Stinky smell allover in motel including room sink hot water not working room 110 no microwave no refrigerator they have microwave in out side the office doesn’t have glass plate inside the microwave it’s was terrible stay not recommend at all

Our door would not lock. We had one towel only in a two bedroom room. It looked like it had been used already. Bathroom door looked like it was broken into and wouldn’t shut all the way. Side door was “card only” access, but was broken too so anyone could just come right in. Pictures of this place definitely need to be updated. Definitely a cat fish. AC was cold and bed was pretty comfy, that’s about it.

Pool is empty- no amenities at all-towels were stained - carpet in room was worn with rips - bathroom mis just not the best drywall exposed wood exposed lighting super dim. Couldn’t shave without using light from phone - mattress was worn he a dip I the middle -cleaning is done only 3 times a week. Outside side door to rooms has no security it remains open all night

What I didn’t like is that it doesn’t have a microwave in the room or refrigerator but the service was 😊

Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time and my expectations were really low before I got there. Air-conditioning wasn’t working in the hallways so they felt like a sauna no elevator holes in the carpet in my room holes in the wall in my room holes and tiles missing in the shower no towels also, I couldn’t get the window in my room to close completely so all the heat from outside was leaking into my room never got totally comfortable temperature wise and no ice bucket. None of the ice machines worked on the property. No Wi-Fi was unable to connect then was told it’s been out. I wasn’t mentioned when I checked in they also assured me multiple times that I had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes, and it was kinda obvious when there’s a crap load of cigarette burns on the nightstand next to the bed. This place is a complete crap hole. They need to update the pictures. They gotta be at least 15 years old not a depiction of the property. I’m gonna attempt to get a complete refund!

I stayed for two weeks, book and rebooked motivated by lower rate which is what I liked. During my stay, lights in restroom and by the bed went off. Had to stay overnight without after being offered a room that was dirty which I declined notwithstanding bad odor. No microwave or fridge in room. Ice machine operates sparsely. Very old carpet can get trashy. What made it worse was being overcharged when I ended my stay and got my receipt. I asked for refund of the extra charges but hotel staff passed the buck to get in touch with Expedia because they had nothing to do with it. Be of the age of the hotel and current condition, $60-$70 should not be charged for what I will consider as a -1Star hotel. After leaving, I was able to book a 3 Star hotel for a great rate of $44 and that includes breakfast. It’s clean with fridge and a microwave in room. Roadway can do better and I need a refund of overcharging.

At check in we were told it would have to be cash, they were not able to do credit cards.,the pictures on the Expedia profile must be at least 10 years old, bc the building smelled of mildew. Ceiling panels were missing showing exposed wiring. Staff wa not friendly or welcoming just sat there on their phones. The roof is leaking as evidenced by tarps in the roof, the pool is indefinitely closed, you could smell weed throughout the building and hallways but supposedly a non smoking facility. There are signs printed out indicating if you put your trash in the hallway you will be fined $25. The room was dirty and smelled, they provided 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 roll of toilet paper. The remote was sticky as well as the table the nightstand had burn marks all over it. The side entrance and back entrance normally require a key card to enter the building were not locked at any time if the day. Designated smoking area was a dilapidated gazebo with random chairs and riddled with trash and nails from the tarps covering the roof. Pretty sure they allow people to live there on the daily. The cleaning staff does not have a vacuum as I saw them seeping the carpet. I did not see any sheets being change out when they were cleaning either. Definitely bare an switch, but I can only blame myself at this point for trying to be frugal and not realizing the rating system is based on a 1-10 scale, not 1-5. I would never recommend anyone stay there, ever. This was the worst experience ever!

The fire extinguishers is hanging from the roof the room smells like mold the vents have mold in them the kids constantly run up and down the hallway there's no refrigerators or microwaves in the room and they advertise that on the pictures they say they have breakfast and there's no breakfast at all and I'm not happy with this stay and would love my refund back

This was the worst place ive ever stayed. They advertise that they have a pool online but we get there and theres a sign that says closed indefinitely! Then they also advertise they have breakfast, they have nothing not even coffee. The hallways stink and are filthy they mop with dirty mop water and their a/c does not work in the filthy rooms they dont have towels

The room was a mess, literally! Everything had stains (Capet, walls, bedding/ bed, towels,bathtub, hallways, entrance). It smelled like mothballs, weed, and mildew as soon as you pass the front desk area. The lady who checked me in said “hold on I have to find one. The black people can’t keep things clean, always breaking stuff.” Within 20 minutes from check in the fire alarm went off in the building because someone was smoking in their room. The first room I was given had a broken dresser and bed. The 2nd room had a broken bed, no hot water, no lamps the little light available was very dim. Ceiling tiles in the hallway were gone and wires were hanging down exposed. All I kept hearing was “we can change your room, that’s all” Unfortunately I had nowhere else to go and no funds. It looks nothing like it’s pictured here. Oh and they have a lady in a security jacket who has the worst attitude and bangs on the door so hard it shook the tv mounted to the wall yelling “you gotta pay or check out” then heads to the next room before you get a chance to open the door all the way. I’d rather sleep in my car than here ever again.

