I did like that the location was convenient for my activities for the weekend. Overall, I probably won’t stay there again. The inside of the hotel seems really old and run down. The carpets smelled moldy and there were holes in the floor under the carpet. The elevator was very loud. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all. No one greeted you when you came in the door, half the time no one was even at the front desk. In my room there were stains and water bubbles on the ceiling. The WiFi didn’t work to hook up an Xbox and it kept cutting out on my phone. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned throughly. The bed seemed small maybe I’m just used to my king size. The pool needed to be cleaned out as there were things floating in the pool. The doors to the pool were difficult to open(very heavy). The breakfast was mediocre. If you want great location sure stay here, if you want a nicer feel of a hotel stay then stay somewhere else.

Front staff let us check in early which was really convenient because we had a long wait in between soccer games. So we checked in and immediately got in the pool and my kids had a lot of fun! We loved how it was so quiet by the pool. It was very relaxing!

Nice and clean, bring your own pillow though. Continental breakfast is ok to hold you over til you get some real food. Pool area was nice and clean.. Gym was nice, clean & cool.

The facility was clean The pool is small Staff was ok not too friendly not rude I received a text after checking in asking if I needed anything after texting back several times I never received what I requested I was told not to go downstairs it would be taken care of and it was not Thank goodness we brought our own blankets When asking for pool towels we needed 3 they said here use bath towels and gave us two When I asked for another the guy left the counter and went to the linen room and brought back two pool towels The carpet is coming up in hallways and it appeared they were re doing some of the facility I would stay again but I would not bring my kids or grandkids

We chose this location bc the pictures looked clean for the price and the reviews. The floors were not clean or vacuumed, the rooms smelled badly. I didn’t notice until the next morning there was a stain on the pull out couch mattress. The hallways and elevator reeked of marijuana. The lobby was very clean and staff friendly.

The entire hotel smells horrible. A pungent smell even in the elevator. It hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as you walk in. Towels were like a metal scrubber… Overall old, smelly, and dirty.

I booked this thinking it was expensive enough that it would be a nice hotel and it was a Wyndham. The carpet was awful. The floor in the hallway had a soft spot and there was plastic taped to the ceiling in the lobby where it looked like there was water damage. There were roaches in the room, even in the fridge. We had to take our luggage outside so that we didn't take them home with us and we slept (used lightly) with the light on hoping to keep them away.

Service was exceptional. Facility outdated and dirty. Chairs and window cushion had stains. Woke up to a Cockroach in the bathroom and one walking behind dresser near mini fridge. Ac had a weird smell in the morning. We cut our stay short. I need refund. Where can I get it.

The hotel needed a good deep cleaning. There was a combination smell of weed and mildew. The walls were thin. The linens were old, smelly and stained. We checked out early because it just felt so dirty.

An overall good place to stay, unfortunately if you get a room that has a door connecting to adjacent room combined with some loud party in said room…those connecting doors might as well not be there. But hey, it only happened one night out of the four I stayed, not bad

Was disappointed that the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave, every hotel has a fridge and microwave. Also the wall sockets were very loose and the hdmi port on the wall that goes to the tv didn’t work either.

The room to our right kept banging on the wall so I had to go ask them to quit. The room to our left was an adjoining room (we did not ask for one) and the people were so loud. Had to call the front desk to ask them to quiet down. They were up at the crack of dawn shouting and they would stay up until midnight. They were so loud it was like they were in our room. Then they managed to set the fire alarm off. It was one thing after another. The walls are very thin!

Front desk was not available at time of check in I had to wait 15 min for them to return. The inside was extremely outdated, the carpet in the hallways was comping apart which led to trips over the carpet. The rooms are outdated. There was constant smell of marijana in the hallway and in the elevator. There’s only 1 elevator so it was hard to avoid it . There’s constant traffic in and out of the hotel . I did not feel safe having young kids with me and do not recommend this hotel

The front desk receptionist on the first shift is attentive, approachable and very professional. My check-in time was 4:00 PM and I arrived in Austin at 8'00 AM so I was prepared to drop my bags off and find something to do until time to pick up my room key. She promptly checked me in and was pleasant the entire stay. Definitely an asset to the property.

The staff was amazing during our 2 night stay! We didn’t expect a room refresh from housekeeping and were so pleasantly surprised that the trash, towels and bathroom were cleaned and the floor was even vacuumed. We had 2 small children with us and I felt the property was excellent as far as child safety, especially around the pool area. It was clean and breakfast was amazing! Beds were so comfy and no stains on bedding or towels. The kids were begging for one more night and we will definitely be back!

No customer service. Stayed for over a week and they would kick me out of my room and say they were cleaning, and some days never cleaned- just kicked me out of the room. They even washed my wallet with my social security card inside. Returned it w $30 inside. Extremely RUDE!!!! Treated me like my money was no good.

rude incompetent manager at the desk. Someone checked me out of my room the last day of my stay. Then the manager offered to rent me a room at twice the price I had paid. He told me his "system" was down and that was best he could do. I called Expedia for help but they did not return my call so I was 74 years old and without a room. Then that manager became aggressive and rude. Not my idea of customer service by any measure.

We didn’t stay because the area didn’t looks safe. The ac didn’t work properly. My daughter book at Hyatt for almost the same price and we just stays there. Unfortunately I don’t know if I can get my money back. She nice I check in we let the lady st the front desk that we are not happy with the hotel.

The staff is friendly! Because of all the construction around the area, this hotel has pretty much been taken over by contract workers. All the carpet in the hallways and stairwell is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. I did not go to the pool so cannot provide any information there. The breakfast is very basic toast, yogurt, fruit muffins and they do have a pancake machine. If you’re a contractor this is probably the hotel for you. for families looking for a nice place to stay, I would keep looking.

The staff was amazing during our 2 night stay! If you are goibg to stay here, please bring your own pillows! The ones at the hotel are very flat.The beakfast is really horrible, no eggs or bacon. Only muffins and yogurt! Its the worst breakfast ever!

Adequate for simply having a place to sleep. Sheets had been laundered but two had old blood stains. Room needs a deep cleaning, especially carpets. Hair dryer didn't work. Microwave plate didn't rotate. Breakfast was fruit and carb based; no protein.
