Only having 1 elevator made for a long wait time. The breakfast area was small, but the food was fine. Need a better coffee maker. The room was nice & comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. Staff was friendly.

Overall this place was great The beds were super comfy Area was amongst all the shopping and tourist shops. Restaurants were amazing in the area. Only thjng lackjng was the frontdesk staff were not overly friendly. The laundry facilities were out of order and when I asked one person they said to ask the next one. Then again the next one. Passing the buck per se. The 3rd staff member did talk to management and get it fixed I would stay here again just for the overall comfort of the beds

This is the second time we stayed @ this hotel. The first time was In May. We had our dog & were on the first floor. This time we did t have our dog & stayed on the second floor. We loved the too With two queen beds. The only thing I wish you had was a gym. With treadmill & elliptical & some maybe some weights

Great place to stay, my only complaints would be that the parking lot is very small (we didnt have a space one night and had to park in an awkward spot), and the sofa bed in my room didnt have the sheets cleaned before we arrived(they had multiple fresh stains). Other than the sofa bed the rooms were very clean. Good Breakfast.

Hotel is cheap so don't expect much. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. What we paid we were hapoy. The only complaint i have is i was annoyed to move my car so they could move a storage container 3 days later ut was still there. So parking became an issue.

We are a little loud so I wish the walls were a little thicker. However, the breakfast was a hit with my family, the pool was great, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home. Rooms were cleaned daily. I loved that we were just a 3-4 minute walk from the trolly and really didn't have to drive if I didn't want to. Easy access to a wide variety of things for the family to do and close enough to get to Island and other things within 10 minutes. Great place with great service. Will stay again

The hotel was very clean and in an outstanding location for the price. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. I would definitely go back. To nit pick - the elevator is on the slow side and the pool is not large (that being said all 4 of our kids enjoyed it every day and made new friends.

There was mold in the bathroom, smelled so bad I had to go and buy air fresheners, called the staff and asked for cups and they told me I could come down to get them myself. The breakfast was subpar. The tub didn’t hold water at all. The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t work that great

This place is a dump. Roaches in the room, roaches running up the walls in the hallway. Ants all over the floor in the room. The floor was filthy and sticky. Shower was stained and had hair all over. The towels were dingy gray. Rusty door frames. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The a/c wasn’t working properly. The room was humid/wet. The sheets felt damp. Dog hair was in the fridge. I moved the fridge and it was disgusting under it. We could hear everything from the rooms next door. Cell phone notifications, snoring, farts, everything. After telling the desk, I was thanked for my review. I wish I could post the pictures I took of it all. The WORST hotel I have ever been in. Shameful.

Our room had a funky smell, and the doors were paper thin. Our phone didn’t work for the front desk, and one of the bedside lamps was missing a lampshade. We also had our water shut off for several hours, without warning from the staff. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, however, the location was great.

Furniture was dated and had some flaws, but wasnt uncomfortable. Bed was good enough to get a full night sleep. Not sure if the temp unit was working exactly right but it wasnt a factor, (we were only at the hotel to sleep both nights). Had a smell once you got off the elevator but the room was ok. Bathroom was clean for the most part, had some mold in shower in afew places that my wife pointed out. Overall is was just average. Could be cleaner, could have newer furniture, and could have better lighting, but for the cost and overall experience, id stay here again. Was just fine for a quick weekend get away with the wife. We travel alot, weve stayed in way nicer, and also alot worse. So for the price we'd stay here again.

This was a nice motel, in a good location, at a reasonable price. The space was adequate and the beds were comfortable! But there were a couple of problems with the room itself. The cover on the air conditioning unit fell off shortly after our arrival. I just stood it up in a corner and notified the desk. Soon it was taped back up, right in place. Also, there was nor closet, nor were there any drawers, so you are left to work out of your luggage. But they provided a good breakfast! So overall, it was a good place to lay your head for a night or two and I would stay there again!

Did not enjoy my stay very well at this place. We had to wind up upgrading to a different room bc the double queen rooms are very small and walls are too Thin I could hear everything the next room was saying and they were talking normal. Then you could hear the drive thru of the restaurant next door. Would not recommend unless you just want something cheap and affordable but you get what you pay for.

Rooms are basic, small bathroom, air conditioner is very noisy, there are no extra blankets. There is a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast is the same exact things every single day, so I could not have imagined one more day of that.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was standard for hotel food. But, the room had no closet or drawer space and nowhere to store luggage. Had to place luggage on the floor and live out of it. The bed was way too high and difficult to get in. The mattress was too soft, offering no support and making it difficult to turn and change positions. Had to reach all the way over the restroom to reach the tissue. Very little counter space in the bathroom and the sink out in the room. Insufficient signage at the entrance to the property. We missed the turn several times and had to look for a sign to another business to know where to turn in. Will not be staying there again.

We had a dog that was in the room right next to us that wouldn't stop barking at 10:30pm. After we called the front desk did go and handle the problem. But then the next morning the dog started barking again. The floors are hard so the sound is just amplified. I have heart issues and it made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack every time that little dog would bark. Not a good experience.

Location was pretty good. Just always had to turn right and hook a u-turn to go back up the main drag. Would be difficult during very busy times. Staff were not friendly. Kept to themselves and stayed on personal calls a lot. Male staff member cussed a lot!

The hotel front desk person was not nice wouldn’t look you in the face while talking. He also changed my room I selected to a different room for no reason at all. I choose the right room for a pet, he decided to change us to a different room once we got into the room the room smelt like dog urine. We went back up to the front desk and told the guy he comes in and says you sure it’s not your dog I said sir the dog urine is dry it’s not wet it’s been there for a while. I wouldn’t be writing this review about them if he would just own it clean it and move on. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m just looking out for people who wants to visit this place

I was most impressed with the entire staff. Roberto at the front desk was great. The ladies in the dining room were super as well. Even one of the cleaning ladies helped me carry our cooler down the steps because the elevator was not working.

This Microtel was perfect-ish. The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. The location was awesome and safe. My only complaint and the reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because of check-in personnel. There was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes when we initially got there. Yes, TWENTY MINUTES. No exaggeration. There were serveral of us who waited and waited, calling the main line and no one was picking up. A couple people called the parent company and when the parent company called, no one picked up for them either. Once someone finally came back, It was a man who was very agitated because of the task he had just been working on for quite a while in a guest’s room. He became more agitated once the parent/sister property got through and explained people were waiting on him. He stated that he “can’t be in two places at once.” I would have given this incident a pass and not mention it at all if it weren’t for his total lack of regard for keeping guests waiting. A simple and sincere, “Sorry to have kept you all waiting, folks. My apologies. Who can I help first?” approach would have saved the day. The bad attitude made for a super bad first impression of your establishment.

To begin with the person that checked me in was rude when I ask questions. I booked through Hotels.com, perhaps that was the problem. The breakfast was just Ok. We left the hotel and went ot for breakfast. However, one person did enjoy the waffle. I needed a walk in shower and we had an old style tub with a shower an no bars. I had to hold on to the attached holder for the towels. The cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were comfortable. because of the above, I would not choose this hotel again.

This hotel was on the main strip which made it very convenient to get to where you wanted to go. The place was very clean, staff was always kind and helpful and there was always plenty of parking every time we came back and forth from visiting in town.

We had stayed before. I wasn’t a fan but my partner liked it. He asked us to stay again because of the lower price. It wasn’t bad at all. Nothing to complain about, but the breakfast was still not my favorite. The biscuits were tough and not a lot of options.
