The room was clean and neat. Cute origami towel done of a swan. Air conditioner was a bit loud but overall nice experience and excellent staff. Pool was very clean and had waterfall. We enjoyed a glass of wine poolside in the evening.

The only downside of our stay was the dampness in the room. Otherwise, parking was easy and felt vehicle was safe. Staff was very accommodating when I asked for a downstairs room since there was no elevator. Had to change from a king size beds to two queens but that was fine. Room was very quiet.

Super place to stay: clean, up to date, comfortable. Great breakfast with eggs, biscuits, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, 4 dry cereals. fruit, granola, pastries, juice, and more. Very quiet. Only issue to consider is NO elevator.

The breakfast was nice. Comfortable bed. Good Internet. I was able to use my Roku device on the TV. I was surprised that some areas were dusty like the drawer handles of the dresser. I was a little freaked out with the trail of little red ants crawling all over th sink counter and on my toothbrush

This is my second stay at this hotel. My experience this time wasn’t as good as the last. When my family arrived, my son realized there were blood stains on the sheets that was neatly made up. We contacted the office where the attendant was annoyed with us and had a bad attitude about our report. She claimed to look for another room for us but that’s not what we asked for. Clean sheets would have sufficed. I told her this and she agreed to give us clean sheets. The next day, I requested housekeeping but they skipped our room. When I realized this, I went talked to one of the housekeepers who agreed to come back around. That was no problem. We left for the day and came back later. When we came back, the sheets that the housekeeper put on our beds had blood and brown stains on them. We were disgusted. Our sleep was terrible and we checked out early just to leave the property. We will never stay here again.

I arrived prior to the 3pm check in. My room just happened to be ready but I was told that there would be a $40 charge if I checked in before noon & a $20 charge if I checked in between noon and 2pm. Never ever have I heard of this anywhere!! My room was ready and I’m paying for it so why would there be an extra charge?!?! Room was dirty, ants in the bathroom, bed was horrible! The worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!!! I do not recommend staying here and I never will again!!

Since this was our first time to stay at this hotel, we didn’t exactly know what to expect, but we will definitely stay here again. The room was exactly as described, was extra clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, hot and cold. I think the thing that impressed us most was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Highly recommend you check this place out.

This was our second stay - the first was about a year ago. The location is very easy to access, located right on the highway. Our room last night faced the highway and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no highway noise. This property is on the outskirts of town, so nothing really within walking distance, but perfect if you're just looking for a comfy and clean place to rest your head for the night. Hotel is very clean (no carpet in the rooms, which i love!) And seems either new or newly renovated. Beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious. Staff is all very friendly and this is becoming our go-to for Aggie games - only about 45mins from Kyle field!

Everything about this property was great except for the highway noise on US 290. I didn’t realize that the hotel was very close to the highway, which our room faced. I probably could have requested a different room but we checked in and had to immediately leave for the event that we were attending. After we returned to the hotel the noise had subsided some what. But the truck and motorcycle noise continued well into the night! Everything else about the hotel was great! The room, breakfast, etc. were excellent and I would stay here again, but would definitely specify a room located away from the Highway!

The facility is older and the room had a musty smell. We thought it was from the old, noisy a/c unit on the wall. We reserved a room online and prepaid. If we had not been so tired when we arrived, we would have cancelled and left, but we stuck it out for one night. Will not return.

The hotel is definitely old with doors on the outside of the building, but it has been remodeled and updated and looks great. The beds were semi-comfortable. The shower water was room temp. We had an issue with our key cards not working on the second use, but front desk promptly corrected the problem. There was an odd odor, but nothing that a little essential oils couldn't knock out. It was a little noisy from guests outside, but not horrible. The heater and a/c worked EXTREMELY well! The breakfast options were really fresh and plentiful. The breakfast hostess was friendly and worked very hard to make sure the area was tidy, the food was fresh and that we had everything we needed. Location is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

I booked this hotel the day I planned to stay there - and due to an error during my booking I booked for the following week. When I arrived I quickly cancelled that booking and rebooked for the same day - no loss to the hotel (booking was in their system for less than 4 hours). When I asked to have the incorrect booking refunded they declined. This is horrible customer service from my perspective and won't consider staying here in the future.

We stayed here as a one night stop over on a six day trek around Hill Country. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful always asked what they could do to help. Free breakfast saves costs. Good choices of restaurants nearby.

The customer service at this establishment was awful. The elderly woman at the front desk was rude. Her demeanor and the way she spoke to us were utterly unpleasant. Despite being charged the same amount of money as a reputable hotel would have charged us, she refused to provide us with sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, even though our reservation was for four people—two adults and two children. After going back and forth with her, she reluctantly gave us two blankets and a pillow. If they lacked the capacity to accommodate four people, they should not have accepted the reservation.

Unfortunately not my first choice but best decision I made the entire weekend. I originally booked cottage on lake (double booked) had to find accommodation elsewhere, Best Western to the rescue. Room was comfy and clean, staff courteous and no rowdy guests ( they all stayed at the lake) Rally /party during the day and early evening then peace and quiet for rest at night

The rooms were not terrible and fairly clean it’s just an old motel look and feel inside and out. I missed the part where it’s only exterior facing rooms when I booked and then it was non-refundable. My family tried to enjoy the hot breakfast but they were using plastic liners in all the Hot warmers, so hot food was being continuously warmed in plastic. Soooo bad!! I couldn’t even imagine the amount of plastic chemicals you were likely ingesting. Only “fresh fruit” option for my kids were still frozen fruit cocktail or a packaged version of mixed fruit. So families who actually try to eat healthy will not find much. Definitely would never stay here again.

Breakfast is awesome, cooked just right, not too oily, not too salty, pancake is yummy, complete breakfast. We feel safe in our stay, location served us well, along the highway but not noisy. The only thing, there’s a stain on my white linen blanket which of course will make you second guess the cleanliness of the sheet. The shampoo and conditioner has no fragrant smell but not a huge issue for us. We will use your hotel if we have to travel that way again.
