It was well-lit outside. Clean inside the building. Breakfast was wonderful with a large variety to choose from. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, toast just to name a few items available.

Very clean, quiet, welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. Didn’t have the hot breakfast yet but looks great. Plus it has a very good fitness room. Superb value for the cost. Would definitely stop here again

Very clean and convenient. The gym just has a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. No free weights. The bed was comfy and the onsite laundry was convenient. The staff is very helpful. It’s at the end of a street, so it’s not noisy at all.

Convenient to where i was going in murfeesboro, easy access off of the main road. Located near many restaurants & stores, such as Target, JC Penny, Dillard if you need anything from those type places. Hotel was exceptionally clean, we found absolutely nothing wrong with our room, lobby, dining area, breakfast that was served, and outdoor parking area!! All staff went above and beyond to be super nice for our one night stay!!

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, cold and smelled fine(I’m big on smells) The complementary breakfast exceeded my expectations — great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit older and shows some wear, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We were very pleased with how well this establishment looked. The lobby was large and clean. The area for breakfast was nice. We walked in our room and it smelt so fresh and clean! The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very good experience here!

This was certainly the worst hotel room in my experience. Filthy floor in the room hasn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed in forever. The hallways were filthy as well. Even the elevator was dirty. One chair in the room and it was 6 inches too short for the inadequate desk. Worst of all, smoke detectors and fire sprinklers in the hallway were disconnected and covered over with tape. The authorities should be alerted to this safety issue. This hotel was rated very high. Hotels.com ratings cannot be trusted. Never again, never.

Sheets were dirty, cover on box spring had something that looked like vomit on it, and mold in the shower. We could not take a shower because the part to adjust the temperature was broken and stuck on scalding. We could also hear everything going on in the hallway and outside the hotel. A lot of road noise. House keeping run the vacuums and talk loudly early in the morning so you can’t sleep. The room was very dated. They were also doing construction on our floor. There wasn’t anyone at the desk to talk to this morning so we just laid our keys on the desk and left. Do not recommend. Would not stay here again.

First off the staff was very accommodating allowing for a late checkout since I was working Sunday morning. 5 stars for them. The space was just a tad old and tiny...the bathroom was relatively small compared to other spaces and the sink was in the main room so there was no way for me to be private in getting ready without waking my daughter or wife.

Not sure how this hotel was rated so high. According to the app, we were reserving a double queen room that was pictured with an arm chair. What we got was a very small double queen room with no chair. This is important to us as my husband can only sleep so long in a bed and then moves to a chair. The room was so small, one bed was about 4 inches from the wall, there was a nightstand between the beds and the other bed was up against the wall of the vanity area. The floor boards under the sticky carpet were uneven. The shower stall had nowhere to put your shampoo, etc. They had shampoo and conditioner in pumps on the shower wall but I’d rather use my own. The soap dish molded into the stall was very small and not flat enough to hold much at all. I will the say the breakfast was better than some we’ve had.

At 2am an unbelievably Loud banging sound woke everyone up. A garbage truck was in the parking lot emptying the dumpster and banging the dumpster against the truck. Went on for a couple minutes. At 2am.

I booked a disabled room with 2 queen beds and an accessible tub as my son is paralyzed and does not walk. I was given 2 queens, however, the room had a shower (no shower chair, no accessibility at all). I went downstairs to speak to the front desk. I was shown an accessible tub room but it only had 1 bed (we were a party of 3). Forrest tried to come up with a solution, however, he stated he was flustered and unsure. Another employee came up to the front desk and told me these exact words: “Expedia has your money…WE DON’T. Take it up with them…” I told them both that we need some kind of solution as one of us could not sleep on the floor. The second employee again snapped at me in a loud voice and said “call and deal with Expedia… WE DON’T HAVE YOUR MONEY!!” I asked if they at least had a shower chair and the second employee said “no no no.” After 12 hours of being on the road I just walked away. Feel free to pull any surveillance footage to match my story. We were unable to wash our special needs son and are beyond disappointed at the lack of empathy displayed at your Murfreesboro location.

I LOVED this hotel!!! Room was emasculate! Clean! Inexpensive! The Service was STELLAR! Logan at the front desk was so awesome, he answered my billing questions with such professionalism that it surprised me. I will be back!

One of the best hotel stays. Reservation was for 2 night. The morning we were supposed to check out we decided to stay another night. Easy to add at the desk and didnt have to change rooms or remove our luggage and belongings. Very thankful for such a helpful staff

Knowing I would be arriving late at night to check in, I called early in the day to make sure that was ok. I was assured it was fine. I Arrived at 12:10am to check in. Front door to hotel was locked. Nobody was at the front desk. I rang the designated doorbell repeatedly and made multiple phone calls to the hotel that went unanswered ( I could hear the phone ringing at the desk just inside the front door. ) finally after about fifteen minutes a desk clerk came to the desk and saw me waiting. He unlocked the door and checked me in.

Rude lady 2nd shift behind the desk. Acted annoyed at ecery question i called down to ask. Crappy tv service - the guide scrolls ar a snails pace and wont allow you to choose a channel from the guide nor scroll up or down within it. I checked out within 4 hours of checking in. Waste of $90.

The room was in good condition and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the hotel backs up to other business and the parking lot affiliated with those business were noisy that morning with all the trash trucks.

We had a well-designed, handicapped-accessible room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the full breakfast was delicious – waffles, eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy along with a great assortment of bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt,etc. We would definitely stay here again!
