Clean room, parking lot, pool area, and dining area. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good, well kept, and stocked. Across the road from the hospital which was the reason for our stay.

The checkin process needs to be updated very much… is not possible that it took almost 45 minutes to complete the process and I was not informed that I had to make a deposit of basically the 75% of the night fee, and that fee will be reversed on my bak account in 3 days… I booked two rooms and one of them was not opening that was reported 2 times to the front desk and at the third time after 1 hour (extra) the room was changed. The breakfast was half of the promoted, missing bacon and other options. There is no even complimentary water on the room, for a Best Western property this is very weird. Mot going back and not recomending this property.
