My stay was terrible and unacceptable, the room was full of cockroaches everywhere, inside the microwave there was dead roaches also it was dirty as it had never been cleaned out. The toilets handle was broken, even the wallpaper is falling off. Something that I found very unacceptable and disturbing was the fact that there is black mold on the shower's roof. My family and I couldn't even sleep on the beds because there was cockroaches on the beds and they were even crawling on the ceiling right on top of us. So, overall I was very disappointed and disgusted with the hotel, I even complained to the property manager and he tried fixing the problem by offering another room but honestly it was worst than the first, so I just stayed in our initial room but I also made a complaint to the website through which I booked my room, I even let them know that I have pictures as proof to validate my complaint. Honestly, I'd rather just have my money refunded!!! How disappointing, sorry for the bad review but it's just the truth.
