They no longer have a pool, but all of the staff is very friendly. My family and I had to stay here for 3 weeks due to being displaced from our home from the July 4th flood. Hotel Living isn't the same as staying at a hotel while on vacation. But the staff's friendly made it fill more like we were on a staycation at an apartment complex.

The whole place is filthy amd crawling with roaches. There was a party going on in the parking lot till 2 o'clock in the morning so we didn't get much sleep. Theres also no pool as posted in the pictures, its fillled in with dirt.

The bed was dirty had blood stains and urine stains. My daughter and son even left and went to buy own bedding but on further review bed had never been changed and had cigerette ashes in the bed along w cracker cumbs. They went amd got another room at holiday inn because they were the only other place w any vacancies

Flies in the room, little cockroach running around, dirty q-tip on the floor, cigarette burns in sheets, sheets weren’t even cleaned, the non smoking room was definitely smoked in.

Well, 1st room had roaches, the lady moved us to another room, once we walked up to it, door was slightly opened, bed undone and heater was blasting. I asked for another room. So, 3rd and final room had roaches as well. The lady at the front was good helping out with the situation but we ended up not staying in the property. When requesting my refund thru Hotels.com, after many attempts the property never reached back, after 2 months unanswered email and unreturned calls, Hotels.com was nice enough to refund me my money.

The hotel was quite the bed was comfortable. There was blood stains on the towels no wash cloths. When we woke up there was roaches everywhere. Had to shack my clothes out to make sure there was no bugs on them.

Super friendly staff! Room was clean. Bed was not very comfy. TV sound was not great. Lamps in room didnt turn on, but there was sufficient light from the ceiling sources. Great water pressure and hot water in shower.

Parking was a bit inconvenient as I was driving a 26' truck. Right by the railroad tracks so a couple of wake up calls by train airhorns. Also a couple of very loud fights in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

It's very well kept and clean and the lighting in the rooms isn't bad either. The room isn't very sound proof so you can hear the cars outside and people talking outside but it isn't too bad/loud or too distracting. What I REALLY did not like was when it was near check-out (like 10:40am) time and they just helped themselves into our room to take our cards. My girlfriend had to quickly run and shut the door because I was half undressed still. That was a very uncomfortable experience. So uther than the staff pulling that horrible move, the place itself was a good stay. Just make sure to keep the hatch and lock on near check-out time incase they try to barge into your room just to take your cards too.

Area is not quiet, loud trains in the night. Also we unfortunately had a really loud car start at 5:30 both mornings but that can’t be helped. The motel was fine for sleeping in and felt safe. The only concern was the AC having mould inside the fans, we switched it off as it wasn’t pleasant. Other than that we had a lovely stop gap in San Angelo on our road trip across Texas!

Good price. The room needed a handyman. One bedside light didn't work, the other came on, but the switch and outlet on that side was out. To turn on the working bedside light, you have to get up and walk over to a wall switch on the other side of the bed. Lampshades were really beat up and crushed. It was very nice having an almost normal sized fridge instead of the normal tiny one.

First off, the good. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The mattress was fine. Both of the front desk clerks were just lovely; efficient and friendly!! Now for the bad. The TV was not working. The coffee maker was broken. The toilet ran all night. The coffee maker was broken. The curtains were literally nailed to the wall so any thought of natural light was but a dream. The coffee maker was broker. The pillows were absolute trash. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Did I mention the coffee maker was broken? The general area is very much a “main drag”, meaning fast food, gas stations, etc. It’s typical small town Texas, which also means the friendliest people you could ever want to meet. Overall, it was a clean, cheap motel. If I had to stay there again I would, but it wouldn’t be my first choice, and I’d be ready to hit a coffee shop first thing.

George was very helpful. H He noticed that I reserved a smoking room so he asked me and I'm glad he did cause. I did not realize that and he was able to change me to an nonsmoking area. He made it so easy.

In times i stayed before i always had exceptional service. And this time, Well the room was dirty upon entering they had a broken lamp and the room was infested with roaches. And i left my room for a while only to come back and find out my belonging had been stolen. This includes my jbl speaker and some clothing and other peronsal items. my door was left open even while the cleaners knew the room was infact checked in and payed for they did a check on the room and left the door open and theres no telling who was in my room.

No matter when I come to San Angelo I stay here. I have never been disappointed in the room. The floors could be swept a bit better and mopped since it is working oilfield men who typically stay here. It’s in the older side of town but it’s not a bad part of town but I live in Houston so it’s quiet here. I will only stay here as it’s reasonably priced, clean and safe.

The area looked really sketchy Once I got to my room I realized the tv's didn't work. Called.front desk was told someone will come look. That evening i brought it to there attention was told there isn't anything she can do right now. Well the next day i wasn't happt so went down and the manager happened to be in and took care good care of it right away. Better variety of food for breakfast would have made it better.

I was a little apprehensive about booking the last room available. It was for eclipse.. as it turns out the room was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, the pillows were big and fluffy, and the coffee maker worked! I would stay here again.
