It smells like mildew

Lobby was clean, room was just average. The hallways inside the hotel do have a bad smell to it though. Nothing fancy, just average for a place to sleep.

We supposed to have a non smoking room, but the smell was too strong, we had to request another room, during the corridor also the smell was disgusting, we had to put a towel under the door to stop the bad smell, I hope they can take care of that issue and separate the smokers room from the non smokers. Besides that, everything was good.

I recommend for homeless people and crackheads to sleep at this motel. The swimming pool looked like a tornado hit it, the smoke alarm was chirping, and no free breakfast was available

This Hotel was listed as non smoking however the smoke detectors were covered in plastic and the smell of smoke and weed in the hallways was unbearable.

Soda machine in lobby not working when I checked in. Was week or so until fixed. They didn't seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed. Had to go to 2nd floor for drinks, that machine had limited selections. Every thing else ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was a comfortable stay no ice was available my ac wasn’t cooling properly but I will visit again I mentioned to the concierge a lil late he said he would provide a different room so I knew than customer service was great I will return

It was ok. Hallway smelled like wet dog!

The entire place smelled like a dirty dog kennel. The smell on the elevator ride to our room unbearable. When we got to our room, our room key pass wouldn't open the door. I went back to the desk, told them they would not open the door, and I was not staying. i got there at 3;15 P.M., I would say gave them enough time to clean the hall ways, elevator, etc but it was all dirty and smelly.

Clean rooms

There was a lot of noise and I saw one cockroach in the bathroom and one on the door. The mattresses were old and cheap. Very bad quality. The lobby was very smoky. Never again will I stay here! You get what you pay for, I guess.

Clean room

I’m not gonna lie. This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve had in a motel six. The staff was very nice and courteous. The atmosphere is a little iffy. But overall, I couldn’t believe how clean the room was.

Every time I come to this place there's a problem I came in on Friday. And there was left over food on the floor. When I went to shower there was left over shampoo and use so so far in the shower. The older male manager with glasses, seems to like To question me on when i'm leaving every five minutes. I had to go to the front desk because my key was deactivated and what he wanted to tell me was.Its already activated!" . ..... Now why would I be at this desk if the key worked They made the bed but the bed had FECAL MATTER STAINS and some crust of SOMETHING I have not been making these. Reviews because I haven't had anything nice to say. But this is disgusting and ridiculous. I will be reviewing my past days as well.a tthis point . I do not recommend this place for anybody who's looking for anything more than a place to have sex with some prostitute all night Is being That I heard that all night long And someone stomping around above me.. the last time i came here I found 2 CONDOMS WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AROUND The sink had a ring around it and the floor was dirty. With someone else's trash. Not to mention ROACHES. Its DIRTY, THEIR CLEANING CREW IS LAZY AND DOESNT CLEAN. ...the only half decent thing about the place was the Younger genetalmen and the Lady at the front thay are personable ...

This is old looking nothing like the pictures probably that was taken when it was now built, very smelly and dirty even the bed sheet , saw roach too. Would not recommend.

Staff was great, awesome customer service really worked with what they have and do a great job. The hotel itself was dirty and looked nothing like in the pictures, definitely needs an update in online pictures, we had roaches and insects in our room, very noisy, over all did not enjoy my night here.

Checked in and checked out 30 minutes later because the sheets were dirty and something bite my wife and they would not give me a refund. It’s not a good hotel for anyone.

Unfortunately the TV went out in my room, there were no other rooms available so I had to leave 3 hours into my stay.

Not up to Motel 6 standards, which are low anyway. This one was very tired. Biggest problem was noise. Trucks on freeway could be heard all night long. Other guest we met at checkout also had same issue. If you stay here be sure to get a room on backside of motel.

The door from the restroom need work and the tv turn off every 15 minutes and the property looks old

I unfortunately got a room facing the highway so it was super loud and the quality of the facilities don't match the price. The chair in the room is a plastic one super uncomfortable. You may want to update that feature, but it was clean.

Well where do I start, I get there to check in and the guy at the desk gives me my room key I go up to My room only to find the key doesn’t work at several attempts. I get back down to the desk and tell the guy the key isn’t working he digs through a stack of unorganized key cards and hands me one and says try this one. I go back up to the room only for this card not to work…. Go back down tell him again so he then assigned a new key card and insured me that one would work and he would come open the door. We get back up to the room only for him to pull out an actual master door key and unlock it and walked off. I closed the door to make sure I could open it again with the key card and guess what no still not working. So back down to the desk I go. This time he moves me into the room next door I get into this one only to find horrible patched up walls busted clothing dresser the many fridge was hot wired(big safety violation) fire waiting to happen….. overall the room was horrible the staff was hot the whole experience was horrible and I’m out of $70 dollars on a room I didn’t stay in I turned the key back in and left never touched the bed or anything I should get a refund.

Called front desk to confirm reservation the gentleman was very professional and helpful. Bed was comfortable room was cleaned well. Will be returning to this location

While traveling for a family wedding with my 90 year old grandmother and fiancé we decided to book this hotel instead of driving home late. I book a 2 bed room and the website said there were 3 available. When we arrived they said they didn’t have any 2 bed rooms available but he could put us in a king bed room and we could rent a second room. I got back online and it still stated they had 3 two bed rooms available. I showed him the website and he said “We must have given them all out. We have 1 but it isn’t rentable cause the door does not lock.” I had to ask several times if they could do anything to help us with the expense since it was their mistake and he offered a senior discount of $9 off. I again asked if that was the best he could do since we were having to book a second room do to their mistake. He said “I guess I could do the room for $50.” Which was a $16 discount since the room was $66 on the app. We agreed and he put my grandma in a room on the 1st floor and then us in a room on the second floor. Then the next morning I tried calling her room to check on her and after no answer I went to her room and knocked. She never heard the phone ring because there was NO PHONE. Thank God nothing happened and she didn’t need to contact the hotel or call our room.

The person working the front desk, lost and deleted my booking and said it had been used by another person already when we have different names

Property smells of pot- I needed emergency help and front desk refused to call 911 to get me help. Sent me back to my room to figure it out on my own Super disappointed

Starting with check in, at 7PM, no one at the reception counter, when I called out I got no answer. After 5 minutes I called again to an open door, and was angrily told to wait. Receptionist was very rude. Room: Horrible, smelled of weed and mold. The water did not work the next day (2 day stay). Sheets were dirty. Parking lot: People were loitering in the parking lot all night, I had a view of my truck from my room, and was constantly checking to make sure that it was ok. There were people in their cars playing loud music and doing some sort of business.

Terrible stay. Its in a bad neighborhood and the motel its self was filthy. They didn't clean the rooms daily. They wouldn't bring you clean towels, you had to take the dirty towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones.The first night there I wanted to leave and go somewhere else but they wouldn't refund my other 3 nights that I paid for in advance. And to top it off here on hotels.com the price is $65 a night but just going directly to the motel was only $50 a night.

Definitely needs to be renovated!! Smelled awful! The surrounding lawn area and back area was filthy and horrible to view. The whole place seemed to be riddled with back mold and it was simply grotesque. Service was kind but the location is God Awful which made it a Terrible stay.!!

Easy on and off of I-10 for a nights sleep on the road. Gas and food right next to the property
