Stayed 1 night

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. During my entire stay, housekeeping only came to clean the room once. For an 8-night stay, I expected the room to be cleaned more regularly, or at least for basic housekeeping service to be provided more frequently. Another major concern was that I noticed several small cockroaches inside the room, which was very unpleasant and definitely affected my overall experience. On the positive side, the common areas of the hotel were well maintained and generally looked clean and organized. The staff was also friendly and polite whenever I interacted with them. Overall, while I appreciated the condition of the common areas and the friendliness of the staff, the lack of housekeeping and the presence of cockroaches in the room are serious issues that the hotel should address.
