This property is old and need a lot of repairs.

Worst experience ever! I booked a week, checked in, confirmed payment. Then advised elevator not working. Once at rm, door already open, does not close without force, reaked of smoke, deadbolt didn't lock. Informed employee of situation, they sd they will inform maintenance before they leave (7pm currently). 2nd employee steps in and offers another rm. I accept, deadbolt works but also stinks. I told myself its just 1 night although i booked a whole wk. I began to look for another place. After 30mn i could not tolerate the smell. Called the office and asked what are the procedures to cancel my booking since i was ready to leave and never have had to do this before. They advised i could cancel and be refunded. They had already charged my card for the whole week. This is also a 1st since all places i have stayed never charge my card until check out. I was ready to go, so i checked out, they informed me of my credit, i asked for a receipt, reviewed n noticed $60 was missing. They still charged me for the whole night after only spending less then half hr in a rm and another half hour trying to check in after the 1st rm issues. And after speaking with them about this situation and confirming they would fully refund. Only to say the system automatically does it based on time of check in. At this point i was ready to go. NEVER AGAIN...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was able to find a last min abnb for about $45 more a week d the place smelled brand new and fully furnished luxury apt nearby.

I booked a room. When checking in he gave me a room number room 334. I took the stairs to the 3rd floor. When i found my room the door was ajar (slightly opened) the beds werent made and there was still urine in the toilet. My friend shut the door behind us not knowing there wasnt a door handle from the inside. We were locked inside. I tried the phone in the room to call the front desk and it wasnt working. I panicked. Luckily he had a tool in his nag to open the door or we wouldve bedn calling 911. The place was a lil shady. It was 3am i just needed to sleep. We went downstairs and the attendant gave us another room. I couldnt really sleep bcz i thought someone was gonna come in the room. Oh. The elevator wasnt workimg either. There was clothes in the hallway i just didnt feel safe.

Carpets in bad shape. No blanket. Bedsheets not desirable. Dripping faucets. No vending machine. No ice machine that I could conveniently locate However staff was friendly

It starts with Slow Check in, then followed by being given a unclean and dirty room...later changed the room..kitchen area still dirty..no wifi..

Awful. Elevator was not working. And the didn’t have anyone working on it, had to go up 2 flights of stairs that were dirty. Trash bags in hallway and in the area where the ice machine was. Will never stay at this hotel anywhere

My reservation could not be found at first, the 1st room that we were sent to was actually being renovated and the one next to it as well. The personnel did not know that. The elevator was broken so the personnel found a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a HARD CHOCOLATE MUFFIN!!! That is not breakfast that is junk!! NEVER EVER EVER again will we stay there.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room were dirty and clearly not well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was no elevator to the third floor, which made carrying luggage up the stairs a hassle. On top of that, the hotel offered zero amenities — no breakfast, no gym, not even basic toiletries. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other option.

Very dirty inside and out of the hotel…. first thing you notice was the trash that was over flowing when you pulled into the parking lot, My first room was infected with cockroaches and other bugs…. second room was dirty carpet full of stains, crayon all over the wall, room service never came and cleaned but in their defense I didn’t ask so I can’t totally knock them on that, trash was left in the hallways left by other guest that checked out the day before, 2 out of the 4 washing machines where very dirty, trash again all over the floor including a large amount of water leaking from the vending machines. On a positive note the person that checked us in was very nice

My room had roach and the vent thing in bathroom was hanging about to fall off . Light switch by the bed didn't work. Stain on the carpet. The television remote didn't work for the tv and the elevator wasn't working. This place need to be remodel

Literally the worst ever. Mold covered bathroom ceiling…not a little, a huge amount. We walked out without even telling the front desk because the smell of weed and cigarettes was overwhelming. Ended up at a lovely hotel down the street.

The staff was great and very helpful. But the conditions of the hotel were more then horrible. Their was broken furniture in the room. The smoke alarm was disconnected and shoved in a draw. Worst if all the room was filthy. Dirt on the floors and all in the draws( actual dirt) Sheets on the bed dirty with stains. Worst of all infested with roaches crawling all over the floors and walls. Would not recommend to stay here

This hotel is in terrible condition,dirty carpet and furniture is falling apart.Needs updating. There are so many decent hotels i. the area Do not stay here,its not nice.The staff were very nice and helpful but overall it was sub standard

HORRIBLE! So unsanitary!! Roaches, dust, dirt, stained bedding, belongings left in room.. etc! Video wouldn’t upload to show their lil friends crawling along the walls like they belong there!🙀. Rooms were so filthy that I walked in and walked right back out 2 minutes later. I immediately went somewhere else and now I’m good. I was told I’d get my refund the next day and still have yet to see it. I don’t know how they pass health inspections!

