Pool was being repainted and it wasn’t posted anywhere (stayed over memorial weekend) We wanted a hotel with a pool for the stay. We booked 3 nights and they let us cancel the second 2 because we wanted to move to a hotel with a pool. They made it easy enough to cancel the second two nights. Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were ok. A little dated. Hairdryer was horrible, took forever to dry my short thin hair and left it frizzy. Location was good and convenient to everything. Close to downtown and super close to Fort Sam.

The hotel was nice. Spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The check in person was nice as was the man who checked us out. There is only one elevator and it was kind of slow. People were using pool so i guess it was nice. Overall nice place to stay for our purposes.

Staff was okay - nothing terrible happened. No major issues. There’s one elevator, which makes it difficult to leave for checkout time or prime hours. There were no loading carts. Yes, there are two EV chargers on site but no adaptors for Teslas, which is odd considering the EV market is dominated by them.

The air conditioner finally was cold by the second day. The bed was fairly comfortable. I appreciated the separate bedroom because my sister-in-law was with us. The WiFi was very spotty. Front staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The waffles were the best part. I also appreciated the coffee and orange juice. We picked this hotel for the room, location, and price. They also have a very nice patio and pool.

The swimming pool in very very small and can fill up with kids fast it is much much smaller in actuality than the photo on the website the hotel is nice and clean and close to downtown and parking is free and plentiful and a nice complementary breakfast thanks

Very dirty rooms. There were stains throughout the entire room, walls, shower, bed cover. There was a large booger smeared on the wall.. Hair in the bed, trash all over the floor. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures must be from a different location because this hotel doesn’t look remotely close to what was shown.

The room was not clean. We found dead bugs all over the room in different areas. House cleaning didnt show up tell 6pm in the evening. Then when asked to leave they would not tell the came into the room to look around. There was only one elevator that was contiously being used by the staff with no room for the guest to use it. We had to use the stares most of the time.

The Lobby had a weird smell & the floors of my Hotel room was extremely dirty. My daughter’s feet got black at the bottom just from walking on the floor. Other than that, everything else was super clean, water pressure was phenomenal and the hallways were clean.

The rooms could do with better cleaning. Sticky nightstand and desk, didn't look like it was wiped down. Floor didn't look like it was moped either. Beds were comfortable but with everything else being dirty it felt like the sheets were probably not changed either. Pool area wasn't clean either. The pool was though.

The room was updated but it seems already run down. :/ The shower was great though with the water pressure and hot water came out right away! It could use noise barrier as you could easily hear neighbors talking and snoring.

The front desk clerk was an older, white-haired man who was so incredibly rude. It took him 15 minutes to check.me in at midnight with no one else present. He made a snide remark that he needed to see if I could afford the room! I had prepaid it on a platinum caed! He was slow, rude and the propery itself was not well maintained. The room was clean but items were missing, we choose this hotel because they offer a suite with a sofa bed but we just got the sofa no bed even though we pay extra for that. Also this is the second time we have stayed there and this is the second time the breakfast they offer has run out of food. Which I don’t understand since we went down to eat an hour and a half before breakfast was over. It was very disappointing considering how much we pay to stay there. Also my husband notified the night front desk of a suspicious person and the man at the front desk mocked my husband and was really rude about the situation even though my husband was just trying to inform them of someone lurking around the cars.

The hotel was fine. The room was very clean and very spacious. Hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent service. Very convenient Sonic and Bill Miller next door. I didn't like the area very much. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around and asking for money so the outside didn't seem very safe.

Everything was pretty normal. Expect cleanliness. I saw a bug and you can tell they're not as thorough as some hotels. Otherwise its convenient few minutes from downtown. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. I'd definitely give it like a 3.5

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area wasn’t bad. However, the pool was quite small, and I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and breakfast area,I noticed ants and even a few bees, which was concerning. The breakfast itself was very basic and low quality. Overall, I’m giving 3 stars mainly because of the affordable price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

Awesome place to stay. It was a great price and still clean, updated and lots of breakfast selection. The staff are super friendly. They have a nice little outdoor patio to eat or relax if the weather is nice too.
