One lobby elevator worked during our stay (they did allow guest to use the freight elevator which was a huge help, but had to go through the laundry room which was always busy with staff working). I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious cuisine. I especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi — clean, spacious, comfortable, an ideal place to relax after a busy day. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back again and I sincerely recommend it!

We recently stayed at this hotel while attending my son’s prom, and while the experience had some positives, there were also a few major disappointments. The hotel itself was nice and somewhat clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent; close to everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the pool area was a huge letdown. My youngest son had been excited to swim, and my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. However, the pools were slimy and dirty, and despite the strong smell of chlorine that burned our eyes just sitting nearby, the water didn’t seem clean at all; both in the indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub, which we were really looking forward to, was not only dirty but also cold. Overall, the hotel had potential, but the pool and hot tub situation really impacted our stay. We checked out at 11pm the same day. I hope they take steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of their recreational areas

We love this hotel with the gorgeous outdoor pool, an indoor pool is also available. The close proximity to Sea World is convenient, a shuttle is offered and included. This was our 2nd year to stay at this hotel with our toddler and visit Sea World. We definitely recommend and plan to return again. It's comforting to feel safe when staying away from home. Thank you

The shower had hair in it from the previous lodgers. The back of the toilet had a red stain on it. They only gave one roll of toilet paper for 2 adults for 3 days, I had to ask for another one. The customer service was excellent!

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We got a great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant nearby from a woman at the front desk, and she was attentive to our other request. Our king bed was as advertised and comfortable. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was not as clean as it could've been, and there was no brush to improve the situation. This isn't a bad place to stay, but there were a number of things that needed maintenance. Our desk chair was broken, the hook behind the door in the bathroom was partly broken, and there were no hangers in the closet. Everything was rather minimal--two towel sets, not three, one-and-a half rolls of toilet paper, no soap available if you wanted a soak in the tub since the shower gel was up high. Again, not terrible, just not A+.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment We checked in, the staff made Us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made Our stay so comfortable. The highlight of Our visit was the incredible breakfast service. A special shoutout to Lorena and Laura, who provided exceptional service—always attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure we had everything We needed. And a big thank you to Chef Joe, who worked magic in the kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed to feel relaxed. Room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Don’t bother with the restaurant, we waited 20 minutes and they only ever took our drink order. We paid for the drinks and left. Also breakfast is not included. Otherwise everything was great.

I checked in and it was given the key to a wrong room. People were there quite embarrassing, went to the right room. It was unlocked and open. No one knew why it wasn't the best check in I've ever had, but it was a clean well-maintained. Holiday Inn. I enjoyed my stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little confused at first, but I wish to thank them all for a good time.

Staff was horrible not my first time staying there but first time i didn't get treated right by staff. There were not enough towels or sheets in room being a suite. I went down to get sheets they told me they would take to room well I waited gave them time i understand they could be busy i had to call several times to get i even offered to go down again i will get myself they said no. Finally close to 11pm i got my sheets. Also The tub was clogged. And elevator was down had to wait for one elevator for several minutes and had to cross paths with moody guests. Shuttle was also not running as smooth as it has been before, had to use my vehicle which defeats the purpose of my stay. Very disappointed overall. I will not be staying here my next visit. Started looking at other hotels.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. The check in went amazing and staff in the front answered all questions and made sure everything was good. The restaurant connected made my daughter feel special for her birthday. The driver for the shuttle was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and got to and from safe. My daughter also recieved a personal gift from staff for her birthday because a storm messed up her birthday plans. Upon discharge held our bags so we can go to the sea world before traveling home. 100 percent would recommend.

Everyone was very nice. The hotel is very close to Sea World. They even have a shuttle service to take you to and from Sea World at no extra cost. It helps you save the $35 parking per day at Sea World. It was a great service. There are many things to do in the hotel. They have an indoor pool and amazing outside pool with a nice jacuzzi. The one thing I dislike was no complementary breakfast and that in the room we stayed you could hear the person above running water from the shower but beside that the room we got was incredible very spacious and had a separate sitting area and a big TV and a separate room with another big TV. It was prefect traveling with kids they had their own tv to watch and the sofa turn into a bed. I would definitely stay there when going to Sea World.

Overall it was a great stay. It was 6 mins away from SeaWorld & that’s what we needed. They had a complementary van that could take you to SeaWorld & pick you up so that was nice. We didn’t use it but it’s available. I loved the pool area & loved how they had the shallow areas for the babies. It’s a 4 star because the hotel itself looks a little outdated. I’d stay here again though

I enjoy the weekend stay. 10 minutes away from Sea World, 5 minutes away from convenient stores and multiple restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and slso less that 30 minutes away from the major airport.

The facility was clean and nice. The rooms were comfortable except for the outdated TV and remote working when it wants to. Staff was wonderful and really nice. The breakfast was not so well. The bacon was burnt more than anyone would like. I like crispy bacon but this was burnt. The potatoes were cold. One day they only had one waffle maker working which left many people waiting. You had to pay for the breakfast instead it being included. $13.95 for two people. The staff was catering to your needs, which was great. The evening bartender was great with his recommendations and was really nice. This is the second time staying there. It wasn't a let down at all. Easy access to the freeway and to many places.

The front staff seemed in a hurry and didn't activate our key cards correctly. Of course they blamed us for demagnetizing them. And they magically worked the 2nd time after having to go back downstairs to get them reset up. The room itself was filthy. It seems all they do is make the beds. Handprints and smears where everywhere. The bathroom had mildew and they obviously paint over the moldy ceiling in the shower. And there was hair everywhere! On the bed, in the shower, in every crack and corner, everywhere you would look. The room was also damp and the had a musty smell. Everything felt damp. The AC unit screen and buttons were broken and the inside of the unit was filthy. The parking lot is too small as well. Many people park in a muddy field next to the lot and track mud throughout the parking lot. So regardless if you get parking, expect your tires to get muddy on a rainy day. The breakfast is a paid buffet. Overall this place is run down and needs work. And its not worth the cost to stay there.
