had hard rain storm and windy .. window leaked rainwater inside room and drip onto a/c unit making noise.. was unable to sleep ... then there was no hot water to shower with.. when advised the lady at the desk she didn't seem to have any concern, would have "someone " look into it.. have stayed here several times in the past but unsure if should try again..

We were staying here while we did the walk-throughs for our new build home in the area. The staff was great and very helpful, and the location was just right. The pool was nice and my kids had a great time there. My only complaint would be that the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. So much so, that we ended up staying somewhere else for our final night of the trip due to it. If they changed their pillows and added pillow top covers to the mattresses, I wouldn’t have any complaints.

The room was clean and spacious. First floor room was perfect for us. More than ample parking avaiable . The breakfast service was top notch with all the types of foods you would expect of a breakfast meal. They were in the process of upgrading some of the amenties but it did not interfere with the pleasant stay that we enjoyed.

Loved the night staff, very friendly. Housekeeping was very nice as well. What we didn't like was the pool. Yes it was beautiful, but it was dirty. Leaves, dead bugs and either toilet paper or paper towels were at the bottom that we didn't see until the lights came on. There was a broken piece of rock that's a safety hazard if someone isn't careful. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Check in was good. The only thing was the water water heater wasn’t working and we could not take a shower in cold water. Pretty important issue especially if you’re just staying for one night.

check in went pretty smooth, but when we got to our first room, as we were checking for bugs under the linens, we found a spider on the second bed, under the pillows. Spoke with jessica (not the manager) at the front desk and she moved us to another room. During our inspection of that room, another spider was noted on a bed in that room as well! Jad moved us to another room and stayed with me while I inspected the beds in that room. Finally, no bugs, but the walls were dirty with black smudges and who knows what. Jad and Jessica told me I should speak with Jessica (the manager) about my experience for compensation. Once i did, I was informed, that because I booked through a third party, they couldn’t help me. During the “hot breakfast” the gravy was cold, the drink machine was broken and we were offered drinking fountain water or we could buy beverages from the vending machine. The furniture and facility is rather dated. Jad mentioned the facility is due for renovation this year sometime.

Not a fan, property is in desperate need to be updated and please please stop using highly perfumed products. The whole room smelled like Febreze mixed with something else I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Beds also needed to be replaced, old and squeaky. Bathroom tile floor was dirty and carpet wasn’t much better. Property is definitely older and in my opinion was not worth what we paid. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Zero food close to hotel, we used door dash delivery. We did have a moving truck and car, parking was ample. Overall, I would not stay there again, for the reasons above. I think there are other choices. I just booked this one online, not knowing the area.

Outdated hotel. Some areas needed cleaned. The bed mattress was so old and broken down, that made it very uncomfortable. The toilet was so low to the floor it made it difficult to get up from it.

For the price I expected a more updated facility. Everything from exterior stain on trim, to room AC, to the mattresses need to be updated. This location is not the same level of standard compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations we’ve stayed at. The room smelled musty (probably due to outdated AC). For the price I would not choose to stay here again.

Both staff members greeted me when I would come and go. The place is nice and big looks to be very new. Breakfast had lots of food. Rooms are very nice. I stayed on the east side of the hotel and could hear the traffic on I-35 so not sure how much louder the west side of the hotel could be. But it is off I-35 a little bit and easy to get to. So it was worth it.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were a good size and comfortable enough. The hallways were really wide and well lit. Breakfast was great because they had bacon!!!! The rooms had over head lights which you don’t usually get in hotels. Now for the not so great items, lights were yellow which caused the rooms to be dark. The carpets were old and stained as was the furniture. I’m used to hotels providing 4 sets of bathroom towels even when there’s just two of us on the room but we only had three so when the water ran all over the floor because the shower output was stronger than what the shower curtain could hold we weren’t left with enough towels and it was too late to ask for more.

The bed was horrible. This was the worst night sleep after driving hours. The bed was very old and sagged and then had a lump in mattress, felt like I slept on a board. We stayed for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. Basically neither one of us slept good at all due to poor quality of the mattress. All the furniture in the room was worn out in need of replacing. As far as the staff they were friendly.

Either Expedia or Holiday Inn- I do not know which, but when I checked in- no one verified my email- when I checked out and asked for my receipt, staff told me I did not have a receipt. Someone had actually mailed it to my ex-husband instead of my email. Huge problem there. The property was nice, but I just can't believe the receipt issue. Why was it not emailed to me?

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Bailey, at the reception desk, stood out as the best experience yet. I have never had a bad experience here, that is why I keep coming back, but Bailey was just exceptional!

We stayed overnight for a softball tournament. Quick shower, sleep and breakfast. The staff was great and room super comfortable. The hotel its self seems a little dated. Very great and large variety of options at breakfast.
