The comforter on our bed had yellow stains on it and some brown which made it seem dirty, the carpet wasn’t the cleanest, and stuff in general ( especially the bathroom vanity) was dusty. Champagne the front desk woman was amazing upon check-in and even provided an additional comforter for our guest using the couch. The parking lot had a big pot hole with rebar sticking up which posed a danger to vehicle tires.

We chose this hotel because of the positive overall rating. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the elevator was broken and instead of giving us a room on the first floor, the manager put us on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and our room was also not in a particularly good condition. The next morning there was no breakfast because the staff member responsible had supposedly not turned up.

Pros: easy access off interstate, breakfast was decent, air conditioning was cold, soft sheets, a few fast food places close to it Cons: the pool was green, mildew in the shower grout, very worn furniture-everything needs an update, neighborhood is questionable

Hotel charges $50 per room depisit upon check in on a fully prepaid rooms through Expedia. It was unexpected charge for me. I had 2 rooms booked so I was hit with a $100. 00 fee . Obviously, this hotel expects damage. Hotel was clean, but definitely has seen a lot of wear and tear. Staff courteous. I would not stay here again, area seems not very safe around hotel. Some derelict people roaming about outside the hotel. Front doors of hotel were broken, so you had to enter through a side door to get into the hotel. A positive was that at least it was a quiet stay for us on the 4th floor and room was clean.

First time in that area and as soon as we get there, there were no more that 6 cars in the hotel. Main entrance was blocked. You have to use the side emergency door. There were several holes on the column on the main entrances. I did not eve feel safe to leave my car overnight there so we requested cancelation and the manager was not even there. We were so disappointed to see the contrasts between the real hotel and the outside pictures that we decided to drive back home for 3 hours. I canot believe how this hotel can have over 1000 reviews and state is very good! No way! I did not get my money back. Do not stay there!

Stayed one night and noticed allergies myself, daughter and son-in-law. Waking up fitted was out of place and mattress had horrible mold. Manager Rick Patel never contacted me after 4 emails but Front desk employee, Champagne was wonderful. Contacted Choice hotel and was able to partially make a refund although not satisfied.

When we first got there, there was no one to check us in. Then we get to our room and it’s dirty there were long black hairs in the shower. We were there three days and had to call and request room cleaning.

This is not a place i will be staying again in the future. I have been frequently visiting the forth worth area within the last few months, and all places i have stayed have been with no regrets and would stay again. With that being said, i like to have options when visiting and depending on the proximity of where im visiting, i will determine where to stay..the room cleanliness, should be a violation of health codes ( mold, mildew, etc). *and i have pictures. Im glad i stayed by myself, and i didnt bring family with me.. very low quality, those rates definitely need to be dropped.

The hotel was very rundown. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. There are hard water stains on the faucets. It looks like what is mold in the shower on the grout. The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was all banged up. It just looked really rundown and dingy. I walked into the bathroom and on the sink, it looked like there was a dried blob of toothpaste on the counter. Then somebody had recently used the toilet and left skidmarks recently-one flush and it went away. the linens looked and felt relatively clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was enjoyable. They had great coffee. The room smelled musty. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed replacing/adjusting. We experienced a live roach on the furniture.

Room was excellent, bed great, tv and channel selection great. We were there 4 nights so the breakfast might get a little boring but more than adequate selections. Eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, fruits, juice machine, coffee of course. Excellent location. Wendy’s and IHOP across the street. 5-7 minute drive to shopping centers in 2 directions. Rented a car and had lots of parking. 5 stars.

The room itself was excellent: clean and well -appointed, ample clean towels, newly renovated bathroom, nice clean and comfortable bed, and the AC was quiet. Despite this, the arrival was less than pleasant as the front door was not working and sign instructed to use the side entrance so had to walk around and once inside there was no one st the front desk for 10 minutes. The first thing the person said was don't park under the front veranda because "it is about to collapse". Apparently they had a fire, so I will give them a pass on this. The only other negatives were 1) terrible water pressure (really a dribble) and 2) TV not working. Hotels have been really understaffed these days, and I just someone would be checking the rooms before new guests arrive. The fitness center is a couple of treadmills and one machine, and the laundry center was quite small and required coins, with some dirty socks strewn about on the floor. with that said, the room was very nice and felt a little more upscale than other hotels in this price range, so overall, it was an OK experience.

The room had a bad ordor everytime i would return. I found bugs on the floor. The sounds of planes and fighter jets constantly taking off did not help. I understand you get what you pay for but it wasnt worth $81/night.

We had a terrible experience at check in and a half hour after we checked in someone tried to come in our room (11:30 at night). Then the staff started pounding on the door asking us if we were suppose to be in there and demanded that we come to the door. She had literally just checked us in. Not a good experience at all. She also said my military ID isn’t a valid form of identification.

I was planning on staying at this Comfort Inn for a basketball tournament. A week before the tournament the venue was changed. it was completely out of my control, this Comfort Inn, refused to give me a refund or even work with me. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

Did not like the front desk agent. The tall Arabian guy he had a nasty attitude anytime we spoke to him. And I let him know. First I asked for more wash towels. We had a double room with 4 people we only 2 towels, needed 2 more he refused, asked to service the room he refused. Said they have a 3 day stay policy. The policy clearly posted read “Serviced upon request” But the night agent Heather (who was great by the way) checked us in, told us all the policies. Never once said we had to stay 3 days before they could clean the room. Asked to speak to the Manager he said she was gone for the day. Later found out she was still there smh. Then my stepdad needed back in the room before checkout. He left the keys in the room and forgot his charger. He was denied access back in, he told him my mom had to come show her ID 1st. Even though he slept in the room and provided my mom’s name and room #. He just wanted to be difficult. It was just a lot with this guy. Joy the Manager was wonderful after finally speaking to her she assured me she would handle him and gave me her deepest apologies for his rudeness. Other than this the stay was good.

Housekeeping never went to our room even though I went to the front desk one of the days and asked them to send housekeeping and it was 10 am so it wasn’t like they were gone for the day already Also the lady at the front desk was never there, every time I went downstairs and passed by the front desk they had a notice saying they would be back in 5 min

Comfortable and clean! The area was quiet, and easily accessible from the interstate! a few options for food within walking distance or a 2-5 minute drive. Parking was pretty good, once you go around the back. There is an Academy Sports right across the road, as well as a discount store. We didn't explore the area directly around the hotel much, though.

Convenient location to route 30 and 183 north. Near Lockheed Martin, so there is some flying aircraft noise nearby. Away from downtown, which I preferred, and has a sort of empty mall closeby. Front desk gave me a larger room than expected, nice udpated furniture, nice breakfast options. Would absolutely stay again.

The concierge was nice and inviting. Enjoyed the refreshing lemon water at the front desk. Not much around. Heard it was not the safest for people of color, but I felt comfortable and was treated well around the facility. Area called Whitesettlement, Texas. One and done.

It was close to the forth Worth livestock show we were showing at. It was clean and had friendly staff. down side there was a weird flashing light out side in the parking lot.

When we arrived we were told the elevator was not in service and that the pool was closed because of failing inspections. We were about to cancel but they gave us a better room and said that we could use the pool. Another this was the first morning there was bacon for breakfast, I asked the man in charge of preparing the breakfast for more bacon and he said that there was no more. Three minutes later he gave me a bit he had saved for himself, he never Cooke any more bacon for the 6 days we were there ,
