entrance to rooms nasty hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Area where elevator is needs a great deal of attention. Breakfast bar was not clean and not stocked had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Front desk clerk was not available, so just left. Hotel wasn’t a clean feeling anywhere. Needs many many upgrades. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Had to freeze or burn up. Key pad for entering side door broke no security for anyone entering. Towels on floor around ice machine. Maintenance needed in several areas. There just isn’t any management or owner just doesn’t care. Either way we will not be staying again. Sad sad sad!!

People were nice and out side looks nice. BUT... pool is not actually heated... dont work and rhe pool feels and smeels gross. And our room had trash outside the door. Came stocked with no towels. Had to request a restock of my room as soo. As i got here.

Hotel was very dirty and had a lot of things to be fixed. The room had the carpet very stained, sheets and towels had stains too and the bathroom had a pee stain on the side and the faucet didn’t have the handles. Room had a lot to be fixed. Hotel seems to be in the last of its tim.

The check in was easy and quick. The property was in a noisy area and was not well maintained. The access door to the building near the elevator was broken. The sheets did not smell fresh. The bathtub had a stain around the drain and looked as if they don’t clean it properly with hospital grade products. There was a dirty sock behind the tv stand which tells me the quality of cleaning service they provide in the room. For the price that I paid I expected a clean room.

The outside of this Best Western property was nice and updated. Lobby area was in okay condition. The room had a mildew smell when we entered. The condition of the room was terrible! The lamp was rusting, sheets were dirty, towel had blood on it and sink was dirty. Pool area was in need of updates and maintenance.

The room had not been dusted or swept. The sheets were washed but stained terribly. The dust, hair and skin dander was very thick around the bed. No napkins at breakfast. Very unkept property. Will not stay there again.

This hotel was so dirty. The sheets and pillowcases stain. The breakfast area was disgusting. Garbage and good everywhere. No staff keeping up with the mess. If you like cleanliness, this isnt the place for you. It is also very noisy being so close to the expressway.

Our room was not clean. The shower had hair still in it. There was holes in the walls and tags still in the bathroom floor from the people before us. The mirror was smudged in the room.

Cleanest

The room wasn't totally filthy, but it wasnt clean. Dirt, hair, and food crumbs were all around the corners and edges of the room, and really bad behind the furniture. Large hair clump in the shower drain. The common areas and the pool were pretty run down and in need of some cleaning and paint. The linens and towels were clean and the beds were adequate.

Clean quiet room on the river. Nice place to stay.

Marvelous decor. Really different and refreshing design.

We had a great stay. The room was large, very comfortable, quiet, & clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

Great room - faced the woods, not the road and was very pleased at how quiet it was. No road noise at all.

The room was acceptable but the area is very noisy because of major roads nearby that sound like race tracks. Staff were good.

Excellent Staff. I will stay again. In need of some upgrades. I do not like the Direct TV, it’s below average. Indoor pool was quite busy. Good stay and price was right.

Staff was great and very helpful ..great location to attractions..check in ran a bit behind but that was ok..breakfast had insufficient food available at 9am

Over night stay the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was not that great and when I tried to check out I waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to check me out.

The staff was rude and condescending. The hotel is in dire need of remodeling. i.e. carpets torn, walls scratched, furniture damaged. I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this hotel.

Check in host was very rude . Talked to me like I was stupid. Do not appreciate someone being condescending. I will be staying elsewhere next time

Nice and clean, staff helpful and friendly

The staff was very helpful and was accommodating with requests. Helped me figure out my extended stay. I arrived late at night, tired after a long drive and staff made check in fast and easy. This was so important because I had been traveling with a special needs brother who was also very tired.

Desk staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Asked if we could be switched from 3rd floor to ground floor and he switched us immediately! Gave us all the hotel info we might need, internet password, breakfast schedule, and advised we could get free coffee in the lobby anytime. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Hotel and room smelled wonderful. Had balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors and a little patio on ground floor rooms. Going back in a few weeks and will definitely stay at this hotel!

There aren’t enough staff members, but they are working hard to provide a good experience. Management; step up the compensation and hire more people.

Hotel was easy to get to right off the interstate. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. My standard room with 1 King bed was very nice. No problems with anything regarding it. Balcony was nice to sit out on. Property overall, appeared to be in good condition and, nicely kept. Wil stay there again, next time in the area.

This was a good property for families. It was safe, easy access to the front desk and parking lot. Pool was open 24 hours. Breakfast wasn't much to be desired, but it did open the standard hotel breakfast options. It is close to the 40 interchange, easy driving access to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville Convention Center, restaurants, breweries, and more.

Key card did not work. Took way too long to reprogram. Breakfast was not replenished enough to make it through the entire designated time. Since I checked in late at night I asked about it to ensure that there would be items available.

Nice comfortable rooms , easy access, nice pool , breakfast needs work, went out for breakfast didn't like powdered eggs and microwave bacon.

I had reservations for 3 nights. When I checked in I waxs told there was no housekeeping, but if I needed anything to let them know. There was only one bath towel in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told they were at the front desk. I asked to have my trash picked up because there was leftover chicken in the trash. They told me to put it in the hall and someone would pick it up. I guess theyre not worried about roaches or ants. Breakfast was subpar, at best.

Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was cold, coffee was cold, some of bread was moldy. Staff was very pleasant but short people to take care of needs.

Our room was clean. The breakfast could have been better. The food was running out and the coffee did. There was no juice. I never saw anyone taking care of the breakfast.

This was an amazingly spacious room. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great; waffles, juices, yogurts, breakfast meats like bacon and sausage, eggs, etc.