It was terrible, there was crumbs and dead bugs all over the corporate when we walked in to our room. The shower or the toilet were not clean properly at all. The furniture was so beat up. It looked like termites got a hold of it. The sheets and covers were not changed. There was hair in food all in between sheets and covers. The staff refused to go in there and clean it.

Mold on the ceiling/walls. Stove was rusted. Roaches everywhere.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, however the room was definitely not clean, there was multiple roaches and dead bugs on the floors, and past guests stuff under the bed. The toilet also doesn’t work very well

The front clerk was nice. The place itself was old, dirty and had roaches. I woke up at 3am with something black crawling on me under the covers. Pulled the bedding back to see a black thing running. Swiped it off the bed but didn't get back to sleep after that. There was a big roach crawli g up the shower

Overall it was an okay place. We left after night one due to mold being found on the sheets. Staff was very understanding about the issue and wanted to make it right but we just didn’t feel Comfortable staying there another night.

Property is not well-maintained. They have plumbing problem

Stay was a below average especially considering the increased prices for a Fri and Sat stay. 2 stains on the carpet and the mini fridge was off upon arrival and smelled. There weren't even paper towels or kleenex in the room. The door was warped and hard to throw the secondary lock on and the bed was a full size?? Every time I went down to the lobby, it seemed staff was just hanging out there and there were 2 smokers just outside the lobby entrance upon arrival. The Breakfast items weren't even passable and there was no seating area.

Was clean enough had small kitchenette. Smal fridge cupboard space. Shower no tub but this was a solo room one bed. Other rooms may have tub and shower.

The room i was in did not have a trash can and the water pressure in the shower couldn't rinse the dust off a table but it was a nice stay though.

The first room had one cockroach but service was very generous and transferred me into a much better room on the second floor. I also loved the property being right next to the train tracks so you could see all trains going by right outside the window.

Bed isn’t a queen it more like a twin, nothing is updated, says its a non smoking place but you can smell Weed and cigarettes through out the building. The only good thing its close to the highway and walking distance to restaurants. Over all I wouldn’t stay here again

First thing was our room key didn’t work. Someone who was off suite and just there to hang out with the front desk person had to track him down and get us another key. Room was disgusting, carpet very dirty. Dead bugs all over it. Crickets all over bathroom. There was no shower curtain. We ended up leaving at 3am because the property was unsafe and very loud. Our window didn’t lock at all and being on the first floor that was incredibly unsafe. Go anywhere else but here.

Rooms were spacious, but curtains didnt close properly, roms smelled of cigarette, had to reset my card key several times for one room and once for the other, one room's beds matresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, the other was ok. Toilet was not flushing properly on one room and was unflushed when we checked in, as a result the room smelled of poop, not pleasing at all. on the up side, the staff was friendly.

I am quite comfortable with all of the staff; and it is one of the quietest venues in the evening for resting. My son resides in an older, conservative neighborhood within 20 minutes walking; and the Round Rock pathways and sidewalks are genuinely pretty. We have two adult granddaughters with international travel experience who convey that the city of Round Rock is pretty with relaxing features. Extended Stay America is my choice all over the USA. Made me wait for a room for 3 hours cause they were back up with room cleaning, then front desk told me they were sold out!!!

Called to inform property of a late check in while on my drive and was told there were no rooms available despite having confirmation. Told third party vendor (Expedia) did not verify room availability prior to giving me a confirmation.

The staff was phenomenal!! I was worried about having a room to stay in and the GM Trey was the sweetest and most helpful on my trip. Thank you to the staff that worked Mar. 10- Mar. 13, y’all were amazing.

There was no one at the reception. Waited 3 hours and didn’t get to check in. Hotel still charged for the room.

Adrian (i hope i got his name correct!) was an angel during booking and check/in last night 1/19. He was so professional, kind and empathetic during a horrible family emergency when my dad needed a quick place to crash for the night with his dogs and even made sure the dogs didn’t run off (i heard the whole conversation on phone) as my dad tried to check-in as he was flustered and incredibly exhausted. This is someone who should be in a leadership position and be given a raise! If my company had more people like him on our staff, we would all be incredibly wealthy. If you’re lucky enough to have him be the one to check you in, you’re not crashing at at a motel for tbe night…you’re being welcomed in to someone’s home. Outstanding surprise!

