Booked 2 rooms for me and a friend, only to get there and find out that the place had a fire that morning and had 25 rooms out of order. They gave us new rooms, one of which was far from clean and the other was overheated to the point of the fridge welding itself shut and there were burn holes in the sheets. Absolutely terrible, glad I got a refund.

The rook is ok the area isn’t the greatest and a huge portion of the hotel is burned and my room was under the burned part so it felt kinda weird and wondered if safe

Checkin fast and friendly. We checked in early for a small fee.. Room was clean.. Bed was more comfortable than other places stayed. Pool was just what we needed after a 4 hour drive..

Not clean, it's summertime the pool was unavailable, found drug parafanaila in one of da drawers. I also booked it four people and it only had 1 set of towels. Overall i didn't like it.

The room i reserved though EXPEDIA.COM WAS SO NASTY A AND DISGUSTING THAT THIS ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF OF THE RENTAL LIST UNTIL PROBLEMS WERE COMPLETELY FIXED. It was honestly your typical cheap, 2 star motel. I only stayed here because it was the only option at 2am on our way back from Abilene. I haven't stayed in a 2 star motel in years and now I know why. It felt unclean, the toilet wasn't cleaned well and the tub looked disgusting. I did not shower. I barely wanted to sleep in the bed or touch anything. It felt gross and I will never stay here again.

There’s a for sale sign on the property, which is an indication to me that they checked out a long time ago. I’m gonna share with the meaning of hospitality is since they forgot. Hospitality encompasses the relationship between a host and guest, characterized by generous and friendly treatment, often involving the reception and entertainment of guests in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I attempted to check in at 3:15. I was told that I had to wait till 4 PM. I thought maybe it’s because my room wasn’t ready when I checked into my room I realize there were dead insects in my sink and my bathtub which indicates to me that I wasn’t waiting for the room to be cleaned. I was just waiting because someone wants to make people wait for no reason. Two other guests tried to check in around the same time and since the lobby was locked, they had to wait outside in 100° heat shame on you. What a pathetic excuse for a hotel owner I’ve stayed at many red roof ends in my life. I would’ve never considered it to be a bargain basement chain until the stay at this property. I cannot believe that it’s allowed to be called the Red Roof Inn. The door to the room has been bent. You can see part of the outside of the door on the inside. There’s a big gap at the bottom of the door. The rusted and empty Kleenex container on the wal

The room is NOT like the photos! Room smelled like marijuana, comforters were old, dingy and had burn holes all over them, no towels had to go back to office because they don’t answer their phone, to request better linens and towels. I’m disabled and they didn’t have the requested 1st floor available so had to do stairs and a long walkway to get to room. Didn’t go out at dark it’s unsafe!

Our room was clean, and all appliances are working properly. However, there was a towel that still smelled like cigarettes, soaps were open, and I had a bug bite the next day on my leg. Overall, it’s okay for our 1 night stay to unwind after a long drive. Mcdonald’s is at a walking distance which was convenient. We will only stay here again if there was better choice.

Nice location. Family owned and operated and they cater to many of your needs. They were very polite and respectful and made me feel like I was at home. This is probably the safest spot in the area and the rooms are cleaned and appear to be newly remodeled. Never seen a bug like surrounding hotels. Customer service was top notch and anytime I am in this area this will be my home no questions asked
