We had a very frightening experience at this hotel and had to leave for our safety. After a 10-hour drive, we checked in and quickly found that most of the outlets in the room didn’t work (bedside and desk). Only two wall outlets worked, which was not enough for three people, especially since one of us needed to charge medical equipment. We called the front desk, and a man who appeared to be an employee came up. His behavior was immediately uncomfortable, he invaded personal space and handled my phone and charger without permission. When we pointed out a large bug, he ignored it and made a joke. When we asked to switch rooms, he refused and told us to “take turns” using the outlets. When we questioned this, he became aggressive, yelling and getting into my father’s face in an intimidating way. We had to ask him multiple times to leave. We were so shaken that we packed up and left immediately. At the front desk, he refused to give his name or manager contact info and falsely claimed we threatened him. This was a serious safety concern, and we were forced to pay for another hotel because we did not feel safe staying here.