Upon arrival, after driving all night, we were late for check in. But there was a sign that said "for late check in, please dial 0!" The young lady that came downstairs was extremely RUDE, rolling her eyes. When she liftes the gate, our room keys were sitting out. We asked are these ours?" She snatched them and said no. She said with late check ins, they usually cancel the room...i said if thats the case, why have a sign there that says call 0 for "late check-in" and it not be specific about what is considered "late check-in?" We had 3 rooms booked. She checked in 2 parties ( and gave us the same room numbers that were in the keys that she snatched!!!) 1 party arrived 8 minutes after the other 2 parties and we let her know that he was 8 minutes away! After getting in our rooms, that had no CLEAN TOWELS, the pthwr party arrived. Only to find out that aftwr checking us in, she canceled his room that was paid for and had insurance on! Leaving them with no room at 4 a.m after traveling 8 hours! Totally unprofessional, and rude!!! We booked 2 nights, left Saturday morning...TO COME BACK TO NO BED MADE, DIRTY TOWELS AND another party of ours booked a room ONLY TO GET IN IT, WITH HIS CHILDREN TO A VERYYYYY NASTY ROOM!! WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL, STUFF ON THE COUNTER, BEDS NOT MADE, SHEETS HAD STUFF ON THEM AND ITS 12 A.M THE SAME GIRL CAME DOWN WITH HER NASTY ATTITUDE AND SHOVED SOME KEYS IN HIS HAND FOR A NEW ROOM AND BASICALLY THREW SOME TOWELS IN OUR HAND!! YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR.

When I arrived I was told there were no rooms even though I had a reservation. Had to go somewhere else on the fly, cost me 1.5 hours of sleep on a night I would have only got 5 hours in the first place.

I am quite comfortable with all of the staff; and it is one of the quietest venues in the evening for resting. My son resides in an older, conservative neighborhood within 20 minutes walking; and the Round Rock pathways and sidewalks are genuinely pretty. My stay was quiet and friendly and the location was great to go out and grab something to eat. There are a variety of eatery nearby.

This in. Is full of long term guests. Cars in the lot with broken trunks and windows, trash around outside, and some unpleasant smells. Very poor shape of room, hot water was just warm, and lacked pressure, not recommended.

Dirty old hotel. Used by drug addicts . Hallways you smell cigarettes and drug smells, room very dirty and smell like cigarettes. Train tracks very close to hotel. Trains running all night, could not sleep

I didn't like anything about this property and refused to stay even 1 night here. People hanging out in the lobby. Looked very unsafe.

The first room had one cockroach but service was very generous and transferred me into a much better room on the second floor. I also loved the property being right next to the train tracks so you could see all trains going by right outside the window.

Room was clean and neat. The location was a little inconvenient. One of the doors was of the hinges and the surrounding area was trashed. ( not the location)

For $76 a night on discount from almost $100 a night is ridiculous for this facility. There’s definitely some cosmetic outdated repairs that are needed. It is definitely not kept in regards to aesthetics. They have a front Staff that has Satanic tattoos all over him visibly, which is uncomfortable. They charge for early check-in and late checkout, and depending on who you ask the rate of that amount can change. They don’t really offer breakfast. It just says that on their site. if you like Nutri bars for breakfast and maybe that will satisfy you. They have homeless people living on the property inside and outside. my bed linens had hair from someone else definitely will not rebook.

Property seems old, appliances are outdated. The room was alright. Property right off of 35 and about 15 mins from kalahari, which was the reason I made the reservation. My daughters and I didn't feel comfortable there so we didn't even stay the night. I would recommend it.

Hotel was nice enough. Water pressure in shower lacking. Tried to get a receipt for trip and haven't been able to. First time, no internet, subsequent requests ignored. No utensils in kitchen area. No glassware either. Stayed three days.

Staff communicated. Lack of complimentary items. Breakfast was grab and go, did not try breakfast myself. Fees for almost anything.

It is misleading to state that “breakfast is included” when you only leave muffins and granola/protein bars and some fruits that were not even enough if all the guests would decide to partake. Room was dirty, floor was dusty and littered with dust bunnies. My wife and I started itching soon as we laid in bed. To top it all off we have to go to reception ourselves to get fresh sheets/beddings and we changed them ourselves. The receptionist even asked me to bring back the dirty beddings to the reception area. Hallway floor leading to the rooms was dirty. The vent in the bathroom that would automatically come on when the light is turned on was making loud noice that would surely wake up anyone who was soundly asleep.

Cons: At least 6 vehicles had broken windows. Free breakfast equal a granola bar and empty coffee pot. Hard bed flat pillows. Ask for 4 extra pillow if you want to sleep. Pros: friendly staff, really good ac, close to freeway

I saw a lot of bugs in the bathroom. Every time I went in there I saw them in the shower or on the floor behind the toilet. I liked having a full size refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was pretty much instant oatmeal or a granola bar. The coffee was in a carafe and was never hot enough.

Crawling with cockroaches (I killed multiple every day. Had some crawl on me in bed). Holes in the curtains, holes in the walls, hallways smelled, keys had to be remagnetized almost every day, people always loitering outside, making it feel unsafe to enter. Breakfast was advertised (and was one of the main reasons I picked this place), but not provided. I will say that staff were friendly.