This property is not living quality bathroom had nothing but mold very nasty and I had my son wouldn’t refer anyone to this location and the hallways stink when you walking through hallway kind of put you in mind of a cemetery

Wanna know why it's so cheap? ...Not a great experience at all. Hoping for a refund. I got a "non-smoking" room. I personally struggle with cigarette smells and the entire hotel has a strong smoking smell. Literally has cigarette ashes by the bed and burn marks on the carpet and nightstand. Not sure anything but the lobby EVER gets vacuumed. I know you get what you pay for, but I don't feel like I even got that. The place was disgusting.

There were holes in the comforters, dried blood on the wall, smelly bathroom and the lobby was filthy. I canceled the room and found another place to stay for the night.

The sheets were staying there was mold on the carpet mold on the smoke detector. The faucet to the shower was broken. There was prostitution and drug addicts. I rented the room under false pretenses, and the photos of the property were misleading.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH A FAMILY OF ROACHES, we saw bed bugs. People are LIVING here. We didn’t even sleep, we immediately left and asked for a refund which could not be given. Terrible experience. CLOSE THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY

Room was neglected, smells of weed and cigarettes even though it’s no smoking, my room smelled of smoke when I got there, bathroom sink was clogged. One microwave in the lobby for the whole building to use. The hotel or room did not look like the pictures at all. The curtains were filthy

When I checked in the lady at front desk have me a room key but then when I went and tried to open the door, the key wasn’t working so i went back to the front desk and the lady told me she had changed the room number so she have me the right number, i went back to the room and open it and the A/C was frozen and it was broken down, so i went back to the front desk and they changed the room for the there time, i came and the bathroom door was broke it would not close and then when I was ready to get in bed I noticed there was like a dry blood on the sheets. I would never come back to this hotel!!

This place is scary dirty. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. There were no blankets on the bed. The sheets had stains and looked like they had not been changed. The mattress was so old and droopy that I got out my camping mattress and slept on the floor. The thermostat did not work, so every hour, I woke up either too hot or cold and turned the heater on or off. The furniture was decades old and falling apart.

It was awful. No lights in either room. No shower or water in bathtub.Only light was the entrance light. The air conditioner was in 2 pieces and not working. No shower curtain and no water in shower.

The electrical boxes did not work to connect my cell phone nor did the bathroom light turn on, no wash cloths, no ice

The absolute worst experience in my life. Staff was disinterested at best and at times had attitudes with the customers. The keys have to be reprogrammed everyday. There were no towels or soap in the rooms, furniture in some and not in others and the entire facility smelled horrible and is in a state of complete disrepair. Not worth $10 a night let alone what they charge. The staff should be let go and the building scrapped to the ground. If you are in the hospitality industry, do your job or service with pride properly or don’t be in that industry.

I was there on a business trip I do not appreciate y'all security guard being more than what he's supposed to be playing RoboCop I see that's why he can't be a real cop he would never make the team because he's unprofessional I don't even want to come back to this place for business because of your security guard when I brought this to the front desk attention the manager did apologize for it but what I was afraid of was what I would have done to him if he kept walking behind me and the door that I got out of my car and then announced he was he like to got shot in his f****** face but I kept my composure because I'm here on a business trip I have no understanding why he was arrested me the minute I got out of my car asking me where do I stay and do I belong on this property he's seems very racist and aggressive and he thought it was funny as well as your staff the one in the blue shirt with the dreads on very iffy on coming back very more than likely I probably won't but I believe in second chances everybody deserves one even his sorry behind health security guard but what he will not do he's threaten me that I will get up out of the place after I use my USD credit as a loyal gold member I was not pleased with my stay he threatened that he was going to get me put out for nothing and a lady at the front desk did Apologize like I said once again the manager need to do something about this he will run money off with that security guard last time customers are always right in TX

Unwillingness to help..

After driven 13 hours we got to the hotel,which i reserved and pay for 2 nights the lady at the front desk treated me with a horribly actitud and told me that my reservation was canceled, and that if i wanted my money back i need it to call the company i had mede the reservation, but she told me tha it was going to be useless that i wasn't going to get my money back,and toldme that i wasnt going to get hotel around because everything was booked.we had such a bad time,but the worst thing is the way she treated me,no empathy ,no consideration,please be aware of this lady:long black curly hair,medium skin tone,robust,never again in that hotel.

Bed was dirty, caught another guest looking in the window of my car in the parking lot, overall just very unsafe. Not able to get a refund also.

The place has only one outside entrance and I had to walk approximately 1 km through hallways that are filled with trash and all sorts of unsavory characters with their room doors open. It's not safe for most people

I strongly recommend not listing this establishment on your website. It was a very disappointing experience. The location felt unsafe, with individuals loitering around the property, and the emblem was stolen off my vehicle during my stay. The room itself was in poor condition—hastily patched walls, a stained mattress, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The entire space had an unbearable odor. To make matters worse, the room was non-refundable, which now makes complete sense. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering using your platform in the future.

The property is located in nice area, convenient to dining, shopping. Public transportation is good

I doubt I will use the Expedia app to book if these are the types of properties I have to choose from. I chose a bit pricer thinking it would be cleaner. It was a dirty extended stay with people hanging out around the property. Door that were broken, filthy carpet and tile everywhere. The room was barely clean enough to stay one night

Very quiet, area is walkable

Before even reaching the sanctity of my room, I was solicited by an interesting man loitering in the hallways... he was a guest there, and he was literally asking women outright if they wanted to visit his room. I didn't feel safe. I left immediately, without ever getting to the room I'd rented. I don't recommend this establishment, unless that type of company is your kind of deal.
