This hotel poses a serious health risk and should not be permitted to operate in its current condition. I urge Harris County to intervene immediately. The property is infested with cockroaches, as evidenced by the attached photo, and there is a pervasive urine odor throughout the premises. Additionally, the staff’s conduct is unprofessional and discourteous. It is deeply concerning that HotelsDotCom continues to list this establishment.

Staff member argues with me over my service animal. She said she didnt know anything about but that she need paper work. I told her those cards people buy online are fake. I just paid the pet fees. As i was exhausted already and just didnt have the energy to educate her. I think it was $10 a day. My dog is better behaved then most children. Uses zero amenities. You should be washing the sheets and vaccuming regardleas if there is a dog in the room or not The hotel was nice. It had a fenced inyard for the dogs to run in. Despite the issue i would stay again.

Need to fix up the laundry room. People definitely abuse it. Which is sad cause its complimentary. They had a nice area for the dogs. Love that. Over all nice hotel. Reasonable rates

Pet deposit is reasonable and the staff were very polite! I will be back!

My inital plans were to eat in our room in the evenings. There was a roach infestation in the kitchen... there was some crawling in the bedroom doors.
