I liked it was clean, pool could have been maintained daily so things would not be floating in it, had to ask for another room because the hot water stopped running. Breakfast was poorly. Only cereal, yogurt, coffee, honey bun and waffle was offered. Would have been nice if they offered bacon and eggs. Even with all this I did like my stay

The first room that was given to us had no hot water. They did move us to another room. The pool was missing tiles but it was nice and I did like it was shaped like a guitar. I just expected a little better quality being right next to Graceland. Convenient for Graceland. They are renovating right now so hopefully it will get better

Love the guitar-shaped pool and the pink doors 😅 Unfortunately it was pollen season so the pool was not in very good condition. Love the place. Would stay again anytime.

We stayed for one night traveling through. Cool locatation being across the street from Graceland basically. I thought the room was very nice. But the building itself is getting old. Room had no phone and wifi did not work. Neat lobby area and clean. Not bad at all for the price.

We had to change rooms 3 times! First room had dirty water in bathtub, the second room the bed was broken, finally the third room was ok! The breakfast was horrible! The pool was in bad shape needs repairs!

The room was ok, clean had an odor to it had to go out and buy air freshener. The outside of the hotel was absolutely horrible. Trash everywhere, second floor ice machine was not in working condition. Wasn’t very pleased with the hotel.

It was awful. We ended up leaving as soon as we checked in. Our room was disgusting and there was feces in the toilet upon arrival. Wadded up toilet paper in trash can, Brown substances on floor around the desk, hairs in the bed that did not belong to us. Reeked of marijuana the whole time. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable. Room was disgusting and UNCLEAN!

I would like to start by saying that I absolutely never give bad reviews but I felt the need on this one. I rented two rooms side by side as my parents were with me. We are housekeepers so anytime we check in somewhere, we immediately check the bed linens. My parents had blood stains and other stains on their sheets and the comforter, my linens were fine but I had big dead palmetto roaches on my floor! We went down to tell them we needed new linens and the response was “we don’t have any extras!” We ended up having to move them to a different room. This room didn’t have a coffee pot, no big deal right? Mine did but no coffee. We go back down to the lobby and request coffee, their response to this was, they no longer serve coffee in the rooms, no room should even have a coffee pot, we are furious at this point. We decide to stay at this point because we’ve been on the road for twelve hours and we were exhausted and because they serve breakfast and coffee in the lobby every morning. My dad goes down the following morning to get coffee for us and they told him that coffee and breakfast wouldn’t be ready until 8:00 am, which is 9am our time. At this point we are fuming. When we go back down to get coffee and see what the breakfast choice is, it’s a cheap loaf of white bread with jelly. That’s it! Nothing else. We ended up going to Walmart and buy a small coffee pot with coffee and breakfast biscuits to have in the room. Everything else was awful, gross, etc.

The room was clean and serviced every day (3 night stay). A reasonable breakfast selection available. The parking was good and the location ideal for visiting Gracelands. Also a bus stop right outside if required to go downtown.

Decent hotel. We had no issues. The rooms could have been cleaned a little better. Under the beds you could tell had not been cleaned for a while. Also, bottom sheets and mattress protectors were dirty. The shades in the rooms were also extremely hard to close.

The neighborhood is dangerous, bed bugs found on worn out mattress that was very stained and soiled. Sheets very stained. The door that adjoins rooms looked like someone had broken through it many times, so humid in room that bedding was damp, marijuana smoke coming under door to adjoining room, woman in next room screaming obscenities. Uber driver told us he wouldn’t pick up or drop off in this area due to crime. I should have taken photos but we left quickly when we saw the bed bugs. Stay elsewhere!

The hotel is a walking distance to Graceland. The room smells. TV is too old & not working, remote control is dirty, sticky. Towels are not good quality. Breakfast food is awful. This hotel needs renovation & parking needs be fix to cover pot holes. It’s a good location but it needs more improvements to attract more tourists to stay in this hotel.

Lost tv Reception on the 1st day. Had to move rooms. 2nd day lost WIFI connection which I’m still dealing with. My entertainment on my laptop had setbacks that will take a week to recover. The room spelled like mildew. The ONLY good thing was the Asst Manager Lucia. She made an effort to resolve my issues.

Very clean room , very neat guitar shapes pool . Right beside Graceland. Our bed was very hard unless you like extra firm mattress, but friendly staff and a very neat decorated up lobby of Elvis .

I want to first of all thank the staff at the Days Inn at Graceland for their warm hospitality. Saeed and Ms. Leni are absolutely wonderful!! They made sure our stay was the best we could experience.We stayed for 6 days, as a surprise birthday trip for my husband Chad. We especially loved making our waffles with the guitar imprint in them. The was fun! I had never made a waffle in my life lol. Graceland is literally across the street and to the left. You walk across to the left of the hotel, and the Elvis' Memphis complex is half way down the block to the left. You can walk right in, just past the Lisa Marie airplane. This location is perfect, especially if your main reason for the trip is Graceland. We did all the other museums in the city, but one due to weather, and they were all amazing and all close by. The beds were comfortable. Our only small complaint was the glitching with the TV, but it's satellite and the weather may have affected that. The bathroom was clean. We can't wait to go back during swimming season to go in the guitar pool! Save the money you would spend at The Guest House at Graceland, and use it on yourself. Unless you're staying at a big resort where the resort is the main event and you're not going anywhere, a hotel is really somewhere to lay your head down and rest at the end of the day. This is your spot for that! Thank you Days Inn and staff!! We will continue to stay at your wonderful hotel, time and time again!

