BEWARE: Park in the front of the hotel! We parked in the back near the pool, with cameras pointed at our vehicle with literally 20 other cars, only to wake up to find our truck door handle pryed off, our ignition removed so someone could steal our truck, they couldn\'t get it, so they stole our daughters $700 worth of softball equipment we had locked up. Also came to check in at 4, waited 45 minutes due to system being down. Which unfortunately technology malfunctions happen, so no big deal. But the lady at the front desk was absolutely BEYOND rude, screaming at customers on the phone, and people coming to check in, if anyone had questions she\'d sit and in the office talking to the "manager" who was no help, and ignore everyone else. We already paid for our room 2 days prior, or would have went somewhere else. Bathroom was filthy, the rest of the room was decent and roomy. Only positive thing was the cute sauna and pool. 10/10 would NOT stay again.

My only complaint is that there is no access to ice on the first floor. It's very inconvenient that you go to the second floor and it's out of ice. You have to go all the way to the third floor for ice.

Staff sucks pool hours say 8 to 10 pool guy doesnt check it till 9 to say yall can swin 30 minutes cause i have to put chemicals in but staff was fast to kick us out at 10 at night when the should clean the pool rooms are nice clean pool at night and new staff wouls been perfect

I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone finally came out to check me in. There is no restaurant and there is no bar, it’s used as a storage room. The hot tub was not working. The front door was broken. And after being in my room for 30 minutes, another couple just came walking in because they double booked the room.

Room was clean, cozy and quiet. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and kind. Breakfast was excellent. One dayshift front desk gal needs to get off her cell phone and be available to guests rather than hide in the office. Housekeeping had to fix my room key because she was MIA. The pool area needed better upkeep but other than that, we very much enjoyed our 2 day stay.

The room was clean. Furniture needs updating, old and chair stained. Its in a bad area. Having to park in the back and then having yo walk all the way to the front to get in when there are key doors in the back lets me know its not a safe area. I heard what sound like 5 gun shots then 3 more shots followed as I was getting my suitcase out of the trunk of my car upon arrival. I froze!! I didnt know whether to get back in my car, run or get down. The only parking was in back behind the building. Being a female traveling alone! They should get a security guard to sit by that door at night so entry can be available from the back to enter the building faster, quickly and safetly. It a dirty area. Trash all in the streets. Fast food buildings all dirty and nasty. I should have known not to expect more since the room where so cheap. I only stayed 1 night. I love Holiday Inn but will never stay at that location again in that area.Sorry

Very nice place to stay at a good rate. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and pool was nice. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Everything in our room worked well and had everything we needed. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful. We had no complaints.

The hallways smelled. The bar handles in the elevator were broken and if you leaned on it, you could fall. Our bed sheets were dirty and when I tried to call to get new sheets, nobody ever answered my call

Someone peed in the elevator shortly after we arrived. Our curtains would not let down, the front desk said they would come up but never did. My child and elderly mother were woken up to people screaming running up and down the hallway yelling about $10. One of the beds was 3 inches from the AC unit. The walls have clear water damage. There was mold in the bathroom on the floor.

Poor customer service staff, first room strong smell of weed moved to 2nd room which had a dirty restroom and they gave me a handicap room it was very difficult taking a shower the following morning shower head was too low.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. First, my reservation was canceled without my knowledge. They claimed they called me, but I never received a call. They also said they were trying to get my deposit—something I’ve never encountered at any other hotel, as I’ve always paid at check-in. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was traveling from out of town and suddenly had nowhere to stay. After some back and forth, the front desk found me a King Executive Suite, but I ended up paying much more than I had originally planned. To make matters worse, my room was not properly cleaned—it was just a surface-level cover-up. I found a dead roach in the bathroom, which was clearly visible, meaning no one even attempted to clean it. There was also trash on the floor in the room. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but I could never get an answer. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Like - appears safe. No issues. Bedroom was musty...pillows old. Not enough hot water... not sure why we couldn't get hot breakfast for two days. All in all it was ok. Guess you get what you pay for.

The room was clean. However, the beds were full size, not queen. When I book a room with 2 queens, that is what I expect to receive. I have multiple queen beds in my home so I know when I am not laying in one. I know a full size bed when I see it. Please be transparent in your bed sizes. Consumers deserve better.

Orin at the front desk was friendly, kind informative, and very helpful when my husband and I checked in. He told about all the different restaurants, stores, shopping nearby. He came and fixed the TV in our room on our last day there, he was very patient with us. And he had the best attitude throughout our entire stay. He is truly an asset to this company. After booking this room very last minute due to a BNB disaster, I was very pleased with the property and the service. Staff was incredibly friendly and gave me the run down on the area and all things good options. Room was clean and smelled nice. Easy to get an uber downtown and back.

Property was clean and staff was very friendly. It would be nice to have a slightly different variety for the hot breakfast. We were there 3 days and each day offered the same selections. Other than that, I have no other complaints.
