Gym was Ok. Would have liked a leg weight machine. Pool was excelent. Breakfast needs another waffle machine, and no leave the tables tipped off in the afternoon. It doesn't look good.

We stayed here for jeep invasion two years in a row and this place is always clean and friendly. The breakfast is good but def steer clear of the eggs they are not easy on the stomach. We tested it having them one morning and not the next lol. BUT other than that great place. But also the elevator is still sketchy but I mean it works.

I was not thrilled about a weird stain on the side of the bed. Also the pool area the door entry from kids pool to indoor pool is very slippery my son slipped and fell. He is ok but if an elderly steps here it will not be good. Its on the plastic white strips right at the door area. Very dangerous. In the fridge something gross was in the freezer area so definitely not been cleaned.

Breakfast was awesome. The evening "Cookies" was a nice touch and greatly appreciated! The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and Super friendly. The kids loved the splash pad area and the hotel was very clean. Will stay again for sure!! Thank you!

My 11 and 4 year old loved the splash pad. My 14 year old loved the fitness facility. Breakfast was really good. Room and beds were comfortable!!!

I could not ask for a more perfect stay. The staff was incredible the hotel common areas were impeccable and the room was spotless. It was also nice to NOT GET A KNOCK ON THE DOOR 2 HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT BY CLEANING STAFF!!! Which seems to be all to common these days.

The room was dark and unventilated. It was not very clean: mirror, greasy fingerprints on cupboard doors, dust, I could go on. Threadbare pillows with flimsy covers. Breakfast was depressing, not one fresh item to be found. There were complimentary apples, but they were covered in a white dust so they could not actually be eaten at breakfast. There was no housekeeping to make the beds and to replace the towels. I expected this to be basic but ok like Tru by Hilton (which is a bit more expensive but much better located in Pigeon Forge itself) and it was far from it. I have no idea why this has such a good rating at Hotels.com. AVOID!

The walls of the shower had red stuff on it. There was also black hairs all over the shower, and the bathroom floor. As well as black hairs all in one of the queen beds. Almost as if the sheets hadn’t been changed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned either. I wouldn’t even let my 3 year old son shower in it, that’s how bad the uncleanliness was.

Very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was no better or worse than other hotels in this price range. The nightly rate was less than I would expect for a place this nice. We will be back

Water damage to ceiling and wall by the TV. Vent fan in bathroom was not working, so mold was growing on ceiling of bathroom. Also a cherry was stuck in our sink from a previous guest. Overall everything was nice and comfortable and clean but these details could be something to address for a cleaner, healthier feeling while staying.

They’re really only one thing I look for in a hotel stay. That’s a room that’s as clean as my home which is immaculate. It has to look clean, smell clean, be clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and smelled great.

Would definitely stay here again! Positives-1:Decent water pressure (could improve on the shower head) 2:HOT WATER which is a must for me! MOST IMPORTANTLY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS! 3: Staff friendly and helpful! 4: Property clean and kept up! Negatives: we PAID for a balcony room and was not given one which was super disappointing, was told that was expedias fault. Other one really worth mentioning is the room next to the elevator was loud with people coming and going, you could hear them in our room. Otherwise excellent for the price!

The property was dated and repairs were needed. The room was comfortable (including a faux fireplace) but the drapery, carpet and shades were in need of replacing. Our door was not square with the frame and needed to be replaced. For one night on a roadtrip ok but will not return unless major renovations take place.

Easy and quick check in, the room was nice and great size with 2 queen beds I believe. Plenty of room for my toddler to burn off some energy after a long car ride. Mini fridge and microwave were hidden behind a dresser cupboard style door which was nice to keep my toddler away from them. Comfy beds, comforters, & pillows. Room & bathroom were clean. It was quiet which was a nice surprise considering there were many families with kids staying. We didn't get to go to the pool due to travel time but it looked really awesome! The breakfast was really good, had a wide variety of items and fresh cooked hot things. I recommend getting there earlier than later, it does get crowded and loud. Close enough to pigeon forge and gatlinburg both for a good place to stay and for a lower price than the hotels directly on the strip.