Check in process was a major disaster. Had pre requested 1st floor due to mother with walker and knee replacement. Was issued a 2nd floor room. Then issued a room on basement level in back of hotel, isolated, dirty area. Creepy! My mom couldn't of even began to walk from back there. Finally after a 3rd try we got a 1st floor room. I realize everyone wants the 1st floor but think of your older, handicap customers first! Stick the young, healthy people on upper levels. Cater to your clientele accordingly. Once straightened out, the stay was very pleasant & peaceful. Will definitely stay again but check in process needs to be retooled to achieve a smooth & stress free experience for customer. Staff was very pleasant. Very friendly atmosphere & you get to know alot of people staying there & make new friends & memories.

Customer Service was NOT good. Woman up front tried to say I didn’t book King Bed when I had proof. She said they had no rooms with King bed on double which is huge difference! I asked if she gave our room away and she just said that’s all they had “which was a flat out lie” I told her I wanted discount but she wouldn’t do it. And I told her I wanted King bed next day! I noticed when she gave me keys for room she crossed off a digit and changed it. I also noted in receipt that we did have king bed reserved and that what they put in receipt was wrong and took picture for proof. Once we got to room about 15 minutes later she came knocking on door and said she had room for us which miraculously was the original room she has for us and crossed off digit! I just didn’t like the fact she lied and tried to switch our room. Otherwise room was clean, beds comfortabl and location was very convenient. Priced well
Customer Service was NOT good. Woman up front tried to say I didn’t book King Bed when I had proof. She said they had no rooms with King bed on double which is huge difference! I asked if she gave our room away and she just said that’s all they had “which was a flat out lie” I told her I wanted discount but she wouldn’t do it. And I told her I wanted King bed next day! I noticed when she gave me keys for room she crossed off a digit and changed it. I also noted in receipt that we did have king bed reserved and that what they put in receipt was wrong and took picture for proof. Once we got to room about 15 minutes later she came knocking on door and said she had room for us which miraculously was the original room she has for us and crossed off digit! I just didn’t like the fact she lied and tried to switch our room. Otherwise room was clean, beds comfortabl and location was very convenient. Priced well

Staff was not friendly, reserved handicap accessible but we were given a room up steps that was difficult for us to get to. The stairs were in bad condition also. Don't stay here!!

Staff was unfriendly at check-in. Rooms were dirty, broken toilet seat, no doors on cabinet and smelled horrible! We did not stay! When asked for a refund after being there for 20 minutes to look at rooms, discuss and find other accommodations the clerk argued we had been there over 30 minutes and could not get a refund. I had to prove we were there only 20 minutes (thank you Life360). A horrible experience. Spoke with others that stayed and they also had to move rooms and 1 group even found a loaded gun in a drawer!!

If you want a great recommendation, I would suggest you stay clear of this property. It is close to the Graceland house, but it is also close to an immense amount of crime terrible restaurants that I would never suggest you go to walk ability stay inside is my suggestion the property was dirty and this was a renovated room terrible bathroom Just felt very unsafe

This Days Inn was chosen for its proximity to Graceland. We could walk there. The guitar shaped pool was cool, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The front desk staff was helpful and the room itself was clean.

It’s located in a TERRIBLE and unsafe area!! Yes it’s close to Graceland and that was the only positive thing! You can hear cars racing all night. There is NO elevator and they put you on the second floor so you have to be able to carry things up the stairs!!! The room was new and updated, other than that it’s a crap hole. You hear loud noises all night and just no good

The neighborhood is dangerous, bed bugs found on worn out mattress that was very stained and soiled. Sheets very stained. The door that adjoins rooms looked like someone had broken through it many times, so humid in room that bedding was damp, marijuana smoke coming under door to adjoining room, woman in next room screaming obscenities. Uber driver told us he wouldn’t pick up or drop off in this area due to crime. I should have taken photos but we left quickly when we saw the bed bugs. Stay elsewhere!

I liked it was clean, pool could have been maintained daily so things would not be floating in it, had to ask for another room because the hot water stopped running. Breakfast was poorly. Only cereal, yogurt, coffee, honey bun and waffle was offered. Would have been nice if they offered bacon and eggs. Even with all this I did like my stay

There wasn't really too many other guests. It is very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot due to its location. Breakfast options are very limited. Needs some updates, but overall was okay.

Breakfast was served from 7-10am. We went at 9:00one morning and 8:30 the next both days we had a section of 6 slices of white bread and coffee. If you serve till 10 should not run out by 9. Pool was covered in green slim the whole time we were there and weeds around building were up to a foot tall in places. Room was fairly clean but did not have a coffee maker till 3rd day. Lobby was nicely decorated.

We had to change rooms 3 times! First room had dirty water in bathtub, the second room the bed was broken, finally the third room was ok! The breakfast was horrible! The pool was in bad shape needs repairs!

I had read all the reviews on this hotel before we left on our trip and I was a bit worried. But the price was right and when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and recently remodeled. Our room was comfortable and clean. Outside trash near a trash barrel, under a stairwell had accumulated, but it wad evening time after housekeeping staff was done for the day. Breakfast offerings were awesome and we didn't have any complaints. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Graceland. The roads in the area are bad but thats not the hotels fault.