The room was nice & clean. Bed was comfortable. Would’ve received 5 stars if it wasn’t because the walls are super thin. I could hear every guest in the hallways, the cleaners in the mornings & even the toilet flushing in the room over. Slept with the tv on at night to mask some of the noise but there’s no way to adjust the TVs brightness so had to put towels over so the room wouldn’t be so bright.

First floor with patio. No furniture on patio. Spider in a webb behind the bathroom door. More spiders in the corner, above the exit door, out to patio. I reserved a PREMIUM double queen room, and I guess we got is what Clarion’s version of what they think that is. We were a late check-in, due to activities in Pigeon Forge. When we arrived, we heard the concierge telling some people they were booked to capacity. (We later verified this as well, because we wanted to leave, but we could find nowhere else nearby to stay.) Apparently, we got the overflow room that may also serve possibly as a storage room. There was no desk or chair in the room, just the dresser cabinet. I will say that the lobby was clean, and the breakfast was good as well. Also, the concierge was very friendly. We were so tired. We just got in and out, but that room is definitely not what we were expecting. Very disappointed, and we will never return.

Staff was great. The room needs some work and the hallways need a little tlc but for the pice it was what I expected. I would stay here again but maybe not in a handicapped room which they had placed us in. The shower leaks out into the bathroom so that needs to be corrected. Yes I would stay here again for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was great, the light from the parking lot was so bright, needed some better curtains to block the lights. And the doors to the rooms, the way the shut were the loudest doors ever. We heard doors shut all night long. And the air unit is literally right beside the bed so its blowing on you all night long, thats just poor design.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The staff especially the front desk on the day of check out was very rude. Then disappeared for 10 mins. The breakfast was nice but limited. Not everyone can eat pork. Need another choice of protein. The hotel needs a complete update, it is worn and run down.

Odd place. Afternoon staff was friendly, the morning crew was not, especially the front desk. Overall, the place appears to be trying, but they could really update rooms and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fine for a quick stay, but were I to stay longer the shower would need attention. Hard to regulate room temp. I'd stay again but only at the price point I paid this time. Not worth much more

We have honestly not had a nicer, more genuinely friendly front desk welcome at any property anywhere in a very, very long time. (I wish I could remember her name! We checked in 5/10/24 around 9pm). She.was.awesome. Just so warm and welcoming! Also - the lobby smells incredible (I know it's a small thing, but it is the nicest smelling hotel we've been in since the Sheraton Waikiki in '89! - lol!). The room was clean and very comfortable, super updated. The only downside was this - and I know it couldn't be helped - but there was a middle school glee club in neighboring rooms and they were noisy - hallway conversations and banging doors late into the night. It is the only reason I could not give five stars; maybe there could have been better insulation in the walls? That said though, the pool was great, the firepits and little splash area were a sweet feature, and we had generally great vibes all around. Breakfast was hot & fresh, too! (The oj ran out and someone was there to fill it almost immediately, A+ for the service in that area, too). If and when we pass through again next year - would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the outside area with fire pit. So k was draining slowly and staff came right away and fixed it. Codey and Emma were wonderful in providing information about area attractions, walks and restaurants.

The hotel was the only disappointing part of our trip. We choose this hotel for two reasons, the breakfast and the pool. They ran out of breakfast items by 8/8:30 and did not refill items. This was very disappointing as our plan was to eat breakfast at the hotel and then explore the Smokey Mountains. As far as the pool goes, it was sweltering outside and inside. We hoped to use the pool to relax, but it was so hot and humid in the indoor pool area, it was unbearable to sit in and watch our children.

The room was comfortable and clean. There were definitely several maintenance issues/prior water damage issues with the building and room. Out of the many people at the desk, only one was actually helpful and seemed like he wanted to be there (Mason). The others seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The person who was in charge of breakfast for the whole week that we were there was not good at timing. All of the good often ran out over an hour before breakfast service was scheduled to be over, but he didn’t refill it until a few minutes before the end. This happened every single day (out of the 6 mornings we were there). The pools were nice and well maintained.
